It was really easy to get a credit card so I started shopping here. They are the place to go for snacks! They have furniture also so I visit sometimes to check it out.

Huge selection of name brand items for a fraction of original retail price. The sales lady that checked us out was very friendly while she worked smooth and efficiently. She was also very informative explaining the BIG rewards benefits.

Big lots is one of those stores you can visit every two weeks and see something different. We shop there just to look and usely find something we didnt know we needed till we seen it.

The worst place I ever been at!!! Ask them about a couch on hand.. we asked if they have it in stock... its a clearance item.. the employee said its in another warehouse... we said we would like to buy it... she said she does not know when it will arrive..we told her we will buy it..and ask her if they can send it to this location... she said.. she cant cause they dont know what store they will give the couch to... I will leave it at that..we walked out!!! It would of been a 1k dollar purchase!

Place always seems well organized and people are always friendly and helpful. Recently moved stuff around in the store and looks a bit better than it did before. Very well stocked and very little issue with product not meeting my needs and wants. Prices pretty reasonable for the most part, and seasonal stuff is usually stocked fairly.

They added lots of furniture cut down on other stuff. Watch your tags!! Manager did nothing when brought to her attention acted non-plussed! Same items, exactly, some marked $5.50--others $7.00!! Ripping folks off. She left it as was!! Did not pull items or correct tags! Rude too.

Im here quite often since I work nearby. They have a great selection of unique groceries. I usually run in for a quick snack. All the sweet ladies know me well & I enjoy seeing their smiling faces! I also think their home products are amazing! I have purchased sheets & towels here & find that the products are high quality for prices that are better than the other mass market stores (even Amazon)!

I placed a order for a dresser that was listed available online. I called to set up the curbside pickup 2 times before I left home and confiming that I was going to be on my way there. I must say the young lady I spoke with both times was so nice, too bad I have to give 1 star. I went there and was informed that my order was cancelled and they DIDNT have the dresser in the store. Its frustrating because I wasted my time and gas for no reason. I went to the LR Location and Had a much better experience. I didnt get the exact one I wanted but at least they had a selection. The associate even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Make sure you guys triple check orders and inform the customer before they waste gas coming to get items you dont have. SMH

Wanted to grab an energy drink, was able to. They had a sale on Rockstar 2 for $3. Friendly staff, sold out of a lot of things during the covid-19 time frame. Which is pretty much expected right now.

Disappointed with customer service. Only one checkout line open with 6 customers. The cashier never called for backup. Walked the entire furniture department without anyone approaching us. What happened Big Lots, you were a great place to shop years ago.

Friendly staff, clean and organized store. I love when I go into a store and I am greeted with a smile. I also love when the products are displayed neatly and that the floor models match what is in the box. Assembly is required on most items but I have not been disappointed by the products. Reasonably priced as well.

This is the place to go when you want big box store stuff at a cheaper price. Their inventory changes depending on what the can get cheap, and they have some pretty good sales. You wont find high end here, but you will find some good everyday stuff. They sell furniture, I am not sure about the particulars of their financing, but I can imagine they make more in financing charges than they do in profit from the furniture. Once again, watch for sales, you can get some really get deals here. Overall, I like shopping here, even though I know I probably wont get everything on my list.

Havent been in, in at least 4-6 months, and the place has been rearranged and was neat and tidy.

You never know what you are going to get. Good pricing on everyday items. Best time to shop here is when they have a 20% off sale. They normally have one every other month.

I used to love Big Lots. Now I have no use for the place. We found a big bag of dog food for a great price. The shelf was stocked with several of the same item, and there was a shelf tag directly below them. We get to the register and it rings up higher. An employee checks, and tells us, “Oh, that’s for a different kind of that brand.” We question how we’re supposed to know that, as there are several of the variety we had stocked in the spot and none of them were marked with price tags indicating any differently. The employee just shrugs and says, “It just is.” Adding to our frustration, they’ve also completely removed the baby section and the bathrooms look (and smell) like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. There’s seriously years of dust accumulated on lights and nasty, hanging fake plants. Gross. I’m done

Not sure what happened but Big Lots never has any close out deals anymore. That was my main reason for shopping at the store. Anymore its just like going in a regular little store and it has the same stuff over and over and over unless its seasonal products. People loved the closeout deals because of the bargain this that come along with it.

Find little odds and ends you never knew you needed. Truthfully you still dont need them. Its a decent time waster with snacks and furniture and light bulbs. A better class of dollar general and a lower class walmart

This is relatively quality bedding too! If youre looking for anything for your home, give Big Lots a try! Clocks, frames, cookware, bathroom decor, furniture, etc. Weve bought furniture here many times over the years and have never been disappointed!

A small store carrying a little of everything. Mostly overstocks. Or merchandise from closed stores. If you like it better buy it because very few things are restocked. They do have a stick return policy that you must follow but they do b.v allow returns si make sure you are aware of the return policy. When buying item check for damage and on foods check for expiration dates and debts or tears in boxes or such. You can get some great buys and they maintain a good variety especial seasonal items. Depending which one you go to and how busy it has been will dictate the neatness of the store. But the employees are almost always friendly and ready to help if you need it. Happy hunting for one of the many great deals.

Where do I begin.. first let me say that this rating has nothing to do with the employees themselves, because they were informative and helpful. My complaint is with whoever ships furniture to this store, or whoever boxes it up there, I don’t know. All I know is we finally get our furniture today (after waiting all day and night on it), the man says he only takes cash even tho his flyer and this big lots store says he takes credit cards. So I had to deal with that and set up a way to pay him for delivery.. I start unboxing it to put everything together and the loveseat is missing hardware. 3 bolts to be exact. I said ok I’ll get them when I go back to the store. No big deal... I put the two back pieces together and there’s a huge gap in it where..DUN DUN DUN... the back middle piece is missing too! OMG! I legit had just sent them an email about the missing hardware and didn’t even realize an actual piece of the furniture was missing. Haven’t even opened my couch yet but it’s probably got missing stuff too. And this is brand new furniture?? How can places sell stuff that doesn’t even have the right pieces with it?? I am beyond mad and frustrated. When you pay over $1,400 for new furniture, you expect it to be of good quality and all the pieces to be there. So along with an email, I’m gonna have to call the store and maybe even corporate if they don’t handle it properly. Idk if it’s all Big Lots stores or not but if you’re looking for furniture, I’d suggest going elsewhere because you may not even get what you paid for!
