The cookies themselves are standard great American cookies. The problem I have with this location is they charged me a small soda price for a water. And then they charged me a special mug price for a medium drink. I told them to fix it. And the acted like they did. When I checked my bank account they were charging me the original price. Its unfortunate that this brand is being tarnished by incompetent and immoral workers.

The staff is very polite and accomendating.They go out their way to make thing as comfortable as possible.They went out theirway to be helpful their customers and did itWith a smile which I appriciated a lot. I wouldhighly recommend Chilis at McCain Mallto anynody in North Little Rock Arkansas. 5

Order one slice of the cheesecake cookie and the bottom of it was burnt was I got home to eat it ( called today only for them to tell me theres no exchanges or refunds ) i dont have much money to just be giving away .I WOULD LIKE FOR MANGEMENT TO GIVE ME A CALL ASAP !

The staff is horrible lazy, incompetent and whatever you do please do not work here. My son use to work here and they literally treat you like dog crap.The management cant even make a schedule properly and you wont get far if you are hired because favoritetism is a thing at this store. Im surprised this store even gets any business with the way its run.

Worst experience of my life. Everyone there is lazy and I mean everyone I have pictures and videos Im sending to corporate. First off dont make someone shift lead then take it away a week in without saying a word to me about it and just letting me find out myself. 2nd I chased them around for 6 weeks trying to get more hours because I actually did my job unlike most people there. After continuously getting only 1 day of work a week I quit. Your better off going to tollhouse or buying a pack of dough at Walmart all of the dough at gac is frozen none of its fresh. Got tired of pulling everyone elses weight while they played on their phones.
