Decent place in North Little Rock for office supplies. Went here for poster hanger supplies and was easily able to find what I needed.Noticed they have office furniture, posters, calendars and their copy center is huge. Not many staff seemed to be working - couldn’t find help on the floor but was able to get what I needed on my own.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff can make all the difference in the world in office supply stores.

This place is ok I guess, it seems like the employees dont want to be at work, they werent to friendly, not rude but not friendly Ethier. They had What I was looking for, but I stood in line way too long, they were moving rather slowly on this day. I may try somewhere else before I come back to this Office Depot, this will be my last resort.

Walked to the front and back looking with no help. I started looking for help. No one around. Its 12:44 in the afternoon. Wow great customer service. As I was walking out finally seen an employee walking out with me. I say Ive never been to a office depot and no one helped me. Now I have to leave without what I came for. He offered to go back in and help but I said thank you so much but your off the clock and I wouldnt have you go back in. Wish I had been a little earlier to catch him working. Well off to find another store selling office supplies.

They don’t print things for you so idk why it says they do, other than that it’s ok

Horrible service. I bought a desk online & was sent a message that manager would call me because the desk was out of stock. I never received a call from them; I had to call this location myself. Spoke to an associate in Furniture who forward me to a manager. The manager lied & stated that he had cancelled the order & issued a refund. The Benton location had the desk, so we went there. The associate in Benton let us know that we would have to call the Customer Care phone number in order to cancel or be issued a refund. I called the NLR location to confirm & was finally told the truth. Customer Care is a joke as well; it can take up to 3 days to cancel an out of stock desk & 7-10 days to issue a refund. I will stick with Staples or a local office furniture supply store for now on. WHAT A JOKE!

I often come here to make copies, scan documents, and get orders filled! Leena (spelling?) is incredibly helpful, and really makes a difference with her customer service skills. On my way to the printing area, I am always greeted by other employees & frequently asked if I need help when I am looking for other items. I love this. Most people dont like to be bothered with that, but most times I am in a hurry & it is so nice to have someone there to help! Its like your own personal shopping assistant on stand by! Thanks office depot!

The store is good, lots of options, but I would encourage anyone thinking of purchasing something to check the online price first. We were considering a desk chair, but it was pricey and we were on the fence. On a whim, I looked it up on the Office Depot website and the same chair was $150 cheaper. They matched the price, so that was great.

The manager pulled the associate helping me to do something else and he didn’t even pay me any attention. It seems to me that there is no communication here, and that the managers for the most part are either lazy, don’t care about the customers, or both. I think the lower end associates are ok, but there really needs to be a reshuffling at the top to make the store flow

I got some yard signs done here by Carissa! They were amazing! She designed the sign with content I supplied. She also can design logos and everything your business needs!! Absolutely amazed and satisfied with my signs and the service I was given!

Great copy print section. Manager is willing to help you find items you need. I can trust this store. Always have a clearance basket good markdowns.

Had everything that I needed although two (2) of the clerks behind the counter had no idea what I was looking to purchase... Avery laser perforated business cards for printing at home on my own printer... A different clerk? knew they had several different types/sizes were available and showed me the location.

Good selection for office products. Prices are OK bit if you can wait on shipping many times you can find the products cheaper online. However sale items here are usually pretty good deals.

The store has really fallen in recent years Ive had better service when I was in high school than now with most of the workers being bossed around more often then not it seems like the people on the sales floor actually are being yelled at I have actually been helped and then a lady (assuming his boss) starts interrupting him. The police even showed up while I was checking out and talked to her.

We spent an hour in this store to get 50 business cards printed out that ended up being cut poorly. The young lady that helped us had absolutely no knowledge of technology or printing. It ended up taking 3 associates to get 10 to print correctly. Then, they completely rang it up wrong. Eventually we ended up paying more than we should have for 50 just because we wanted to get the heck out of that place. I debated even leaving a review because they will be going out of business shortly I am sure.

Hung up on twice, set the phone down for 4 minutes so I could hear them typing. Not worth the wait.

Cant even print out a label for a shipment. Massively incompetent.

Too expensive for regular daily items, but when needing a certain item like a handheld counter/clicker, they are great to have around. Sales are not exactly door buster, either. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, but arent following you or hovering, thinking you might be stealing paper clips

They do a great job normally and these are good people and a great management team. People arent perfect, and when they did make a mistake, they were stand-up folks who fixed it and made things right. Not a plant--I am an outside sales rep in education sales and I am firm but fair.

It was 8:50pm 7-11-19 ten minutes from closing when I walked in. Did I hear oh we are about to close? No I said I needed some copies, and they pointed me in right direction. With a smile on their face. Now Im trying to get different sizes and angles of one picture. There is $600 riding on me getting these copies. They are for a tattoo artist. Ok so after alot of cropping, printing and asking for the nice employee to use their back . To check sizing. Never once did they rush my decision or rush what they was doing. The manager was great and understanding as well. I am PURE ROMANCE consultant, Pure Romance by Sissy Jackson. And I live in stores like Office Depot. Great store great service and great workers. Very qualified and professional. I will never go to a another store except this Office Depot!!! I was so impressed I maded them write their names down for me. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO JASON DAVIS, BRANDY HART, SHIREA LEWIS and BRYAN GREEN mrg. And tomorrow I will be calling corporate to tell them these employees need a raise they are great contribution to Office Depot!!!

The guy told me a printer and I dont even know how to use the computer but he convinced me that I could set it up all on my own because easy peasy japanesey well guess what Im out here in Reno Nevada and now I got to use the damn thing and theyre closed and theres no one around to help me I would have never bought the damn thing from there had I known there was going to be anybody there to help me retarded I spent a hundred 30 something dollars our printer that I know nothing about I can barely use my smartphone that us my fault but he knew I didnt know how to use it he knew I was going to make you need help all he wanted to do was make the sale and kick me out the door well pray he doesnt need me on the side of the road with all my tools cuz Im going to drive right on by

They came through, my co-workers and I use the Tul system to take notes because we just like the quality. Well. We ran out of paper and the office Depot of our town didnt have those 300 Ct options. I came here and they had so many and on discount too. I bought as much as I could because we live far and we use a lot of paper to take notes in a month. So im happy. I would have gotten everything that is there for me and my co-workers if I could have but i dont want to bring attention to myself lol. Tul system is definitely a system we like very much. I recommend!
