The employees, Damion and one other man that I did not get his name for, made buying a phone from this store amazing. They talked to me like I was a long lost friend and took care of every need I had! If you’re tired of mundane sales agents of other phone stores, I suggest you visit here!

Damion was awesome! He got me in and out and answered all of my questions. I was uncomfortable do to another employee working there coughing a lot and not covering his mouth at times it was gross 🤮 especially since this covid stuff is going around bad he could at least where a mask or something.

Have you ever had a manager from a phone store offer to drive to your house to re-sign a contract an employee botched at the store? Thats how much Verizon wants to put you under their very expensive contract. I have no complaints about coverage or phone service. They are both excellent. If you can get past nearly incapable customer service and national debt-inducing monthly bills, then Verizon is the one for you!

I visited this store to upgrade and/or buy another smartphone. I visited another Verizon store in the greater Little Rock area previously and did not leave there with the best vibe as I believed they were trying to oversell me on a product. I explained my needs to Christie and she immediately went to work on my problem. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! Long story short, I ended up upgrading two phones because of her help...oh, and the other store?? They completely lied to me about which phone was and was not on their prepaid plan, attempting to sell me an 800.00 phone that I did not want or need. Kudos to Christie at Maumelle for all of her help! I will be a returning customer there! The store in Little Rock??? Not at all.

If you get three stars from me and no comment you are average at best. Not a bad experience, not great. Girl couldnt activate the phone, the other had to do it. She had the wrong phone in the computer.

When I switched over I was told I would get a $150 dollar Visa card in the mail. The Sales person used that to sway me to switch from AT&T. Come to find out that was not the case at all. I even called the store, they told me to wait 3 billing cycles. By that time you are stuck! Verizon felt bad for the store misleading me, and credited my account $100. Do not trust the sales people, they tell you anything to get you to switch. If they offer anything get it in writing!!Update..... Verizon Corporate credited my account the full $150! VerizonCorporate Rocks, far better than AT&T. BUT this stores customer service is poor. I spoke with the Manager almost 2 weeks ago about my issue, she took my name and number and never even bothered to call back. Verizon is way better than any carrier out there. Switch to Verizon just avoid this location!!

Zero stars if I could. Early June 2019, I signed up w/Verizon at the Maumelle location through the managers Jade -- who I found completely incompetent along with all of her subordinates. Considering the cost, I wasnt impressed, so I cancelled my plan well before the 14 day guideline (around June 20th). Ever since then, Ive received letters from the collection agency, Convergent. Ive beenin correspondence w/Verizon about this since Aug 2019 but nothing has been resolved.
