Not great at all...plus I was insulted by the installer. He warned me (in playful sarcasm) not to spill kool-aid on my brand new white new carpet. I have no children in my home and it was for a master bedroom--he knew this. I had 4 rooms/floors renovated with carpet and engineered hardwood. So happy to read others had the job done correctly the first time and the installer did not insult them as well. The installation was a mess and the owner did try to make it right. After 2 years the carpet in two rooms need replacing. Sad. They get 2 stars because of the owners perceived efforts, not the service.

The people who work at this place are absolutely amazing. Very kind and very helpful. I was there twice looking at tile and the second time I came back with my husband. We found what we needed and the beautiful young lady was amazingly awesome. Thank you I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
