Yesterday, my husband and I walked into the Acme showroom. There were no other customers there. There was one man behind the desk who never acknowledged us. We were there for probably 20 minutes. We looked at tile, obviously prospective customers. The man left the desk, still never asking if we needed help. We left and my husband says he will never return. We drove to Conway and purchased everything we needed from a company that was happy to see us walk in.

Ive been trying to get someone to call me back about a warranty claim for months now. I have a house that is crumbling, and Im getting no response.Edit: Finally got someone to come out and look at the house. Waiting to hear back on their final decision.Second edit: No one ever called back, and its been a month. Back to 1 star.

I called to get help with purchasing brick to have a mailbox done. The main thing I look for is a friendly tone. Unfortunately I did not get that. The lady did do her best to try and help me get the color I needed. But nothing friendly about it. I later had to do some business wit Godfry and Black. They were very friendly and helpful. Just saying.

I’ve had a really good experience as they always answer my questions, are very friendly and help me with what we need. Highly recommend!

They offer wide variety of color and texture options of bricks to choose from. The saleswoman Kelsey was very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me all what I needed to get the brick wall that Im working on done. She even gave me samples to see how will the bricks look on the building before I make the order. It was really nice and no pushing buying experience. Its also good to know that their factory is in Arkansas so when we buy from them we benefit our states economy.Bottom line I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and use them in the future whenever I need any masonry materials. Trust me go visit them and you will not be disappointed.

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This people are not interested in customers, they are too busy with their own stuff. Nobody in this store DONT WANT TO get up of the chair and help you.Nobody greet you, or actually offer assistance. I spend a while in a store to realize that nobody wants my business.Not a place to shop !!!!!!!!!!!.Will never return or recommend this place.People who dont like people shouldnt work in sales....I just waisted my time to come over here.Im a business owner and working on a huge project in my new, just build house. Need a professional to assist me.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME IN ACME BRICK, its plenty other tile stores who will be happy to see you.

Went in and was greeted by a lady who was walking with me to help me then another lady in the back told her to let another person help me and for them to take turns.... AWKWARD!!! I was the only person in the showroom at the time and it was dead quiet in there. Just felt awkward.

On Sat.drove all the way to store in Maumelle from Hot Springs because website said open, only to find out they had changed their hours. Can’t shop somewhere that doesn’t cater to M-F working people.

Failure to communicate. They always want you to leave a voicemail.. if you have a deadline you can forget about making it if you are going to use Acme in Arkansas these days.

We have been in several times this year because we are designing our custom home. The older man (Mark?) and a blonde lady in the brick section are awesome but the balding younger man is a total jerk. Everytime we come in he is rude. This last time he actually argued with blonde lady that he didn’t have to help us because it was noon. Last time he was unable to find a sample of the brick we wanted. He looked for 5 seconds and couldn’t care less. The blonde lady looked maybe two minutes and found it.

I wish I could select 0 stars. Salesmen and managers are NOT customer oriented. Paid product is not delivered on time, communication is non existent. Managers are rude. Last time I checked, businesses are driven by customer revenues. Clearly people need to read reviews and choose another brick company for your brick needs. I am appalled at the way this company does business and speaks to its customers.

Just drove to Maumelle from Cabot because the website said they were open until 2 but they were closed. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful during my visit today. It is a lovely building as well.

Horrible customer service; dont bother. Called 3 days earlier inquiring about bricks. Left contact info for return call that never happened. Called again 3 days later at 4:36 p.m. (closes at 5) and was told they had only one rep in that dept and it would be tomorrow. Guess they have more business than they want.

Had a great experience. Very nice and helpful people.

All I wanted was some brick for a mailbox.didnt know I needed clearance from the Pentagon to talk to someone There. Its cost me a lot over the years to go to the Malvern plant (little rock) but I gladly make the drive to avoid the incompetence going on at acme in maumell NLR.AR. 90% of the time I can get what I need from Malvern.
