Everyone is very nice and polite with a happy smile. One employee ordered my shoes from another store so I will have to when they email or text me. So I appreciate that hard work and help theirs customers.

Shoe carnival doesnt do buy one pair get other half off anymore, and on top of that there prices used to be ALOT better! Im sure it probably has something to do with corona, but we are all struggling....

No one would assist me. I asked for help, help was called for, and when the manager came out, instead of assisting me, she went to the register. The original employee asked if I still needed help. ?? What??

It was 6:55 with a worker at the door saying they are closed. I understand it is 5 minutes until closing, but I had a quick purchase. The hours on the door state opened until 7. Just wanted to let your corporate office know that you are not staying opened the hours stayed. The lady at the door was very rude.

I would like to recommend that shoe carnival do more to be more welcoming and inclusive to the elderly, and people with physical disabilities, who want to shop in your store instead of being told to go online. Maybe have a few small grocery carts for people who don’t walk too well to hold on to and place there purchases in. It wouldn’t be that hard to do better in the inclusiveness department. So do better.

Ive been happy with the service here. They dont offer military discount so thats the reason for 4 stars. The staff was friendly but Ive never seen them greet you in the aisles to see if you have questions or need additional assistance. Occasionally they say hello when you walk in. They have a vast selection and we can always find what were looking for at reasonable prices.

Not the best shoe store. They have a big selection of shoes but seems like when you need some help its hard to get. Plan on waiting in line for a while. Im not sure why it takes so long for the cashier to ring you up but it does.

Years ago I went to a Shoe Carnival store, it was a lot like being in a circus- just without the clown suits!! The staff was horrible, chasing each other through the shop, rather than doing any customer service!Well, I am so happy to know that all that has changed now! Last month, I saw an ad with the cutest shoe styles-- Bobs Shoes with cat faces or dog faces on THEM!! I had to see if they were as cute in RL as they were in the ad!What can I say? They are adorable! Unlike most of the Bobs shoes, which are usually flat, without any arch supports, these do have a lift under the arches, which really helps whenever you have bad arch pains!After I had picked out my new feline sporting, slip-ons from Bob, I decided to just see what other name brands they carried. I found myself bemused and awed at the many famous brands on the shelves at great prices!Ladies sneakers, sandals, casuals, Crocs, dress heels, boots, and every brand of walking, running, athletic shoes AND brands for men and women!!I had been paying a lot MORE for the walking shoes I have to wear now after years of standing on concrete floors for working. I am left with incredibly painful feet and ankles and neuropathy in BOTH feet going up the legs. No more dressy shoes or heels. Not even any cute shoes! They have to have support, and cushion my steps, and help me walk... and I have been paying a lot MORE for the SAME shoes elsewhere!!Youre going to find a great variety of the Skechers brand shoes here. They also carry the Skechers for men!They also carry oil-slips proof shoes in black for food workers. Steel-toed shoes or boots for construction workers who like to keep their10 toes on their feet! They surely are not worn for comfort!!There are plenty of boxes of the tossable hygienic stocking, that you slip on prior to trying on the shoes too.The staff were all sweet, friendly, courteous and offered to help, but didnt annoy you with constant offers.The next time I need shoes-- that arent for walking AND dont have cats faces on THEM 😉-- like maybe a grand son or daughters wedding-- you can bet, I am going to check here first! And it maybe the only store I need to go to to find the shoes!

The staff were working hard to keep things neat and also very helpful. Our cashier was super sweet. We got a great deal with a current special of buy one get one 1/2 off combined with a 10$ off coupon. We got two pairs of Adidas for 72$!!

Would be 3 stars, but the staff was so nice they got an extra start. Selection seemed to be a little lacking for sizes on boots. But they do have a fair selection, and decently good prices.

The staff were all very rude. Then, when I went to check out, an item that I had that was priced with a $39 tag on display rings up $69. The employee was very rude and not helpful at all, while proceeding to make disrespectful and unprofessional remarks to her co worker. If I ever return to this specific location, it would be only to pickup an online order, and that would only be as a last resort.

The two women working here when I returned an online order should be fired and replaced immediately. They were taking amongst themselves about personal matters when I arrived, did not greet me at all, made me wait for service when not a single other customer was in the store, made me interrupt their personal conversation more than once - to ask for service and to ask for my return receipt, then never thanked me at all. Truly horrible employees who were obviously not there to serve the customers.

Great service friendly workers wish there was better selection but we found Vans my daughter liked and will order the color she wants online.

I enjoy coming here for the latest trends when it comes to shoes. They offer top named brands for shoes like Nike, Adidas, and Sperrys just to name a few. With a wide selection of shoes, who doesnt want to come in and shop shoes. The only caveat is that they most likely dont have size 7 in mens shoes (me). Those would have to be ordered online and theyll ship the shoes to your house. If youre lucky, they will have a size 7. Overall, this place is great to shop for shoes and you can get discounts by spinning the wheel if your purchase applies.

I love Shoe Carnival! This place has become our favorite shoe store and only partly because of the Buy one get one Half off sale they always have! I buy shoes for 2 kids for less than $100, or one kid AND ME. ;) We always find the current styles for the teens too- one bought Nike. One bought Vans. Happy kidz= happy momma!

The people are nice but they never ask if you need anything when they pass you. Its ok I guess, and its not their fault that the place always seems understaffed. You can always find good deals here, but dont ever go in looking for a specific shoe. You have to be open minded, and willing to look at all brands. You can be style specific, so theres that.

Tons of shoes, theres always some kind of special going on. Clean and organized. Definitely worth a look.

Its always nice to go in to the store. the only thing that is good is the buy one get one half off. The shoes on the other hand are always the same. Nothing really changes.

They have decent shoes here. The prices are okay. Sometimes they have good sales too.

I was in the store for about an hour and a half shopping for holiday gifts. The store was not busy it was a weekday around 1pm. This being said not one time did an associate ask me if I needed assistance with anything. Overall clean store, the staff could have been more helpful, spent 20 minutes trying to find a shoe.

They didnt have a very good selection of shoes and they didnt have any flip flops whatsoever in this store. So much for a shoe store.
