I called the service dept to make sure they could work on my jet ski. The service desk let me know there was a long wait time so I needed to bring the ski sooner to them rather than later and that they could work on it. I arrive at BM and the service desk began the ticket process. As I’m going to drop the ski off the trailer hitch, the service manager informs they will not work on it because the ski is too old. (I had let the service desk know on the phone make/ model)…..So don’t make the trip out there unless you can get the service dept to double check they can actually perform service on your machine. 2/5 stars

We purchased 2 brand new waverunners from Bradford last year & experience through the purchase to service has not been good. We were sold on a 2 year warranty & when finalizing paperwork - they switched it to a 1 year warranty. They fail to mention the $600 service that is required after initial the 20 hour usage on them. They also fail to mention the batteries must be placed on a trickle charge or you will have to buy $220 worth of new batteries. Bradford does not disclose all the details. We will not be returning for service or any future purchases.

I bought my SunTracker 20ft from Bradford Marine South Little Rock and picked it up once it was set up.I had problems getting updates, but in the end they came through.My biggest issue is that the Fire extinguisher box mentioned that it was USCG approved yet there is no USCG approval sticker on the actual Fire Extinguisher. This was discovered during a USCG Auxiliary inspection.I can’t pass the inspection and could be fined for not having a USCG approved Fire Extinguisher.It’s Sunday (they’re closed) and when I call to get a representative press an extension. However I don’t know the extension number…so I can’t leave a message telling them I need a CG approved Fire Extinguisher before I can take the boat back on the water. I’m aware of the problem so I no longer take my pontoon boat out without facing fines for invalid unapproved Fire Extinguisher.Ironically I retired from the CG and have no excuse for violating CG rules set for this boat…and I must wait two days to get a replacement Fire Extinguisher. After I get my replacement I have to be reinspected in order toGet my 2021 inspection sticker.I expected my Fire Extinguisher to pass but it fails CG approval, because it lacks proof that it’s actually CG approved. And I wonder when I’ll have the proper CG Fire Extinguisher.It’s a big mistake that slipped through the cracks.v/r

Bought a new boat from them and then wanted to add some upgrades. After emailing Grant Sigler and calling several times and leaving voice messages, I had to give up. Not once have I received a callback or an email or anything. They say all over their site that its $100 for installation on items, yet they refuse to contact a customer to acknowledge that. Very disappointed. My uncle was going to buy a new nitro from them but has now decided to shop elsewhere due to them being so unprofessional.

There are a lot of bad reviews which Im sure may have merit to them.My personal experience was nothing but good.I took my 2012 Tracker 175TXW in for full service and impeller replacement.They also identified that the thermostat had become clogged with river dook, and replaced it for me.What really impressed me and earned them a customer for life, is that they replaced the straps on my boat cover, and installed a couple battery straps at no charge, I didnt even have to ask them to.Thats excellent service in my book, I couldnt be happier. That $5-10 in straps just earned yall a customer for life.The labor is expensive, $125 an hour, but you get what you pay for, these are the pros when it comes to Tracker boats so I can accept the higher than average rate.Thanks again, see you guys next season!

Very bad experience with them. The warranty they sold us never covers anything they said it would.. read your warranty closely and just not go by what they tell you.. very rude customer service. They have always been rude when we call.. always finds a reason why the warranty doesn’t cover what is messed up. Would not fax us a copy because it was 5 pages. They said we would have to drive over to pick it up. Would not email because they didn’t have time. Is this how y’all treat your customers.. will never do business with Bradford Marine again if they can’t show the least a little help when we need it.

While riding across country, my Can-Am Spyder developed computer troubles, and fortunately the dealer was close by in Little Rock Arkansas. We brought it in the next morning and learned a part had to be ordered. We left it there and continued two-up on my friends motorcycle. When we came by on the return trip, the Spyder was ready and waiting for us. All the staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Totally satisfied.

Horrible experience with Bradford Marine yet again! Took our Regency Pontoon in for MORE warranty work in February, thinking that would be ample time for repairs to be completed before boating season. Today is July 28th and we still don’t have our boat back. The dealership held it until June ( sitting outside exposed to the weather as always when it’s there) and then decided it should go back to the factory. Really?! You couldn’t have determined that in March or April? And true to form our calls to the service department aren’t being returned. Based on our experience over the last 3 years, this business does not value its customers!

This has to be the worst dealership in Arkansas. Went in today to purchase 2 Seedoos. I already knew what I wanted. Easy cash sale. I waited for 45 min for a sales guy no biggie. He was with a customer. Sales man walked right past me to the front door and greeted someone else that walked in a few min later. I was willing to give them the a chance based on reviews but not now. Going to Jones Cycle or Ghettoworks.

HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude. The service department is TERRIBLE! They have had my boat going on 2 weeks for something I was told would only take a couple of days. When I called to try to pay over the phone the person I spoke with was rude and and very disrespectful. The only person that I have dealt with that is associated with Bradford marine that I enjoyed dealing with was the salesman Todd! Even after the sale Todd has been more than helpful. In my opinion the rest of the employees at Bradford need to take notes from this guy. When you buy a $30,000 boat you expect a little better customer service than this. The person over the service department is Terrible to deal with as well. One star is being generous. I am nowhere near pleased with my experience at Bradford marine. I will not do business with them again. Id advise you to shop around before doing so as well.

1st I am looking at purchasing a new pontoon boat so I went to the Sherwood location today walked in went all the way to the back look at the new Ranger pontoon boats looked at all that were on the floor mingled around a little noticed 2 to3 sales guys in the office not on the phone and did not have anyone else in there office either the guy in the parts area seen me made a call still no one so I was looking at the bass boats while making my way to the entrance still no one so I left it clearly states that they are the number one boat dealer i dont see how with this type of sales team Just so you understand it is not my job to chase you down that is your job also 100k sale lost signed seeya!

Horrendous experience at the NLR store this evening. Walked in looking to purchase a new Seadoo and had a couple questions. Found a salesman, first issue. The guy I found was rude and had little knowledge on Seadoo’s and did nothing to find out. I asked specifically about the new Wake 170 and was told “well we have one in the box out back but they’re the same as previous years”... sure hope they don’t work on commission; will take my easy sale elsewhere to a company that actually wants to sell a product. Disappointed to say the least.

I bought a boat from the Bradford in the bass pro shop, and I love my boat no real issues there, but my buying experience was a joke. The no haggle no hassle guarantee they say is their motto basically means its our way or the highway... Salesman was not friendly at all, all he was worried about was making sure the check I gave him was good, and when I went to pick up my new boat the next day he showed his face one time and he had forgotten who I even was, i guess the checked cleared and I wasnt important anymore. When I asked if they complimentary filled the first tank if gas, I got laughed at. All in all a bad experience will never buy another thing from Bradford marine again.

HORRIBLE....Bought a 2018 Can Am Outlander XMR with no extended warranty. After almost exactly one year with very little use (less than 200 miles - ridden approx. 6 times) it quit. Burned fuses and tail lights. Turns out the starter failed causing these electrical issues. I took it back to Bradford Marine and I was asked did it get wet? Wow!!....So I get the call, $790.00 to fix a brand new 2018 Can Am in 2018. I would expect a 2018 Can Am to last more than a year after spending 11k, especially with an issue that is of no fault of my own. How about standing behind a product? Sent owner an email (with my phone number) and NO RESPONSE. Was going to purchase a new boat from Bradford in the spring. Hope they enjoy that $790.00.

Bradford marine is a rip off bought a Yamaha waverunner from them but after the fact did some checking in Oklahoma and they charged me $3,000 more than it was worth and I think its stupid they want almost 2,000 dollars more for a trailer when the place in Oklahoma said the trailer should be included and that makes sense because how the hell are you going to get it home without a trailer but not with Bradford marine you have to pay $2,000 more for a damn trailer. I will not buy anything else ever from these crooks.

Completely the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a boat from them in 2015 Z7 Nitro. I purchased a 7 year warranty with the boat of which I am currently still paying on. I call them for service and before I even bring the boat to them to figure out what’s wrong with it the first words out of the guys mouth is “probably not under warranty”. Last year tried to trade in THE BOAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM!!! They said “we wouldn’t be interested in trading with you on that boat”.........WAIT WHAT!!! My boat didn’t have 50 hours on it!!! Now that’s what I call a spit in the face! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I took my boat to Sunrise in Searcy, and decide to buy a hunting boat from them as well. Never been treated so badly by a company before ever.

Just watched a $60,000 pontoon boat deal fall apart over a $30 portapoty. The salesman Chuck Sims is unprofessional and very rude. I was about to be buying a Can Am 850 until I seen the argument between Chuck and this nice couple. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Stay Away

Brand new jet ski purchased from another state, took ski to this location to have a part fixed under warranty, service guy was not nice at all. would not take any action to fix problem. I bought a part from them that broke after two uses. I called to get assistance with the problem and they refused to help in any way. They knowingly sold us a part that would not last and then refused to make amends for their cheap service and parts. I also was not impressed with their customer service as a whole. They did not seem friendly or caring, and were mostly lazy. I will drive somewhere else to get any further marine parts, even if I have to go out of state.

Went to buy side by side, agreed on out the door price, even on documentation fee, sat down to do paper work, transferred money, then salesman Terry, gives amount for check, over $1000 more than agreed upon price, called him on it, he said “we sure did agree on that price, I’m sorry “. Then just sat there expecting us to come up with the additional money because of his “mistake”, if this trick works once it’s a win for them. We left, we’re a military family took a while to save up for this purchase, refuse to be manipulated. Shop elsewhere folks.

Purchased an Outlander L500 and love it! Wish I could have found another canam dealer though. Tried to charge me a regestration fee for $200 for something that literally cost me $5 to do myself. They will say, but its lifetime registration or some crap like that....If the ATV lasted 50 years, it wouldnt amount to a fraction of $200 in registration fees. Just a way to gouge more money out of people that dont pay attention.Also tried to tell me that I had to use CanAm oil and filters, otherwise I would void the warranty. This is not true, and illegal. Got a little heated with the service guy before he realized he wasnt going to win that argument. Federal Trade Commission has your back on this one!

Last year we purchased a new regency tripoon 35,000..recently the Blige pump went out..they told us we would have to bring it back to NLR for repair!..really??..we didnt buy a trailer because we have it in a slip at marina on Greers Ferry lake..poor customer service!..we purchased a new truck from River City dodge in Heber Springs and they will come to LR to pick up and leave a loner!..now thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!..WE WILL NOT recommend buying a boat from Bradford..& i talk to alot of people every day all day!.. another BAD review for you-Bradford!

They have an agreement to sell their boats in the local bass pro shop, and bass pro lets Bradford design the ad that goes into the bass pro flyer, now I got a flyer with the boat, motor, and trailer listed in the flyer for one price, so I went down to bass pro, with a blank check from USAA, the salesman told me I was wrong, that the trailer is always separate, and 1995.00 extra,so I had to go back to my house get the flyer, once I showed the salesman the flyer he says its a mistake and he cant sell the boat and trailer at this price, I show him that there is 3 pages full of boats with trailers for sale, he refuses to sell me the package deal as listed in the ad, I called and left a complaint at bass pro, I talked to the owner of Bradford, and everyone is sorry, but I wasted a whole morning, and got a lot of aggravation over trying to buy a boat, and no one time did anyone even offer to work out a deal. I guess Im the dumbass, I dont understand who would by a boat without a trailer, why is a trailer listed as an option, if I buy the boat how would I get it home, and why is it an option on only certain boats, anyway the company wants to mislead people and try to save a dollar, so Ive filed a complaint with the provost Marshall with the 90 RSC for the state of Arkansas IAW (AR) 190-24 paragraph 2-6b with regards to not honouring advertised prices, or deceptive business practices, once in effect all active military personnel will not be aloud to do business with Bradford Marine, also Im filing a complaint with USAA, with the hopes of Bradford being blacklisted from USAA, and lastly I plan to stay on top of Bass Pro about the bad business practices of there contracted boat provider. I just filed a complaint with the attorney general as well, and emailed a copy to bass pro headquarter.
