I love hatchet jacks bait shop sports stop! Sam can cook a mean meal! I personally ordered chicken spaghetti and mmmmm it is so good! Everything on their menu is delicious from the ribs to the chili and gumbo. This shop is the place to go if you want to eat good! He’s taking super bowl orders as well!

Went over there on my way home from church this afternoon to buy some gumbo. But the gentleman that works there said they only make gumbo during the winter season, so I bought a couple of turkey legs instead. People are friendly there.

This ole bait shop has been around since i was a kid. They got all your bait and tackle and some really cool pictures of a bunch of the biggest fish ever. With a lot of history of some great Arkansas fishing, really neat stuffed fish and other critters too. Well today is a sad day😪 Our dear friend, Hatchet Jack, owner & operator, & greatest Hunter & fisherman east of the Rockies, a father a brother & the best friend a man could have, Mr Randy Witkowski has sadly passed away, & will never be forgotten, rest in peace my friend, paradise awaits you✝️

My prespooled reel made a clicking noise while retrieving, adjusting the drag did nothing to help. While trying to adjust it, now it is tangled up inside the reel.
