Jim took the time to fully explain the products I was interested in and their capabilities, and after our transaction I left there knowing that this group of guys will not stick you with something that is not going to meet your expectations.

I had the pleasure of talking with several people at the store, they were all very helpful and courteous. They were all so knowledgeable and noticed that I wasn’t when it can to my new Jeep, but they made sure that I knew that they were there to help. I was just looking today, and made sure they knew that, but that didn’t lower the level of customer service I received at all. I recommend these guys to help out with all your off-road needs, simply amazing experience. I would like to say thank you to Chris and Jared for the time you spent with me, and Jim thanks for taking me out and showing me your Jeep and giving me some ideas.

No customer service. Website offered no tax store won’t honor price on a ticket that I was waiting almost 2 months for. All same prices as current. Manager comes out says I got 2 choices. You can just keep waiting with no discount or I can just cancel your ticket cause I have other people who will be happy to move up the list. Why pay this place for the same prices you could get off the internet most time with no shipping or tax. Buyer beware cause then to try and convince you to keep it they say it takes 8 weeks to get a refund.After getting the corp number when I was leaving he called me back while I was on hold and said refund would be faster but still offered 0 reasons why a new guest could get a lower price than someone waiting almost 2 months

Very happy with my lift Jim sold me. It survived the off road park and thats what matters.

This used to be my go-to place, but as management changes so does the attitude of the place. Last two times I was in there, it felt like they were only interested in selling parts and not taking on real work on vehicles. Maybe Ill check them out in a few years but for now Id look elsewhere.

Been taking my trucks here since they opened. Sensed a problem a year ago. They told me something was serious wrong with my truck. Took it to a frame shop, they said the frame is perfect. Had a complete front end installed, 6000 dollars, by others. Went there for tires, first they said the aluminum wheels were rusted. Then they said the front end was bad, needed repair. Then they said the frame was rusted. All lies. Was getting ready to go to a lawyer, manager told my wife you cant prove we said any of this. Pos.

Honesty is hard to find in auto repair shops, but you will find it here. If they know they can’t provide the service you need, they won’t waste your time or money. Highly recommend.

All I have to say is that I had the absolute best experience with these guys. I had them install a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2018 Chevy Colorado and they did a superb job. There was a very small issue with the alignment, and when I turned around and brought the truck back they were on top of it without any hassle.These guys know what they’re doing and stand behind their work which I appreciate very much. The mechanic, to the guys working the front counter we’re all very professional and courteous and I will most definitely be coming back for future work. Thank you fellas for the great job and thank you for checking in on me the next day via telephone call to make sure my truck was riding smoothly and correctly.

So, this place is a little pricey but its a box store. The plus side is the selection of merchandise and the expert help. These folks can install what you buy. Anything you need for jeeps, trucks and other vehicles.

Said they were not equipped for oil changes, then said it would be around $150 for oil change (which money is not an issue), then directed me to Pep Boys for an oil change. Will not return for any truck parts or service in the future.

Great customer service! Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help out. I had a semi warn winch bumper installed through them and they did an excellent job. Finished on time!

Bought a new Jeep and this is the place for all my upgrades. Put tires and wheels on already. Getting front and back bumpers, winch, and off road lights today. They run some good sales on their products and have a good installation team. Dont keep a lot of the bigger items in store but can have them here in a couple of days. Ive added before and after pictures of my tire swap and bumper swap.

Excellent service in the shop bays! Great store manager and service manager! The mechanics are super efficient! Ive watched them work and they make these jobs look like a walk in the park! Josh and Paul are fantastic, and Evan is great too! They do so much up here...tires, wheels, rotations, alignments, light bars/lighting, lift kits, level kits, steps...you name it! If you want to customize your SUV or truck, give these guys your business! They stand behind their work, most importantly, and they take walk ins...they put the customers first for sure!

Was told that installation would take 3-4 hours and quote reflected that. When I told them I would wait, the job took 1 1/2 hours and their original quote was what I had to pay. Be very careful. They know their stuff but I wouldnt use them for any overpriced installs.

I called to price out a adjustable track bar for an F-250. Chance asked me a few questions and let me know that I only needed a bracket which was about $100 cheaper. He was able to overnight the part at no extra charge and he also made sure that someone called me as soon as the part arrived. (he was off work the next day) I received a call within 30 minutes of when he said I would the next day. This tells me that 4 Wheel Parts operates as a team at a high level. His integrity and knowledge saved me money and helped me repair the truck the correct way. Thank you!

Received a phone call from the manager, Chase, apologizing for the bad experience and offered to make things right. The manager is a class act thus I will try them again in the near future. Unless u have a jeep with deep pockets and fill like waiting a long time for parts, this isnt the place to go. They do seem to have a staff that can help you with stuff if you dont know what you are looking for, but for the mechanically inclined, you can get what u need from amazon for the same price or better and sooner.

They have all the parts you need for your four wheel drive I even found parts for my Suzuki Samurai

I was shopping online for some struts and decided to go to the store and purchase them instead of ordering them so the local company could make some money. I spoke with a man that was not happy working with me as he was very short in trying to help me and realized that I wasnt a big sale. He priced me $350 for 2 pair of struts that i could of bought for $200 thru their website.These guys are crooks and I will never go back even though I plan to purchase over $3k in parts over the next year!
