Searched for a Honda Pioneer 700-4 for a couple months. Sent these guys an email to see if they had one. Got an email from the owner said Yep, got one, here is the price. I called the next day, dealt w/ Jeremy and got it done. I remember buying my first real new motorcycle from that dealership years ago I would love to buy several more things from them when my credit or when I can afford it or if they would just like to work with me I would love to purchase one of those dune buggies that you can ride around in from them.... I did not see of those in the store because they probably sell those as quick as they get those in maybe foresight would allow them to order a awesome one for me and I could put on some LEDs on them and get busy you know what I mean... Good people to deal with. They did not clean up the bile. Which is not a biggie to me. As I will go over the bike from top to bottom. Oil was dirty, and the rims were caked with grime. I will have to double check every thing. So I will remove one star. Other than that it was a good deal

They don’t hit you with all the hidden fees others do, I drove here from Russellville to buy a motorcycle just yesterday.

Gotta give a huge thanks to Rick the owner, and the service technicians here. They got my 2002 Yamaha 660 raptor that had been sitting for 8 years screaming and back to her former glory! These guys were great. They told me it might take a week to get to my bike, but it was finished in two days. And the mechanic adjusted brakes and a few other things as a courtesy. Price was not bad for the work they did. Rich (the owner) and his crew are courteous and professional. I will be back next time I need anything.

Rich and his staff were very accommodating. I live nine hours away and I needed a part they didn’t have in stock as I was going to a rally on my bike during the week. They went out of their way to find a way to get me the part and needed so I could be on my way. Very professional and friendly owner, manager, sales staff, and parts staff. I would highly recommend!

Recently purchased an ATV here. If your looking for a straight forward purchase experience with no hidden costs and without all the sales pitch BS and fine print come check this place out. Of course they are going to try to sell their products and get your business, but Rich and his crew will take the time to answer all your questions and work with you if you have price matches or offers from shopping around for the best deal and let you know the bottom line without and hidden suprises or games. Honest and even pointed me towards a more reliable model (they dont see in the shop often) at a lower price instead of selling me on a model I was interested in and considering that they had available to sell with all the bells and whistles that was not as reliable ( they often see back in the shop for this and that) to get a bigger $$$ return on the sale. Instead of trying to get a few extra bucks out of me I felt they had my best interest in mind as their customer and wanted the best long term experience to keep me coming back!!!

Please be mindful when you take your motorcycle to this establishment. I brought my bike in on a monday only to find that the staff allowed a complete stranger to come into there place of operation.... broad daylight might i add, an steal my bike(Garage door left up....how convenient). Not sure if they got some kind of inside job going on or what. But thanks honda of North little Rock i am out of honda cbr 1000 repsol....2015 an under 4k miles. DONT TAKE ANY EXPENSIVE SPORTS BIKES HERE.

We bought my son a Ruckus for Christmas and it only has 344 miles on it, due for first service at 600 miles. I took it in due to the muffler broke. They refuse to fix it said it didnt fall under manufacturer warranty.. OK two bolts come out that held muffler in place and when they drop out muffler fell down and pipe broke. Ok that tells me bolts was not put in correctly. So I am heading home with new ruckus and have to have muffler fix on my end. Thanks Honda of North Little Rock for not standing up fixing the problem.

My husband expressed interest on a bike on Friday. He was given an out the door price, and we bought it the next morning. The paperwork was quick, the staff was helpful, and should we purchase another bike (for myself), we will be going to Honda of North Little Rock.

Ive been dealing with North Little Rock Honda for several years and will continue doing business with them. Always Good service and a good selection of motorcycle and scooters. Im a scooter person myself. Its a good place to do business and their service department is first class with great mechanics.

I was looking to buy a new used motorcycle and was told no test rides. The owner seemed really uninterested to even talk to me. I rode my own bike there, had proof of insurance and my license. I asked how they sold anything without test rides and was told it happens everyday. What a jerk. Needless to say I went to Sunrise in Searcy. They encouraged me to ride anything I was interested in. I ended up buying a V Star 950 from them and couldnt be happier. Sunrise is top notch compared to these guys. I tried to give my money to the small fish in the pond but they wouldnt bite.

I have used Honda of NLR on several occasions and have experienced excellent service. The dealership is run by folks that know what good customer service is and the price is right! I would highly recommend the dealership if you are looking to buy or have service work performed.

Recently bought a new Rancher 4x4 ATV from Jeremy. Ive purchased 2 new ATVs from another dealership and Jeremy is the reason why I chose to go with Honda of North Little as opposed to returning the previous dealer. His quick knowledge on every product is refreshing especially the small things you wouldnt think someone would know without looking it up, but still would like to know, he would fire off the answer.The entire purchase experience was quick and easy with zero hidden charges or underlying fine print, which shows the integrity of this dealership. Sure you can try and nickel and dime and maybe even get a better price somewhere else, but I can assure you the added stress and hassle probably wont be worth the $100 maybe you save.The model I wanted North Little Rock store didnt have in stock, but they went and got it that day. Plain and simple folks. If you dont want to feel like a number and just another sale. Ask for Jeremy at Honda/Yamaha in North Little Rock and hell take care of you.Also, the service technician that went over the quad with me was very knowledgable and nice. He even knew pretty much verbatim what the warning decal says about shifting into 4 wheel drive. Impressive! It may cost you a few extra dollars to bring it in for something simple like the oil service as opposed to doing it yourself. But, to have the quick turn around and overall customer care they provide will make it worth your time and money.

Extremely dissatisfied. My father-in-law dropped my motorcycle off this past Tuesday afternoon for a flat tire. They did not tell him they was behind or anything. I called on Thursday and asked guy was kinda rude and said they are behind and theyll call when its done. Today is Saturday 4 days for a tire come on. We pay payments on it and would like it back in a timely manner I understand if its a bigger part but we are talking about a tire. Als cycle shop will be getting all my business from here on out

I called them to inquire about getting my bike looked at for a repair. I asked if they would have time to take a look at the bike to see if it was a small problem today (called this morning) and I receive a sharp, rude, and I quote No way we can look at it today. Not even by the middle of next week.Wow, problem solved, I wont be doing business with you.In a time when the motorcycle business is hurting, youd think theyd be striving to get business. I guarantee you they arent so swamped as to turn customers away, even if they are - they can be courteous and tactful about it. Literally, the man I spoke to on the phone (Owner,Operator,Manager?) was almost disgusted that I even asked. Unbelievable.

Great place to buy a new bike. they had the bike I wanted, but it was still in the creat. By the time I went to get a hamburger, they were ready to load it on the trailer. Outher than that it only took about an hour, from the time I met the salesman to the time I was on my way home, with my butilful new baby. The salesman was very helpful, new what he was doing and how to make it happen. I know because I went to three outher dealerships first. Just wish Id went there first.

Worst ever! Told that they can have the bike done in a day. Well a week later it is done. Quoted me a price and then charge me more. Will never go there again! Beware! Charged $25 to put a spray of lubricant in the reverse button on my bike???? Are you kidding!
