If your into crafts and projects, this is the store for you. I have kids, so we’ll need project supplies every so often. Most other store around here have limited choices for project supplies. Michaels carries just about anything you can think of for crafts and/ or projects (or both 👍). Michaels is a little pricier than other stores but still worth going to.This location is close to me and worth going too. The store is nice and bright inside, with the perfect amount of light . It’s very clean and well maintained inside and outside. It’s also never packed full of people, so I can browse through the aisles without having to fight off other people (I hate it when other people just have to be right there on the same aisle and just happen to want to look at an item right in front of me.). You know how it is. I’ll be looking at something on an aisle in a busier store, and it never fails. Someone will turn onto the aisle and stand right next to me or in front of me. That really irks my nerves. I just want to yell “Are you kidding me, why do you need to be right here next to me”. With less people in this store, I don’t have that happen and it’s easier to keep my distance from other people as well.Another good point is the customer service. It’s hard to find a store with great customer service. Michael’s has that covered. Every associate seems to be very nice, friendly, and willing to help. They always answer and questions I have, always greet me, and always say thank you. That is pleasant. At other busier stores, it seems I’m at war with the associates.I have used their app much, so can’t really give an opinion on it. I’ve used it a few times for the coupons, which greatly help. I’ve also ordered items online with store pickup and that has always gone smoothly as well.I would highly recommend that you go and visit the store at least once to see what all they have to offer you

Great store and well staffed. Lots of art supplies, paints, canvas. I went for leather working today and they had some useful stuff. Never had a bad trip there yet.

I was going into the store thinking I knew exactly where things were located, but was absolutely lost. Luckily there was a great employee that I wish I knew his name that was extremely helpful! I loved that he was able to help me find what I was describing. I went at a time where it wasnt crowded at all and got to shop without having to avoid the crowds. This is my go to place for crafting supplies, especially with the Michaels app!

I picked up a painting I had framed and Cory went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied and that I was getting exactly what I expecting. This is an employee Michaels should be glad to have on their Team.

I had an amazing experience at Michaels, thanks to the manager going above and beyond to assist me in what I was on the search for. By the time I left, I had a wonderful heat press by Siser, a cricut fabrication tip, two photo albums, and the eagerness to get home and start crafting!!! Our cashier was pleasant, nice, patient, and friendly. Thanks for the excellent attentiveness and customer service. Your store deserves the 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks to my Siser Heat Press, I was able to get what I needed pressed after we got home.

I dont know who this store is named after but I can guarantee you Michaels like deals he likes to save money so theres always coupons and percentages off in the store and online. They get a five-star for me.

I wasnt able to find cartoon characters in cake pans but everything else was good.

First opportunity to be back in store after several years. i have really missed it. beautiful spring and Easter items. so many lovely silk flower items. found cute valentines day stickers. they were very low on paper crafting stock of all kinds. guy who checked us out was very nice - especially good with children..

I love Michaels. They always have what Im looking for, neat and organized. I can only compare it to other places like it, such as Hobby Lobby or local sewing stores. Michaels is open on Sunday, well lit, the employees are friendly. They have the best clearance sales. I go several times a month.

Absolutely one of my favorite all time stores!! I could spend all day just looking at all the neat craft stuff. But theyd kick me out and Id never accomplish anything. This is definitely my go to for anything I need for anything. And I already suggest going to Michaels to friends and family any chance I get.

They have great stuff. The workers are friendly and helps you find things if you need help. My daughter got her some paint yesterday and paint brushes. Their paint is cheaper than other stores. I love their Happy Planner stuff also. I got a couple of Happy Planner things yesterday myself 🤗

This is a really good place to buy Arts and Crafts. They also have Wiltons Cake Decorating supplies like lots of coloring tints and things for decorating. They even have home decor. Come Check Them Out !

My second favorite time of the year to shop Michaels wonderful collection of DIY ornaments and stocking stuffers. I love decorating Christmas trees. Michaels helps our family tradition never go dull.

Favorite store EVERR! Employees are absolutely amazing and more than willing to go that extra mile to help you. Last time I went, I needed some beads and for the life of me couldnt make my mind up. The young lady that was sticking the beads stood there with me for a good 10 minutes giving me a second opinion. In the end, she was a blessing lol. Id probably still be standing there trying to decide if it wasnt for her.Store is always clean and stocked.

So happy they had stamp making supplies! My daughter is a student at Kansas City Art Institute who is doing remote classes right now (Covid). She was given an assignment in her printmaking class and thankfully Michaels had what she needed in stock.

They have made a lot of changes since I was last there. It appears they are getting rid of the artificial flowers because it is down to a very small section and are running a 70% sale on them

Great store! I really enjoy the variety of things they offer. The seasonal decorations are an excellent deal when they go on clearance. The art supply section is very good with something for everyone. I really appreciate the calligraphy items they have on hand and daughters love the pencil and marker selection. The baking and cake decorating section will certainly get you set up with most things you could need. The best part of this store is certainly the staff. They do a great job of keeping things tidy and stocked. Everyone I have asked for assistance has been very helpful and friendly. Just a great place to get crafting supplies and ideas for projects!

Great for art and crafting! They have every marker, pen, and pencil you can conjure! Plus that 40% off weekly (sometimes 50) coupon comes in handy for bigger purchases like Artist canvas. Floral selection is awesome too! After Christmas sales on Christmas decor, is a very good deal this year.

Customer service was terrible! 5 employees working in the isle we needed help in and we had to ask for help. The help they gave us was minimal. Example What is the difference between these two machines? They answered we dont know and went back to chatting. We asked another employee working in a different isle and he said I think one comes with extra tools. as he walked away. We were in the store to buy an expensive item. We had come for that particular item and were treated poorly. Even the cashier was short and very rude. We will never be back in this store.

Staff was slow but friendly. Shelves were a little disheveled but I eventually found everything on my list. App is a little quirky but I love the list feature that tells you where to find stuff.

The item in art supplies Ive been purchasing was not in stock. Very disappointed. The store in my location is a smaller store, but its usually well stocked and always clean. Staff member who helped me was very friendly, though. She is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

A one stop craft store! I found almost everything I needed..couldnt find any light pink yarn, but everything else on my list was no problem! Cashier wasnt as friendly as I expected, but none seem to be friendly anymore. Good prices for the most part.
