If you need landscaping materials, go here. Great selection and prices. Sometimes they are a little hard to get on the phone but they always deliver. Were DIYers and theyve helped us take our yard from worst to first. I wish we had a bigger yard so that we had a reason to buy more rock from them!

When they dump the load of 16 tons off desert rose it was completely dark red. I asked the driver why and he said thats just what was there. Then he left it there. The way he dumped it put the rock out to almost the middle of the road. Completely unnecessary. I took one cup and rinsed it on the side walk and red water just kept coming. It turned the whole sidewalk red. Then i used a strainer and saw that I WAS SOLD 20% RED DIRT AND GRAVEL.Now when on the next rain there is not doubt there is going to be two red rivers of water coming from my back yard to the front yard. When that happens i will probably be written up by my association for the permanent red stains in my from front yard. Keep in mind i did not order red rock i ordered desert rose which is a mixer of colors and thats what i got. Only about one out of five pieces of rock was red after it is washed off thoroughly, but i got a huge percentage of pure red dirt. These pictures are not from the bottom of the pile. There from what was dumped from the wheel barrow.The landscapers said they have never seen anything like it. Not only did they rip me off in weight but they left a red mess for me to deal with.Thanks a lot Cheyenne rock.

Upon entrance there was a sign stating they are practicing safe measures due to covid-19. Only one person per window I thank you for that, the service was fast and friendly delivery on time and in the spot we request . We request 8 tons the price was good as well as the delivery fee thank you Cheyenne Rock

This place let us down! We’ve done a lot of business with this company and the first time I need to return rocks within two days of purchase And they say NO...First they ACCUSED ME OF SPREADING THE ROCKS. which I did not do... then they give a weird excuse and say well if the rocks are contaminated we won’t take them back either... these people are rude and lack business skills and regular people skills. Nice before you but after you buy from them and absolute no help!!! I would steer away every single person I know looking to buy here... and I know quite a few!I would have paid all restocking fees I would have paid to have them picked up and I would have bought a lot more from them all in the same transaction.. money hungry companies like this deserve all the failure they will receive in the future ;)

Was going to one of the other Rock Place, no names mentioned, but they stopped carrying the rock that I needed so I started looking around. Found Cheyenne Rock and was impressed that not only did they have the rock that I wanted, but it was at a cheaper price. After looking around their yard for a while, I noticed that they also had rock that my normal Rock Yard never carried. Employees are also very good at helping you load the rock that you want. Make sure you tell the front desk to give you a military discount. It is only 5%, but every penny helps, and a dollar off is a hamburger in my belly

Very friendly people. Have ordered rock from them 4 times now. Ive gotten normal spreading landscaping rock and several large slats of stone. The people inside were great about making sure we were getting what we were wanting and crunching the numbers not to mention they also give a military discount as well. The guy outside was amazing with helping out in any way that I needed it! From picking out which slats of stone I wanted... To fixing the tarp in the back of my truck for me before he put the load in. His courtesies and hustle out in the yard really make the shine so to speak. :) Would recommend this place to anyone for their rock/stone/gravel/dirt needs!

My dad has a construction business and goes here all the time for his projects so when I needed some rock for my house he referred me. From the beginning the people at the front were not professional at all. We got the rock delivered on time but when we saw the rock we hated it so we decided to call the company to see if they would take it back. The lady on the phone was so rude! We emailed back and forth and had the worst customer service. At the end they didn’t accept our return and now we are stuck with 9 tons of a rock we hate. We will never go back there again and my father who goes there twice a month will never go back either. Stay away, very rude and unprofessional.

Hard to find good ppl these days that actually care about others. I went Cheyenne Rock today and explained to them that i have a non profit that works with underprivileged kids. I needed sand to weigh down a couple basketball hoops that we put together. The gentleman at the counter didnt even hesitate, he told me to pull my truck around to the scale and he loaded a half a ton of sand and told me to have a great day. Any good review must be fake news. I went in paid cash, let them pick the day and time, guess what no rock. When I called (Robie) said they forgot about my order. Because I was upset about it (Robie) cancelled my order. Like the other review said. They act like theyre doing you a favor. When I went to Star Nursery they laughed said a lot of people have problems with them. They gave me a better deal and delivered next day. With the extra money we saved we went to lunch 😁 👍 to Star Nursery 😊
