Ordered castors online and they were wrong size for project and when returned they gave us a bunch of charges and after what we paid to ship them back it wasn’t even worth it... should have just kept product. As others mentioned... they are just distributor and they blamed the manufacturer for some of the issues... bought some off Grainger today instead... always get good service and easy returns when needed. Will not be purchasing from here again... that’s for sure...

I placed a large order two weeks ago for a high profile client. After 5 days I realized the order had been cancelled with no notification. I spoke to a member of their sales team who assured me the order would be expedited and I would have the order within 3-4 business days. Once I did not receive the order within this time frame, I spoke to the same sales member who assured me it was scheduled for delivery that day. He provided me the tracking information, as it was not previously provided, and I double checked with the freight company. Come to find out, the order had yet to even be picked up from the warehouse and still had to be shipped across the country. Source4 attempted to blame the MFG, though their website clearly states, and I was verbally told, that the items were in stock. Order Cancelled; product procured elsewhere with next day delivery.

Working with Source 4 the past few months has been fantastic. The team is professional, the work is outstanding, and we are very satisfied with the result we have in our new Distribution Center. We plan on working with Source 4 for our future needs of purchasing warehouse equipment and to implement the highest safety standards with a complete guardrail system for pedestrian traffic. I have seen this company in action, consistently, for over 6 months now. Their office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their technicians are professional, reliable, quick, and courteous. Ordered 2 heavy duty casters paid for 3 day shipping ends up they didnt have the part nor did there supplyer. They are cheap but call and check on your order if it doesnt ship in 2 days cancel it because they wont call you. On 2 occasions i was told after calling ill call you right back. Finally got refund told by email funny i didnt ask them to email i asked for a call

I was looking for a long while for a wheel set to replace a broken wheel set on my 40+year old Kettler (German) ping Pong table. Responding to my Contact email via their website, Kyle Volle, gave me some encouragement, then I sent him a pix of the old wheel and he presented me with some wheel alternatives on the phone. He offered that Source 4 has some customization capability too. Source 4 assembled a Polymadic 5 inch wheel set of 4 with the custom long stems. And for no charge he included 4 1/2 inch nylock nuts. USPS 2 pound box shipping and in two days I had then installed. Thanks you Kyle, thank you Source 4. An impressive demonstration of employee problem solving by Kyle and team support by the supply warehouse and shipping team.

Made a order almost a month ago and still waiting for my order to arrived. When you call the company, they blame the vendor for the delay, but they end up charging you 153.00 dollars for shipment and their web site says 2 to 4 days shipping. If you are needing any business supplies, this wont be the best option.

We used the pallet rack division of Source 4 for multiple shelving projects at a local high school. Couldnt have been happier with the product and customer service! I love the feel of this small, family-owned business. Happy to recommend to anyone and will definitely return for any future personal or business needs.
