We recently remodeled our master bathroom with frameless glass on our shower enclosure and beautiful beveled mirrors that were mounted with a floating system that holds the mirror off the wall. Both are excellent and done to our satisfaction. Elite Glass and Mirror was wonderful to work with at every level. The ladies in the front office are knowledgeable, the gentleman that measured the glass was excellent and got the glass exact, and kudos to the installers. Service, workmanship, product. I highly recommend ELITE GLASS! It only took a couple off days to receive the finished product and I was very pleased. I replaced wooden shelves in an entertainment center I have. The glass enhances the lighting that shines from the top of the cabinet. Good choice to change. Good choice ELITE GLASS!

Placed an order on Friday 9/11 with Reina and was told it would be ready Monday 9/14 or Tuesday 9/15 at the latest and that I would receive a call when it was ready for pick up. On Thursday 9/17 I had to call them, was told it would be done by the end of the day. At the end of the day the glass was not cut and I cancelled the order.Case in point, this company does not deliver product on dates promised.

They are constantly late for appointments now. Ive had to call them out to the property 4 times now to fix the same leaks, and they cant give accurate quotes. I had them tell me parts and labor were not to exceed $1600.00 and now I am looking at over $3600.00 as a final bill and the work is still not done. I dont know what has happened to this company, but they are a pain to deal with. The office is very unorganized, doesnt return calls promptly, takes forever to get you the information requested, and doesnt always leave messages to the people in charge. Not to mention that the office women argues with the customer about semantics; in dry weather leaks are drafts, and when raining drafts are leaks. It doesnt take much to understand that. I wont be giving them any more business, nor will I refer anyone to them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Absolutely GREAT customer service. I came in late in the day, the day before a holiday, and they werent annoyed. Instead they got the job done quickly and with good craftmanship.
