My experience with United is very poor they quoted me $410 to rent two pieces of equipment. The following day they called to confirm delivery but they told me they had given me the wrong quote I was put on hold for almost 45 minutes and they came back and told me the new quote was almost $1,100.I told the representative that this was completely unacceptable and he said there was nothing he could do about it and hung up on me.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Id recommend dealing with Benny Garcia and the United Site Services team any day.

Exellent customer service

Its a terrible place to work at. Hard labor and little pay. They work you like animals. Its bassically they call you show. Very long hours 12-16hr everyday. Dont ever make plans. This job is pefect for someone with no family and no life. They care about money only and not their workers well being.

Even though it said someone had been by to clean it on the record inside, it was disgustingly dirty and the hand sanitizer is broken and empty. I wouldnt recommend for a job site.

Made a phone call to request delivery to United Blood Services on Charleston and the gentleman was very kind and advised that theyre enroute.
