Terrible company, sends incomplete unit parts, making you hold your product resulting in loss sales, incompetent customer service, deceiving online display of products, it took a month long to have them finally send the missing parts! do not recommend, will not recommend and will not buy from them again!I still have a half built unit and another one still on the skid with no parts.Also received some concealed damaged product, the boxes with bottom shelves looked fine in the outside but were bent inside, they were probably at the bottom of their stack, they wanted me to file a claim with the freight line.dont be fool by the one star, they do not deserve any at all!

Global Industrial is one of the best places Ive gotten products from. They have always been so prompt, they value their hardworking employees and all around a great company I happened to stumble upon and theyve been nothing but helpful.

I have never done business with this company, never even heard about them until today when I just got a bill from UPS with their name as a sender using MY UPS ACOUNT to pay for a shipment they sent to a customer. I am trying to call them and cant get on hold with anybody.

Awful customer service and product support. Received damaged products from this company caused by the shipping company. I had to fight with Global Industries to get an RMA and provide them all types of photos and then debate how it could have occurred with UPS. I finally sent them back and after 1 month still no refund. When I called them to find out why, they indicated they received less items that on the RMA despite the fact that the shipping weight picked up from me was the total weight of all items. Finally, I wasted another hour going back and forth finally for them to say they would issue a full refund that would take 7-10 business days. I called their executive office to let them know that type of service quality their corporate customers were receiving, but these guys don really care either. Commitment to service quality and the customer must be top - down.

It does not ship in 1 day! It took two weeks for us to receive our product. Never ordering from them again!

Whoever they have answering the phones is terrible at customer service I dont think I will ever call them again lady cut me off three separate times and was rude from the moment she answered the phone
