If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am and OTR truck driver and this was my worst experience at a truck stop. I got a shower and walked in to find a super dirty toilet with feces all over the back of the bowl and seat. No toilet paper. And this was when the pandemic was hitting hard. I told the guy servicing the showers about it. He apologized and went back into clean. After I went to get Pizza. The person preparing the pizza kept on the same gloves to handle money food cash cash register other equipment and frequently touched her braids. I went to the front desk to speak with Kin the manager. Instead of being helpful she yelled at me. She also brought up the dirty bathroom that I had told her employee about. I didn’t even tell her about this. I don’t know if they ever received any training. Kim totally unprofessional. What a manger. That’s why they have security guards all over. To protect their rude staff that obviously doesn’t want to work for their money.

This place looks trashy. The trash cans in the lot look like they havent been emptied for two weeks. I also almost fell when I slipped in gas & water behind a truck in thier fuel pumps. When I told the manager she called someone that never came out to clean it up so nobody would slip & hurt themselves. that pic is several hours after I told the manager.

Excellent Coffee, and all the Flavors. Had Pizza and the staff was helpful and friendly. Trust my opinion, not a local guide or restaurant opinion person. Im a Vegas Boy, and tell ya the truth. It is smaller than most Pilots, but the Grub is Excellent, were talking Green Beans, Mashed Potatos, Fingers, oh ya . Good Grub .. Greg Goff

Coast to Coast Pilot always has something you need. Gas⛽, Food 🥑🥝, Shower🚿. Being that this is Vegas Im surprised theres not a hotel attached 😁👍🏾

The parking lot is too small like all pilots sometimes you can park on the street here. But they do have a good food menu which they added and thats really nice

Worst Pilot in America. They took out KFC & Pizza Hut and now only have that PJ Fresh garbage food. And you can’t even get waited on. Wasted my 30 minute break and didn’t even get food. Looked in the game room and half the gambling machine don’t even work. Couldn’t get coffee the place was filthy. Employees are rude smart mouths . Will never stop there again. They treat Truckers like diseased lepers. FTPlace

I’m so disappointed with shower services here .. too poor customer care. They asked to show me where I parked my truck when I showed them I lost my reserved spot for shower which they said it’s not a problem we are gonna reserve it for you until you are back .. but they were not asking each driver the location of their parked vehicles.. after I complained they called me back looks like they fixed

One cashier is always rude or grumpy. Never greets you, appears annoyed when you buy one of their hot food items. I even say thank you to her and she never responds. Everyone else is super nice and totally opposite of the person Im talking about. Dread it everytime I come to buy something and hoping I wont have her.

This place has everything. Make your own DD coffee station with a great sit down area with convient charging station On tables. Great selection of food. Neat and clean.

Oh my…. Soooo dirty at the pumps. I hated to get back in my RV with my shoes on. Plus their diesel posted price is cash only and card is$.06 more per gallon. They only had rock in all the planters so no where for your pups to do their duty

Worse pilot Ive ever seen a woman named Paris is extremely rude to everyone. I witnessed her argue with 5 people ahead of me . Bathroom are dirty, people are rude. As professional driver this location needs nicer employees

Dirty, tight and small lot (always full, a spot or two will open up between 6am to 8am, but other then that if a spot opens up, it’s taken right a away, if you get a spot you’re lucky so might as well go try some gambling)food isn’t that great, showers go from scolding hot to freezing cold, most of the staff was rude, except for one younger guy. Burger King across the across the street, along with a few other restaurants near by.

Small and a tad awkward of a parking area. Most spots are reserve, or bobtail only. Within 5min of parking, I saw 3 different near-crashes between semis fueling, leaving, looking for parking. So small, Id advise rserving a spot ahead of time, or try the TA off of Blue Diamond and the I-15

Many of the reserve parking spots have NO signs to let one know,that it is in fact reserve parking. When I explained this,as security was kicking me out, his reply was, I know theres no way to tell, but, you gotta go cause I said so. Great job management

3 Weeks ago I received a reply from Pilot that they would reach out to the station and find out. Since then, nothing. I would really like to be able to use this Travel Center again. I have been using it for more than 20 years. But I just cant if I cant use my card at the pumps. I have changed to the Loves 11 miles north on I-15. Theyre usually the same price, but I feel bad driving past my go-to travel stop. Please let me know if theyre going to let me pay at the pump after 11:00 PM. I will gladly take down the bad review if it gets fixed.This facility turns off credit card acceptance after a certain time in the evening. If you are a professional driver coming through Vegas, avoid the Pilot Travel Center on Craig Road. There are no signs indicating that there pumps are no longer self-service. You have to go in and pre-pay with cash or card, then go back in to get the difference between the amount charged and the amount of your fill up refunded to you, each time waiting in line. It added 15 minutes to our stop for no good reason. The people at the registers were unapologetic, and even rude about it. I will use other travel plazas rather than Flying J/Pilot. They are just not a reliable organization.

Theyve changed the the ingredients of the breakfast sandwiches., they dont taste like egg. They didnt offer the biscuit sandwiches as advertised for $1.00 off. No specials here!

I just want to give a shout out to the crew working here. As I sit and watch them all make this place run and witness the service they provide for everyone that passes through. I pray for Gods blessing to surround this place and if the manager sees this. Please give every one of the employees a raise. They truly deserve it

The showers were clean and the cashiers were well mannered and kept advertising fresh hot pizza. I almost bought some but I had donuts before which were also good. Thank you for providing excellent service!

April 25, 2018Who, might you ask, builds a 7 fuel island; 50 parking space truck-stop on I-15 Interstate in busy ol’ Las Vegas, NV? The king of under-design, of course! And who might that be? Pilot/Flying J, no less!But as usual with the Pilot truck-stops, this is a well managed establishment, considering the crowd; clean, considering the urine smell in the parking area; and helpful souls with friendly faces behind the counter.The good news, for me at least, is the KFC inside, complete with $4.64 three piece chicken deals, as good as it gets, anywhere. (Illinois KFC’s are $6.96 for the same thing)Beware the panhandling crowd in the parking lot though. Might short-change you.😲Welcome to Las Vegas,NV.

Expect long lines at the diesel pumps and some of the pump displays are broken plus there is DEF spilled on the pump itself or all over the ground and theres spilled diesel sometimes on the ground around the pump islands. Expect to sit in line for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the truck in front of you to move away from the pump island because the driver has gone inside to either use the restroom purchase food or take a shower. The lot is very small and theres not much room to move around also around 3:00pm to 4:00pm dont expect to get in and out of this fuel station real easily if not at all. Just up the street is a TJ Maxx distribution center all of their employees get off at 3 p.m. and they block the road in front of the pilot so if you are a commercial driver that is on a tight driving schedule avoid this fuel station if possible. Their fuel prices appear to be on par with every other fuel station in Las Vegas.

The workers, including the manager, really need Im training on customer service because their attitude is lousy.

Im at the Pilot Travel Stop at 3218 E Craig Rd No Las Vegas, Nv. Employees Kim and Reva are showing the Christmas spirit. This is and excellent Pilot and the employees are very helpful and professional. I will always come to this truck stop. Merry Christmas Pilot.

When taking a shower I was standing in 2 inches of water. Mold was on the walls. Never stop here again.

Clean friendly staff wide variety of services from food to showers to souvenirs and more. Plenty of parking also right now its one of the cheapest places to get gas.

This is a really small Pilot, it doesn’t seem like they ever have available truck parking..And the lady at the coffee machine inside was slightly annoying..

As anybody would know, this place is tough to find a parking spot! Honestly youre probably better off to move down the road and find somewhere else, this place is disgusting and full of homeless people its a great place to get cellulitis or some other form of bacterial infection. The game room is absolutely disgusting never gets wiped down and food garbage all over you can clearly see from the crud and Grime on the machines and floor that it never gets cleaned and all the homeless people play in there after begging for money. 😟 Ill add the coffee is disgusting I havent bought pilot coffee in over 2 months they claim its the best on the highway but I guess some people believe it if you keep saying it.

Very busy staff manages to stay friendly while keeping the place clean in spite of the high volume of truckers coming through. Very limited parking options though, and about a third of those are reserved. If you end up desperate for a place to park, theres an empty lot a few blocks east at the corner of East Craig rd and Nellis blvd, behind the Siegel motel.

No current services. No fuel, no showers, no restroom, no food. No idea when they will open again. Poor parking...there own company policy is getting in there own way. You lost a lot of money and service by turning away even the truck drivers that depend on your services.

I stop here often. Usually has great gas prices, and several good food options.

Customer service is decent, currently under remodel. Came in for a second time later in the day to use the restroom and the Security Guard became confrontational about me not having a mask, albeit she had one to give, she was confrontational. I didnt wear one prior when getting a shower and laundry before her shift and no other employee had an issue when checking out, why must I wear one now?

If you dont mind corporate telling certain people that work there how to do their job and not to allow anybody who is not a trucker to stay in one area long enough to charge any type of device or actually eat their dinner then go ahead and do that but they only want a trucker to be in there longer than what they would in average Joe and that is the corporate that is not the people who work there watch out for their main manager as well she says one thing and then turns around and stabs you right in the back and one of the workers watch out for her she listens to one side of story and not the other if you arent careful they will 86 you there for no reason at all

After parked there in a spot that was not marked or a split line threated to tow the truck it is was not moved. The spot was not painted reserve nor was the spot have any markings stating it was bobtail. The app says 2 available but they say zero can be paid for. If it is full it needs to state zero.

Dont bother. I use pilots almost exclusively when I travel because I know what Im getting. Not here. Diesel at the auto pumps is measured by a trickle. Difficult to get in and out. If you have even 5 miles left continue north to any other facility. Beautiful new pilot in mesquite.

They claimed I was loitering in their dining room after I bought food from the KFC and a gallon of water from their store . Claimed I was there for hours when i arrived at 4 pm and the incident where they kicked me out happened at 5 pm. Bad experience I personally like the place. Now I will never come back

I was going to leave a glowing review until I saw a slip of paper on my windshield right before I started to drive out. Managment was going to tow my red box truck because i was apparently breaking some parking law they had. No reserved parking or any signage, these people are crooks just trying to make commission with tow company.Funny how rules change out of thin air, only positive about this hole is the showers now i wont stay even for that if im at risk of a tow. Jesus CA or whatever management is called needs new training asap.

Awesome. I had to do my 34 hour restart here.....I cant say enough about how friendly the staff is here. Ive been driving for 25 years, and this was a great experience. Paying for parking, and being able to Bobtail down to the Wal-Mart, and the Dog park is worth every penny of the $15.00Brockton. Otherwise known as Rose 🌹 is running a tight ship. My thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay.

Shower are dirty 2nd time I stop here and they haven’t improved in the cleaning of there showers or restrooms. Staff somewhat friendly.

This place has any and everything you might ever need. It is also a truck stop so it’s always very busy. My dad was a long haul truck driver and they always know which stop to make and which to avoid.

The folks working there and KFC pretty good. Got caught behind a driver parking at the fuel Island. Another truck got his fender tore off. Very lucky to find a parking spot. I hear its like this every day there? Anyway, thank you to the driver who parked at the fuel Island for 48 minutes. Thank you to the staff who let him jerk off in the store 48 minutes. You guys are the best

The guy that was cashiering charged me $2.11 for meeting size cup of coffee. I told him I thought it was a dollar 75 or dollar 85 for a cup of coffee he said no its a dollar 95. And I said well you need to change your sign back there where the cups are and he just gave me a dirty look. If I had my head together I would have told him to keep it fairly he needs it more than me. Very bad service. I used to be a general manager of a truck stop years ago and I would never let my employees treat my customers that way. Definitely never stopped in there again

I dont usually complain about a stores operation, but this Flying J in Las Vegas really needs new management. I was in the hospitality business for 15 years as a GM and I have never seen a store this disorganized. We were called to our showers and they were both still dirty. Dirty towels still hanging on the hooks. Water on the floor. Went to eat at the Pizza Hut and took forever to get our food. The employees looked pissed off. The fountain drinks were all watery. Same way 3 weeks ago. The whole operation just had a heavy sense of disorganization. Honestly I didnt really see any evidence of leadership going on. I was very disappointed in the Flying J brand

UPDATE:A month later and Pilot escalating this issue has had no effect. This time I counted 8 dropped trailers and 2 straight trucks (not sleepers) along with countless unattended trucks.Another Pilot that looks more like a drop yard than a truck stop. I counted over a dozen dropped trailers and 2 box trucks without a sleeper or anyone in them.

One of the top 3 worst truck stops i have been to. It is an absolute catastrophe getting in and out of. Line is usually backed out onto the main road to get fuel. Never any parking. Inside is always packed. I have got 3 shower returns because i waited over 40 minutes each time and had to leave. Found out about the Mortons truck stop next exit up at Cheyenne and have never been back to the Pilot. Way more parking, employees are super nice and there are more food options. If you need a quick in and out NEVER go to the pilot at this location

Mam, how about we compare monthly salary? You work at a gas station, Im a licensed engineer. Complete disrespect!

Vagrants in the parking lot making good use of available electrical outlets. They really are running a box fan in their vehicle on your dime. Now, since I know its just that easy, I will also take up residence in your parking lot.

I come through this location 4 times a week, typically between 4 and 7am. The bathrooms are never maintained, always out of paper towels and/or toilet paper. The showers are ALWAYS all dirty so to get even a 5 minute shower takes 20/30 minutes of waiting for someone to go clean one... Heres an idea, keep them clean... I usually prefer Pilot but this one, Im putting in a few calls to its management as well as higher up the chain.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Typical small Pilot truck stop. Not many parking spots that fill up very quickly. Very nice people when I stopped. Clean bathrooms and showers. Clean fuel area. Clean lot as well. They do have a security guard at night. If parking available, I’ll be back. Bad thing is, you are not near anything “Vegas”. KFC & Pizza Hut Express are attached. Down the street are a few other options for food.

The staff is poorly informed on their services. They charge $1.75 for coffee refill with driver reward card. All other pilots $1.19. If in vegas use the TA or petro, anywhere but there. Dont get me wrong, pilot coffee is awesome.

My wife stopped to get gas and a guy tried to get in her car as soon as she stopped. I called the station and they didnt care about it. Luckily she had her door locked and was able to get away unharmed. Please be careful at this place. Even though it was crowded and in the middle of the afternoon.

I love Pilots and have stopped at them all over the country. I will continue to stop at Pilots wherever I travel. Except this one. This place was filthy, smelly, lots of broken urinals, floors in food areas was greasy with pieces of who-knows-what all over the place. Whomever is the regional manager for Pilot really needs to swing by and take charge. Yuck.

Showers have NO hot water

Was sound asleep in my f350 dually with dot visible on my truck in the bobtail lot (with plenty of open spaces available) and no signs mind you of this being any specific area. I just drove my 11 hours and got there at 3pm. At 9pm Im woke up by banging on my window telling me to move. Plenty of space there but they felt that I should move. Im a woman driver and travel alone and the last thing I want is someone waking me up knocking on my truck late at night. I told the young man I was leaving at 2am and he said he would have me towed if I didnt move. Terrible place and I will post this on all my trucking pages to avoid.

(Store manager) I came here during the day on 4/5/19 at 8 am she was such a nice lady patience and caring excellent costumer service. She made my day.
