Visited this store during COVID and felt very safe roaming around the store. Lost of space to shop and the staff cleaned everything I used. Teresa was super helpful helping me find the perfect glasses that fit my face. I have a hard time finding glasses and she picked a few out that made the process quicker. She even adjusted my friends glasses who was just there for moral support. :) Super nice, will be happy to return.

I love the staff at this LensCrafters. The staff was super friendly and greeted me right away! It usually takes me a while to find glasses that fit my face and I go through many try-ons. The woman that helped me was so patient and gave me great advise on the style of glasses that fit comfortably and look great. She also cleaned all of the frames after I tried them on.

I’ve been to other locations and this one truly stood out to me. Very clean environment. Employees are all very knowledgeable and easy to approach. So happy I got my glasses here. Thank you again Lenscrafters!

She is very knowledgeable on brands/ styles that suit different faces.She was also so kind to offer to help clean my glasses and inform me of best practices of sustaining my lenses and frames for long term use. It was time for my yearly eye exam and I visited this LensCrafters where I was greeted by Teresa. She brought me back to get my eye exam and once completed she took the time to help me pick out a perfect pair of glasses and educated me on when to pick up my glasses, Etc. She made this process incredibly fast and easy and was very friendly as well. 10 out of 10 will definitely go back. Trust me, ask for Teresa!

I had such a great experience the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very helpful and kind, he answered all my questions regarding maybe getting the lasik procedure done. He also took the time to discuss my vision and how it’s stabled from the last check up I had. I left feeling very content and informed, I will definitely come back here for my yearly checkups

I visited LensCrafters because I had lost the screw in one of the arms on my glasses. Ashley greated me when I arrived, took a look at my glasses and immediately went to work in repairing them.She not only inserted the screw but she added a bolt to secure it in place longterm.My glasses feel and look brand new again.

Wonderful experience with my favorite doctor in the exam side. And a wonderful experience at the Lenscrafters’s side. The sales person really helped me out, I was only suppose to pay a certain amount and for a few bucks more I ended up with the perfect frames!

First of all the two girls behind the desk to see the doctor were rude. My daughter had to deal with them because she noticed I was getting mad. Their attitude was totally unprofessional and they made me feel as if I was a bother when I just had one question. I guess I did bother them since they did not know the answer. My daughter had to tell them what to do. The doctor was ok but she was just trying to get out of there. She was in a hurry. Not talking the time to breathe. I didnt like the visit there. Now the ladies who took care of my husbands fitting of the glasses were very nice. They were all nice. If I didnt have to go back there I wouldnt but I have to go back and pick up my husbands glasses. As far as selection on glasses. They had different brands that looked the same. So his glasses were to take A month and the next thing you know its going to take 2 months. Something about they are on back order. Whatever that is. Overall I will not be going back to that place after I pick up those glasses I have to get.

Terrible service the frame fitting lady broke my daughters frame by not following procedure, so she tells me to come back tomorrow and her GM will have more frames to choose from. We get there today as instructed ( I leave work early solely for this) and no frames have been brought in, the messenger who told me this info was rude and arguementive and no solution was made..

Horrible initial phone call. I called to get some information regarding insurance and service questions. The girl who answered the phone responded with a “Can you hold please “ without getting my response and then hung up on me. After calling back, the same girl NEVER answered my questions but badgered me to make an appointment. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

The only thing I like about this place is Dr. NgHe is friendly and very professional. He takes his time to answer your questions. I personally feel there isnt a big selection of frames to choose from.

Buying my glasses here was ok. We bought glasses for me and my son. My wife was going to buy her glasses there too. But when I came there to have my glasses adjusted (the rubber of the ear let loose) they said it was out of warranty and they couldnt help me. They did help me 4 weeks ago when the same happened to the other side. I bought the glasses 1 year and 2 weeks ago. It wouldnt have cost them anything to fix it. Guess what. My wife is getting her glasses somewhere else.And I did get a response from lenscrafters on my review. If I could post my experience on their official website. The link was to fill out a form. No thanks lenscrafters.

I went to this location, like many others, before the end of 2018 so I could use my eye benefits before they expired for an annual eye exam at their in-house Dr. office. I called first to confirm they took walk in customers and was told they do between 2-4pm. I went there at 2pm. I was immediately treated rudely being a walk-in. I was told Its going to be a long time before we see you, were going to take all the appointments first before we get to you, itll be a while. I understood this being a walk-in, but the way it was said to me was as-if they did not want me to wait. I did anyhow. After 4 appointments I was called back no one else was waiting so I got called. The Doctor herself was nice, although I think she was wrong on one of my eyes getting better (after 10 years of steady decline).I chose to not purchase glasses at the location since I did not find anything I liked. I did find some glasses I like at an online website whom many people I know order from and is reputable. I needed to know my pupilary distance or PD to order and that was not listed on my prescription. I called the office and spoke to Nera, or Nery, or maybe Mary, Im not sure. She was incredibly rude, she said we dont give that information out I asked if the measurements were taken at the office as a part of my annual eye exam she said yes. She proceeded to tell me I could go someplace and order glasses and theyd take the measurement themselves. I told her I was not ordering from a store but online and there would be no one to measure that. She said you can do it yourself then. I asked her if she could please provide me those measurements as I needed them to order online. Again, no. I said I understand if you cant give that out via phone, but if I come in with my ID can I obtain a copy for my records. This is when she disappeared from the phone call. She put me on hold without asking, without telling, anything! I said Hello? Hello? nothing. I almost hung up when a few minutes later she came back on the line and said I spoke to our manager as a courtesy well give it to you if you come in with your ID. Needless to say I will not go back to this office, or lens crafters. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend being treated this way to anyone I care for. Go someplace else, save your money, time, and be treated with decent customer service.

Worst place ever had an appointment at 10 was here at 950 they took everyone in front of me. I sat there for more than an hour after my APPOINTMENT TIME.
