I lost my alternator in the Rockies so I called ahead to see if they had the parts in stock. Jason said they did so when I arrived he took good care of me. I dont like breaking down but I was pleased with Jason and the TK team. Thanks guys!

Great service. Belt loose need to return

It was lifesaving that fixed me.3.5 hours labour= $1100+400.00 for parts (alternator and battery). So labour is just shy of $400 per hour. Then he said if my boss takes longer than 5 minutes to pay bill he will charge time. Viva Las Vegas. They should collectively have to pay me that much wait time loading their freaking produce wait time. Its essential!!!

Had a small issue but big enough to get it checked out...was leary of stopping because of some of the reviews...but I stopped by and was very pleased....yes,they are a little high priced but they are the only thermoking dealer/service point around...so good for them...I did have a load on so I got quick service and everyone was friendly and professional....Brian did a good job and I will finish my load.....thanks North Vegas

Nice place with friendly service. Called yesterday and no one answer the phone. Im here today with a meat load and they told me I got to wait two hours before they can look at it. Sounds reasonable considering they have a lot of other trucks ahead of me. You would think a hot place like Las Vegas you have a whole lot more Thermo Kings. good place overall. Definitely would recommend this place especially when theres no other Thermo King here.

Took care of the issue with my loaded trailer but 500 bucks to only replace a battery is rediculous

Dropped my truck of yesterday for my apu so Ill let yall know how it goes for shur. Ok so it went pretty good quick turn around, But missing 6 panel screws dont no if there missing or not but you thank they would have put some new ones in!!!! Would not mind paying for them

Had to take truck in for apu service and bunk heater was filling cab up wit smoke,they did a great job and the bunk heater stopped working and had to go back had me out the next day and works wonderful now not freezin my a** off nowmore thank yall

Bad service, super overcharge, waste of time and money

Besides the slow moving personnel and the sub-standard lounge with a bathroom with no toilet paper. The service is as expected. Joseph is fantastic if u get him as a mechanic. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. All around 4 stars.

Had a problem with my trailer on a saturday evening. Waited about 2 hrs after having my company make a scheduled fix. I was given the amount total of $1,000 after 3hrs of labor to replace a alternator and was told he needed a check for that amount. I called my company and told me to tell the tech that they have a account w them and he needed to send them a po request on his end. The tech responded with an attitude saying he didnt know how to do that and to get out of his shop. He accused me of arguing with him and demanded a check from me or else he wouldnt release my trailer...30 minutes later he came to my truck making excuses and needed me to sign. This place needs to train their techs on how to properly deal with business transactions and customer service.

I repaired their cabin air conditioner. They didnt fix anything but charged $ 880

The mechanic was on point with my tripac service. Alternator went out and he put in a higher quality alternator, compared to whatever trash they put in at the Denver Thermo King. He also changed my fuel lines and a fan aswell, he even washed down the unit. Top Notch service.

Excellent service, were very quick to fix the alarm (status light or whatever its called) light on reefer unit despite it not being a tk unit. My company shares their property as a drop yard so I figured Id see if they could fix it and they could.

Great place to get work done, quick and no headache, props to all the people there. I definitely will be back.

Its a shop. Not happy to be here because that means I have an issue with my refer trailer, but the folks here are nice and accommodating.

The manager came out and looked at my unit. Right off the bat he knew what was wrong. My mechanic fixed it up and went above and beyond. Their expertise really shows at this location.

The place was very helpful and understanding on the work and they explained what happens if u dont get the right part

Came out of my truck to ask how long it would take to fix the reefer, dude was so rude repeatedly yelling you gotta wait in your truck ignoring my question several times. If you dont know how long it would take, there is no need to be rude. This is unacceptable in any business field.

Terrible and expensive!!!! Just for change 2 fuse they charge me almost 400 dllrsmy truck came full of merchandise andNo close option ..I felt compelled to pay that amount for 2 fuse .. Went in to get belt replaced. Had both replaced 2 weeks ago 126.00 cost in Tn. Replace 1 here over 200.00. Takes about 15 mins but charged 139.00 hr rate. Very unfriendly service desk. Will drive out next time..

Stopped in on 5-14-19 had a bad fuel pump on Apu mechanic did find it bad and also found a bad belt did great job getting me back on road . definitely recommend these people the entire staff were friendly and service was far better than I have seen in a long time thank you folks
