Its alright. Im not gonna say its a great place, but it isnt bad either. I guess its pretty much like everywhere else you buy smokes from, in regards to customer service and alike.As far as cigarette prices, I would not say theyre that much cheaper. But they do offer a fairly decent range of cigars, if thats your thing.Overall in my opinion, its an alright place. Not the greatest, not terrible, but decent enough.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. I have a friend that comes here to buy cigars. I wanted to get him a useful Christmas gift so I dropped by . After listening to a brief description of my friend he remembered him and the cigar brand he smokes. Impressive. That is someone that cares about their customers. UPDATE: My first review was 7 years ago... so long ago I forgot I left a review, LOL 😂. Since then, things seem to be much better. Better/different management? I dont know, but I have visited 4 times now and have been meet with excellent customer service and the products I have been looking for! Although, I havent had to return anything...PREVIOUS REVIEW: Bad customer service! I thought I liked the shop until I had to return a Fantasia eHookah. The stick didnt work and they wouldnt switch it out or refund my money, so I wont be buying from there anymore and I will be telling my friends!

A little Expensive. Convenient.In Vegas where at least one smoke shop is in view from a moving vehicle at any given time, Smoke Cigar & Gifts is only special for being across the street (Ann Rd) from Kaizads Smoke Shop. Of the two, SC&Gifts is much pricier. It opens (and closes) a little earlier though.

Ive never had a bad experience - and have been coming here for 2 years.

BEWARE - their cigarette prices are tolerable when compared to roll your own but they will charge you $1 if you use a credit card on purchases less than $10 and .50 on debit card (which is ILLEGAL) on purchases less than $10. I have printed out the documents off the internet to educate these foreigners to EDUCATE them. Their prices on gifts are ASTRONIMICAL to say the least. A Pittsburgh Steelers zippo lighter is 2x the price I can purchase the IDENTICAL item off on Ebay and have shipped to my house; simple novelty items throughout their store are at least TWICE the price you can find them at the Dollar Store, Walmart or anywhere else. UNLESS it is close and you are in dire straights to grab a pack of cigarettes, I would personally recommend that you take 1 extra minute and walk into Smiths grocery store to buy cigarettes there. At least they speak English and do not talk behind your back in foreign tongue while they stare at you (like everyone is about to ROB them) and you wont walk out of the place wreaking like STRONG incense odor - gives you a headache in a matter of minutes. JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE all together - you can get every item they sell at the Local Flea Markets, Dollar Store, eBay & Smiths/Walmart for a FRACTION of their price! BIG MISTAKE I made and I will NEVER do it again - EVER! But they are in violation of the SB 220 of Nevada by charging people .50 if they spend under $10 - they can charge credit card purchases under $10 a fee BUT NOT DEBIT CARDS! So they are doing ILLEGAL actions in their business and I fully intend on reporting them for doing so - after I drop of the Laws to them tomorrow and take a photograph of their FEE SCHEDULE sign. Perhaps they just cannot read the business documents in English -???? hmmmm
