It was ok,after I complained about staff not being friendly that when a young woman came over to help. She was very helpful, but you shouldnt have to complain in order to get service.

I stopped in to buy my husband a UV swim shirt-a must have in Vegas. Well, I realized I forgot to get a float and ended up going back. They have very good prices and several items including the shirt were on sale. I entered my email address and they sent me a coupon for 10% off my next purchase that I immediately used for the float. The ladies that work here are very friendly and helpful. They even have Sunscreen on the counter if you forgot it before heading to the pool, water park, or Lake Mead.

Went to purchase sneakers. Every size was only carried in extra wide. Disappointing.

A big store packed into a little space one of the best in town

I dont recommend going to this location if youll need any help from an employee. Waited 10 minutes at the knife case, asked for help only to be ignored. I might not look like the typical person that would come in and purchase a knife, but you just lost over a hundred dollars in sales because no one could be bothered to help me. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a store whose employees dont ignore customers when they ask for help.

They almost always have coupons online, so we got 10% off everything and they even had a great sale going on where some shoes were 30% off. Look for coupons online!!

Customer care they were very helpful with the item that I needed and wanted to purchase. They were so friendly and welcoming. We even talked about my shirt. Such a pleasant place. I intend to go back there for anything else I ever need.

I believe that this entire company is twisted but my most recent issue happened at this location. I select my items and have the price totalled in my mind but when it comes time to pay, my total is nearly doubled. They have items placed with the signage completely misleading. Not just once or twice but every single time and at every location. When I mention it to the cashier, the best they can do is offer a 10% discount but refuse to honor the advertised price. This has to be illegal.

Ive been to this store a number of times now and it has always been a great experience. They have a large array of items from clothes and shoes, strength training equipment and sporting goods. The staff is awesome and very helpful too. Highly recommend this store!

Good selection and fair prices. I know this store and my way around it, but we were greeted and offered assistance twice which is always appreciated. The store is small and some aisles are narrow and difficult to navigate if other shoppers are around. All in all this Big 5 is very good considering sporting good stores are disappearing.

Its better than Big 4 but not quite as good as Big 6. Its about half the size of Big 10 yet twice as large as Big 2.5. 👍👍😊

I buy various items there. Look for discounted product and can usually find additional discount coupon online or in mailers. Have a decent supply in varying sizes. Sometimes certain items are very limited, might need to check with other stores.

They had the products I needed and the prices were within my budget and their customer service was great.

Stopped by yesterday with princess and grabbed our fishing 🎣 licenses, I called in to make sure they did have this service because Walmart did not, i was relieved to find out they did. When we got our license we were helped out by Jeffery who was not only knowledgeable and friendly, he was also courteous and had suggested things that will grasp the attention of the fish. He even gave me a local guide where we can fish. He just saved me a tremendous amount of time and money, because we were going to drive to Lake Mead. He suggested Floyd Lamb park, I can not exercise this enough. Customer service is what generates revenue, not merchandise because a shopper can shop anywhere for products. What i cant get everywhere is that type of product knowledge, local knowledge, and customer service. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Pretty good selection of sporting goods for such a small store. Staff was helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. One star off for not clearly marking prices on the racks. I thought the gloves I picked up were $18 not $34.

The staff went way above n beyond helping my son n I. They called other stores to see if they had in stock items that this particular store didnt have. Also gave my son a discount for being such a great kid.

Has every variety of sporting, camping, fitness products, including clothing and shoes. Quality at a great price for most items. Tip - check the discounted items in their flyer or ad first. I found a quality tactical backpack here at a great price.

Went in for some running shoes. Had to go look for a salesperson in another department. Then had to go look for him again when I wanted to try on another pair. Theyre all friendly and greet you when you walk in, but nowhere when you need them!

The customer service is great, THEIR SHOE SELECTION SUCKS, what is up with all these ugly shoes? what they dont make real durable leather shoes anymore, instead you buy these fabric shoes that you tear or pit holes in, in a matter of a day. Bring back the real high top basketball shoes.

It was very easy to navigate and fairly clean. The prices can be a bit expensive, but their deals and coupons are good. Employees were friendly and efficient.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing they did not warn me or make me feel uncomfortable for looking around and they were very helpful although they did not have the shoes that was in their ad.But all in all it was a positive experience and obviously if they didnt ship the shoes to the store the star cant have them but the manager on duty was very friendly and very helpful

This store is convenient and provides seasonal sporting equipment that is not available at WALMART. I will not purchase a regular priced firearm from here. Their prices are too high. There have been times when I gave needed better quality socks for snow sledding. They had them here. I purchased water socks, gloves and boots from here. None of which were carried at Walmart or Target. They serve a purpose for me. Im sure they do the same for many.

Nicely stocked store, I was able to find a new pair of shoes for my father that were available in the colour he liked.
