Laura is the Greatest! She has never failed to meet or exceed my expectations! She is always there for me when the chips are down and she always pulls a rabbit out of the hat! Placed an order for 3 seals over the phone with Laura. she advised me of the price per seal however she did not advise me that there would be shipping charges. I called when i noticed a larger amount hit my account a few days later. spoke with Laura and she claims she explained shipping charges, during the conversation i also found out the amount that was charged was only for 2 seals and the other seal had not been charged yet (who knows how much that would have been). I explained to her that i would have never agreed to order for the amount charged plus whatever the other unknown amount was when i could have bought all 3 seals from other vendors locally for a couple of dollars more per seal an not have to wait for the seals to arrive.
