Desert tint definitely takes care of there customers after having my window busted out over the holiday on my 2015 ford fusion they were quickly willing to help me out. They are quick friendly and I am always willing to come back great prices great variety of different tints. They definitely have my loyalty. My second time and Ill definitely be back in a couple week to get me truck tinted next. When people ask where I got my windows tinted I happily point them to no other place then desert tint. Thanks again to the great employees they have working there Ill definitely be back.

Great easy in and out. Mgr. Steven was very helpful. I had both front side door window tint on my truck. They removed my old tint and replaced it with new. I have a 3 year warranty. The cost for both was $ 80.00. Thanks Steven

I called several places, other places were saying they were scheduled out days or even weeks! What!? Not desert tint! They said bring it down! Even on a Sunday! Knocked it out in no time at all, they even did my taillights... highly recommend!

Well, after about 7 hours of waiting in person and another day where I dropped my car off the windows were finally fully tinted. They also left a huge mess of tint all over, weird dark water stains in alot of places, and a couple of razor blades.

Called they said I can bring my car right down. Got there at almost 1:30. On the phone told $145 with life time warranty. Drove clear across town because we realy wanted the life time warranty. Got there and no life time warranty. Also was told 1 1/2 hours. After 4 hours we are still waiting. Sorry very bad business. Willing to change this review if they make things right

I took my car to have the windows tinted Sunday March 28th. I went with a dealer friend of mine. They did his car first and then my car toward closing which I had no issue with. The tint was done wonderfully however my $150 ray bans had magically gone missing! When questioned if I was certain that they were in the car, I simply stated that why would I carry the case in the car but not the glasses! I was very professional in saying that they possibly were misplaced but after them not getting back to me the following day, I called Tuesday and the gentleman rushed me off the phone clearly knowing what matter I was speaking about, stating that they were very busy and he was headed over to that location. I still haven’t received a phone call or heard back. It’s making me wonder what’s really going on!

I had my 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye tinted At the Lake Mead location. Over the next several months I noticed some slight imperfections with the tint. I was able to contact the owner and he put me in touch with a young lady named Daniella at their West Craig location which was actually a lot closer to my house. They were able to fix my concerns immediately. They did an absolutely amazing job and their professionalism and quality of work is top notch

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tinting company. First of all who puts new tint over old tint?! EVERY place lets you know their removal fee when you call for price estimates EXCEPT for these people. Their Craig location girl who works in the front is just RUDE and lied. They were very messy and don’t take accountability for their mistakes. They don’t care for customers satisfaction at all. I would never recommend this place to anybody. There are much better places you can go to. I have more than 1 car and they just lost out on a lot of money from me and my family. So glad I only let them work on my Kia and not any of my other cars. Just terrible business and I hate to even have to say all of these negative things about my own people smh

Overpriced. Called for quote on two stock/un-tinted front side windows. Was told starting at $120. Umm...hell no. Every other place quoted me around $90. Unless these guy have magical transitional window tint; Ill be going somewhere else.

This situation is Not what you would expect when you spend $230 on tint. This is what they gave me at the end of the day when the job was done... Please read this review before buying... After speaking with someone on the phone and sending these pictures the day my tint was finished, they said that this was unacceptable and to bring it by the shop and they will take care of me... after bringing the car back 2 months later (I explain why later), I spoke with Matt, the new store manager and pointed out to him some of the defects/bubbles in the tint as well as the mess left on my seats. He was very professional and willing to help get everything taken care of, even willing to redo the tint all around... Shortly after some other guy comes from the back, looks at the tint and downplays the defects that were clear as day... I then showed him the mess on my seats and panels to which he said that wasnt from us and then he went on to say that all I needed to do was get some armor all and wipe it off... implying that its not their mess and I could clean it... Im sorry, but I didnt pay $230 for you guys to tint my windows, leave a mess and then make me clean it with pictures to prove it!!... after this I let the new manager Matt know that I wanted a refund... He kindly understood and said he will contact an owner or GM to get it handled... After 2 days of waiting, I heard nothing and decided to call, well the manager was on lunch and hell call back when he gets back... no call... I called the next day requesting to speak with either the owner or someone in charge... nothing... I decided to stop by yet again. They proceed to blame me further saying that I took 2 months to bring the car back in to get the issue with seats and tint resolved... I had to explain to them that I dont understand why that would even matter and my reasoning is because I am a military member who had orders out of state during those two months and was unable to bring the car by until now. After them trying to place blame yet again on me I was over with Desert Tint... I requested a refund, however the Owner or whoever is in charge wanted me to leave the car so they can take the tint off, no mention of compensation for my old tint that they removed and left all over my seat and in my trunk after placing blame on me for multiple things... the new manager Matt was kind enough to help get some of the spots off of the seats and panels but through this horrible experience, I hope he finds a much better company to work for and manage after seeing how his bosses deal with situations like this... I will not recommend supporting this company. Knowing that they advertise their services on Nellis Air Force Base, I will strongly advise my fellow service members on base to not support this company any longer!!

Very professional shop at Craig Rd, Daniela at the front desk was so informative and helpful on all products and prices. Didn’t get the name from the installer but he did a great, clean job installing the tint on my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss. Definitely use them again! Highly recommend them.

Desert tint quoted me $135 on the phone.A hour later when I arrived, the price went up to $165.I walked out and went to All Tint LVfor $149.Its not the $$$ but let your word be your word.

I drove in from Pahrump to have my windshield replaced. Eddie quoted a very good price. Windshield replaced in 1 hour. In and out quickly and very professional. They showed me my car prior to releasing to me and also explained the different tints available. Very happy with transaction. I would recommend to anyone. Great tint job! The regulator scratched my tint a few days after I got it and I brought it back to see if they were able to replace the tint. They not only replaced the tint but they also fixed the regulator. Very pleased with the tint and customer service.

I called for a quote to have my driver’s back window tinted after having it replaced due to vandalism. I own a basic 4 door sedan, I was told $200. Their competitors (who did all 5 of my other windows originally) quoted me $40 for the same job. No question as to who gets my money today. The audacity to attempt to charge me more for one window than your competitors charged me to have my whole car done is deplorable.I highly recommend customers spend their money elsewhere.

I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews but my tint came out better than expected plus it comes with a lift time warranty all for $150. Normally you would get a 3 yr warranty unless you buy a $400 tint. So far so good

I brought in a brand new car. I was told my tint would take 45 minutes. It took over 2 hours. The tech had to peel it off & and do some windows a second time because he didnt do it right the 1st time. My leather back seat now has stains on it as well as the seat belts. The guy at the counter tried to convince me I bought the car that way and that it must have happened at the dealership where I just bought it! I work for the dealership I bought it at & know it was perfect before Desert tint touched it. They tried to clean up their mess & the guy at the counter then admitted they were having problems with the employee who did my tint. Another unsatisfied customer was there upset as well. I asked the counter guy to make a note on my receipt about the stains in case they did not come out when it dried after they attempted to clean them. He told me he would have to call his boss 1st. He did call & did make a note of it. They also left the key in the on position the entire time, running my battery down. Very dissatisfied !!
