The vehicle was sent in to be painted on June 25th. They still have not finished. I have been back 5 times to pick up my car. The car was only to be touched up without body work. The car is in worse condition than what it came in with. When I expressed concerns on the condition of my car. I questioned them on the use of spray paint and marker on my car, and now they refuse to speak to me about my car this is a total disgrace.

UPDATE: The General Manager Mr. Young was amazing and super professional. He was so helpful and ensured my car was properly taken care of. My car looks perfect.The GM was fantastic and I look forward to seeing my car after they fix it

I am highly unsatisfied with the work that was done on my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C 300 I asked for The scratches on the passenger side To be repaired They did everything except The front bumper And passenger side skirt. The service writer Robert said I didn’t ask to have that work done. which wasn’t true it makes absolutely no sense to get a few panels fixed and leave everything else with heavy scratches. Not only that they left a bunch of overspray all over the car and there is dust from their work everywhere in the interior. They did absolutely nothing to keep the vehicle protected or clean up after themselves. I am a car dealer and I have used them many times but since there is new management and Robert Is in charge I will never do business with them again.

Staff is very friendly and professional! The first time I came they were slammed with customers but Michael handled everyone very professionally and was very pleasant!! Vehicle pickup went the same way! I highly recommend this shop!!

I feel if you are going to charge top notch then we should get the value and service we pay for.After 9 days I was able to pick up my car with wire hanging. I dont mind paying over $500 to have a BUMPER painted and reinstalled, but i do not think it should take 9 days!!

I saw some reviews on YouTube and I read some reviews online. Some good some bad. So I decided I would see for myself. I went into MACCO to get my truck painted and the sun damage repaired. They gave me a good price and made it look like new! I will upload pics when I get them, but I felt MACCO did an awesome job. I would recommend them.

I was referred to Maaco by a friend from work. So I made my appointment and came in on a Saturday. The gentleman behind the counter-Brendan came out to do my estimate. After reviewing everything he gave me a price because it was a two stage process. I was concerned because I have a mazda. He gave me the price and I was excited because it was really low. So I went ahead made my appointment and agreed to bring in my car on Monday. Monday rolls around I met a different gentleman at the counter, which I believe was the manager. He asked if I had my estimate, I told him it was at home. He asked for my information and tells me that Brendan had quoted the wrong price. He states it was a 3 stage process for Mazda and it will cost another $75. So he came out to check on the front bumper because there were some deep scratches that I wanted to take care of. He says we can just do just that area. He says if he does the whole bumper, they would have to sand and get the imperfections out. So I agreed to get the whole bumper done. Came back on Tuesday at 2pm. Saw my car out front and wanted to see it before I came into make the payment. I noticed that the front bumper had a darker shade. I said that doesnt look right. I came in and I saw Brendan at the counterl after he took care of all his customers ahead of me, I told him that the bumper was really dark. So he tells me that yeah I noticed that as well. So we both went to the car and he takes a once over and says the reason the color is the way it is, is that the painter put too much clear coat which made the paint darker. I said ok. So he said we would need to re-do it but we will have to wait a couple of weeks because the paint hasnt healed and it would get mucky. So I said ok! He wanted me to bring in the car on the 15th of February. Something just didnt sit right with me. So I took my car to two auto paint and body shops. One a ma and pa shop with 4 and 5 stsr reviews and two a very reputable shop thats always on TV. I explained the situation and they said you were screwed! They told me if Maaco had done it right in the first place, you wouldnt have a different kind of color. Both body shops even stated that they didnt even sand or prep the area. All they did was spray painted over the original color and then added the clear coat. The 2nd body shop had me run my hands on the bumper and you can feel how wavy the surface was to the touch. And when I did that the paint started to rub off and you could see the original paint just under it. I was really disappointed! All I can say to anyone who reads this review is if its too good to be true, it aint!

Mycheal Young took care of me!!! Loved how thorough, informative and professional he was. He gave me options and didnt try to convince me into spending more money unnecessarily. If I need any more body work or paint work again Im coming to Macco on Craig.

Horrible paint job they had my truck from 09/04-10/04 30 days they over-sprayed almost everywhere some panels have clearly not even been painted they broke my bug shields off. Good paint job at a good price.......but i got a two tone paint job and the guy didnt mark the car or even pay attention to me when i showed him where i wanted the bottom color to start so it wasnt where i wanted it but over all i am satisfied just took an extra 10-14 days

I was satisfied with my paint job. However when i came to pick up my vehicle, i noticed my side mirror was off line. it wasnt that way when i dropped off my vehicle. The employee wouldnt acknowledge that they were responsible for causing this to my side mirror. I cant adjust it now and im very upset. I assumed when the painters taped my mirror they used to much force when un taping it. I will never reccomend anyone to this location at all. Highly dissatisfied

Came to get the spoiler painted they completely ruined it it was brand new out the box now it has cracking and waves in it terribly done stay away

Received a quote of these guys for $600 to replace a bumper for a small puncture area. I went to Professional Auto Body 2454 Losee Road and Pablo fixed the area for me making it look better than new for $150. I recommend looking into pro auto body, they did an awesome job! For a fraction of the price!

They should not be listed as a paint company. You are simply donating. Original coat, they ovetsprayed on rims, tail pipes, head and tail lights. Took vehicle back to have fixed. Vehicle sat for 2 weeks. Finally repainted and still got it wrong. No rental or reimbursement was offered. Each time I called to check on status, I was told I would get a call back, never did. And when demanded answers, they just kept pushing the date. If you care about your $ do no spend, 500, or 5k, for any paint job they offer. I assume the onky way using this company seems feasible is if youre trying to make a quick sale of a vehicle you just bought that is rusted out, and trying to get a few more dollars. Or a banged up company vehicle. Do not use period on your personal vehicle you intend to keep. Terrible experience. You all have been warned. I hope this helps other potential customers to stay away and keep your $ and the stress this experience will bring if you use this company.

Worst repair experience I have ever had. Took 4 months for the repair to be completed. Staff extremely unprofessional. Tried to reach corporate but was told to contact the store with any issues. The store was the issue. I will never recommend the Maaco on East Craig in Las Vegas to anyone. The whole staff needs to be replaced. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Great paint job for the price I paid. Looks like a new truck. Only thing I didn’t like was the dusty interior I was left with from the sanding, but considering the amount of work they did to my truck I’ll take that any day over paying too much for the same service. I can’t say enough about how great the paint looks, but I can say no orange peel and a deep gloss I was not expecting. Simply put I highly recommend Maaco on Craig rd, you won’t be sorry. Also the staff are very nice.

Maaco painted the front bumper on my 2012 camaro. They did a excellent job of color matching and blending. The front end of the car had several rock chips and a few cracks. The front bumper looked as good as new. Brendon Roggow was very professional and delivered everything as promised.

We talked about everything price for everything had to put half of the payment down and then they come up with more ways to charge me more so I was very unhappy with the service

Do not believe what Micheal Young tells you. Make sure every little detail is written down on the work order or they will use it against you when you pick up. 2 week promise turned into 5 weeks with 3 visits to pick it up but the work wasnt complete. Also tons of overspray throughout. Very disappointed.

After our introduction Robert, the manager at Maaco, assessed the needs of our 12 year old Xterra! This gentleman was kind and knew his stuff about painting autos!We took his recommendation at a very fair price and we began the process of having our Xterra rejuvenated!The prep and painting took just over a week! It looks amazing! There is a six week waiting period before a good coat of paste wax can be applied!I most certainly recommend Maaco to take care of your vehicle paint needs!

Price was high for work done, I had a lot of over spray on the hood and lights. There were runs in parts of the paint as well.

I brought my damaged jeep to them and they pulled the doors out and re-painted the whole jeep for a great price and it looks great too! I tell all my friends to go here if they need paint or body work.

I recently took my Mercedes CL 500, with multiple damages i was considering just to repair an area to save me a couple of bucks, i ended up painting the entire car, and got me a better deal..i asked for a brief estimate for repair and paint, the prices were pretty affordable and the quality was exceptional..on top of that the manager Leslie was super informative, professional and helpful..i would definitely recommend this shop to my colleagues and friends, thank you macco for making my experience pleasant.

They were awesome! We were referred by a friend and since this was for my soon to be 16 year olds truck... I didn’t want to spend a fortune! Beckie was realistic at helping us decide what to put the money toward. She guided us to paint the parts of the truck he would most want done and didn’t just try to sell us on more! They even did some extra work cause they thought my son was just a nice kid! It was a great experience for my son to see the value of money going towards a truck he has been working on fixing up. They gave him tips on some of the future things he can do to fix it up as well! I will definitely will come back if my daughter needs any work done when she turns 16! The truck looks great!

Came in for an estimate for the $299.00 and walked out with an estimate for almost $800.00 makes me wonder. I know my car isnt perfect, but no dents or damage just some oxidation on the hood and roof.

What a great experience. My RV had major clear coat peeling problems and Becky and her crew took it in and, worked a miracle on it. Everything went just as it was supposed to go and it was ready to pick up right on time. The workmanship can not be beat, and the price was more than fair. MAACO on Craig gave me total transparency and respect. Super professional and super fast and efficient. Not to mention affordable and able to get the part you need that day. They work well with insurance companies, too. Though I plan to move away from north Vegas and more into the city, I will be bringing all my vehicles here if collision repair is necessary.

Horrible paint job.RIP OFF!! DONT GO THIS PLACE!! They Left paint splatter all over my car. They didnt repair the small Nicks it had even though I pointed them out. After I got my car I asked why the paint was bubbly and the stud broad that walks around with a gun in a holster acts like shes so tough. Was like oh thats an extra charge to buff that. I just paid thousands to paint my car and they didnt want to fix it. Dont come here its a rip off. My car paint was layered so thin and looks terrible. I can go on and on. Negative stars rating of I could!

The only thing I wasnt satisfied with was that they gave me a price of 1,500.00 to cover every dent and there were still a lot of flaws..I had paid extra to make sure everything was taken care of and it wasnt.. Other than that, I was pleased with the paint job..

My Toyota truck was looking pretty old. The primer was showing through. So, I went to Maaco to have them completely repaint the exterior. I ordered the high quality paint because I plan to use the truck for many years to come. They did a great job. Friendly people too. It took about a week to 10 days. It was worth the wait.

We have used the services of this company twice this year. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to be fare and not overcharge for services. It is refreshing working with honest and nice people. The end result was like having new cars again, but without new car payments.

They lied to Progressive my insurance provider. They lied again and again and again. If you value your time, something you can never get back. Do not go here. One of the best shops I have ever dealt with! My daughter had an accident where the driver’s side door was totally destroyed. After going to several repair shops recommended by “certified insurance shops” I was told about this great family shop. The work they did was INCREDIBLE, well done and met all of my expectations. Their cost was significantly less than the other shops which allowed me to get my entire car painted. They did such a great job that I bought my second car to them the next day to have a ding repaired and painted and they did the exact same quality job. I recommend this shop Highly!

Beckie went above and beyond for us we had some parts that needed to be painted on a tight deadline so they could ship out for a show in New Orleans, not only did they get our parts painted in one day they wrapped them in shipping materials I provided and had them ready to go 5 hours before they were supposed to be! Beckie knows more about cars and auto body and paint than anyone I have ever spoken too! If you have any body work or paint needing to be done see Beckie!

Overall they did a good job on my mazda 3 but the least they could do is clean up the car before handing it to the owner. It was dusty and license plate was missing. Rodrigo took care of it. Price wise it was great but you get what you paid for. Also they could’ve fixed the minor dings since they charged extra for excessive chip repair. There is one area that a piece of hair or brush was painted over. I can live with it since it’s just tiny. This is why I’m only giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

Paint job exceeded my expectations. At most youll see tiny imperfection up close but its nothing too noticable. Paid $500 to get my car painted from white to blue and it made such a huge difference in the look. Ive received compliments on the paint job and lots of surprised faces upon telling them how much it costed and where I got it at. Woke up in the morning to find someone had hit the back of my car in the middle of the night while it was parked in my parking port...Anywho, I took my car to Maaco, and the service was awesome. Has a small shop feel, and i’m happy with the work they did to restore the back of my Ford Fusion 2011. There was a minor imperfection this time around though, (no one’s perfect) but soon as I showed it to them they made an appointment for me for the next day. They took care of it first thing in the morning.Super happy, I am and still will be a loyal, happy, and returning customer. 😁

Awesome paint job for the price! It took a week to complete only because they had over 60 jobs on the schedule and they made this clear when we came in. Well worth it when they completed!

I had my Explorer painted as it had paint coming off the top, fading and peeling. The Maaco personnel reviewed my needs and also gave me a quote that was about 25% less than others. They also told me when the vehicle would be ready. Upon picking up the vehicle, I found it to be in excellent shape, with all the detailing completed and buffed as was requested. I highly recommend this Maaco shop for repaint work as was done for my vehicle.

We could not get over the quality of the work. My daughter and I took her newly purchased ’98 Volvo to Maaco for an estimate to repaint the car. The hood and roof were severely oxidized and it was unfortunately the first thing you’d notice about the car. The owner/manager was very helpful in explaining the various services which could be done and understanding about a college student’s limited funds. We chose the least possible amount of service so we tried to keep our expectations reasonable, but the look of the car shocked us! It looked new!!

I give it 3 because they are very nice people and I am sure they care but my paint job looks extremely rushed and it’s already peeling, it looks like sprayed on plastic. I am heartbroken that my suv does not look as I would have expected it, yes it looks better from the oxidation on the hood but I don’t like the messy job. I wish I would have never painted it.I change my mind-1 star is what they deserve, first my vehicle is painted wrong color, then they do a half as rushed job and tell me they are too busy to fix it now, let me walk away with shot falling apart and waves of clear coat, I bring it back Monday 9/2/19 because they promised they would be here and finish and do anything needed for my vehicle. Of course I show up and no one is there!! I do not have time or another vehicle to be doing this back and forth stuff. Very disappointing from a known company like that.

I’ve used Maaco twice. The first time was to paint a used car I had just bought. They did such a terrific job that when I showed my mechanic – he started referring his clients needing body work to this shop-even had his daughter’s car repaired there. The second time I was there was for a repair after a fender bender. They found the necessary parts (a challenge since the car is more than 10 years old) and repaired the car to perfect condition a week earlier than they promised. My experience with the Marie, Dave and Oliver (who works there) has always been exceptionally professional and responsive . I can’t say enough good things about them.

We dropped off our 1999 soccer mom van off at Maaco on last Thursday morning. We told them we just want the paint to be back to factory looks and did not want to spend a ton of money on it. The owner gave us a price of $400 plus tax and we told him to get it done. He told us to come back Saturday morning to get our Van. Saturday morning we call and the Van is ready. I spent a good 30 minutes going over it and it looked just like the day we bought it. No problems at all. They did what we asked at the price quoted in the time frame given to us. Could not ask for any more than that.

HORRIBLE!! Looks like they just threw the bumper and paint on my truck. They kept it 9 days and still didnt replace the grille. Hood was not properly aligned and neither was the bumper. Runa all over the paint job. Plus they pulled the wires out of my subwoofer... and Im not sure why as they had no business in the back of my truck!!!!!!!

The price was more than reasonable and they offer a very great finish on their paint work. I had an old BMW repainted the original color to correct some of the fading and peeling from years in the sun. It looks like a new car and I have trouble finding it in parking lots, Always forgetting mines the nice one when I am looking for the old faded one. Great job!

I used the MAACO Craig Road location in North Las Vegas. It was a completely terrible experience and I will never go to that shop again so help me God. What was supposed to be a five-day project ended up as 12 days due to shop negligence with no apologies whatsoever from management or anyone else. Even after 12 days and at least two repaints, my vehicle still has obvious blemishes which were never caught by the staff before giving me back my vehicle. But I will NOT be using the Craig road location to fix them.

It was becoming an embarrassment to drive my old car because the paint just looked terrible. I took it to Maaco and the guy actually talked me out of the more expensive package I was eying because the car is old enough it didnt really need it. I took the package he recommend, and came back thinking its got to at least look better than it did before! I was thrilled when I got there to find my car looking like it was brand new again! Couldnt be happier with their work and great service!

Overall paint was decent, body work I paid for wasn’t done, over spray all over my method race wheels, Heavy overspray all over my front suspension as well which I am very angry about .they took off my light bar and when they put it back on only put on 1 bolt in each side . Lost my antenna, paint drip on the rear bedsides . Decent work but was not expecting to see the excessive overspray on my suspension and wheels . Hoping for some sort of compensation

I bought my sons first car in here. Its over 20 years old so obviously it could use some work. The guys at Maaco took it in and when we got it back it looked brand new again! Very impressed.
