Terrible customer service. Didn’t even start taking apart my car to look for damages. The car sat there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it. When I called to ask why it hadn’t been started, they said that the amount went over their threshold. They don’t make that decision the insurance does. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of knowledge on that part. Then when I asked that they start working on it, they said they had more cars in front of my car when in reality they just added it to the end of the list instead of making it a top priority since I waited so long. Terrible service.

Great service, wonderful staff who always go out of their way to make things as easy as possible. The work is guaranteed for life, cant beat it! Oh and the rental car agency is in the same location, so it just doesnt get any easier! Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job. They kept me up to date with text alerts. David was the staff who helped me so if you have options please choose him. He very thorough. Which may mean they pride themselves on great customer service because the receptionist was very kind and attentive as well. I will definitely use them again.All completed between the 5th of the month and ready for pick up on the 18th.

I backed into a pole and cracked my rear light cover. The bulbs still worked fine so I thought Id just buy the light housing online and install it by watching Youtube videos. Lol...Nope. We were told to go on line with pictures of our damages, we did that. We were told caliber would call us with a quote and it would be 48hrs, well no one call us back. So I reached out to caliber and was told to put all my information, I did. Then I reached out to a young lady and told her I was not able to pass your address and that it would not complete because that address did not a good address. So now an appointment for 7/3/21 to come in from Pahrump and was not told how much the work would coast me. I wished that someone would reach out to me with the quote be cause I did send all pictures. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience taking my Vehicle here. The staff was friendly. Esteban Ramirez helped me with my vehicle. He would keep me updated on my car and would care for it as it was his own. Overall my experience was very good highly recommended.

Esteban the boy who was helping me always lied to me. He always told me that he was going to call me to let me know updates on my truck repairs, and he never did. He has been in for 22 days and they have not been able to repair it.

THEFT and DISASTER!! Do NOT use this Business!! From the moment we dropped off our truck, it’s been issue after issue! They told us a higher price after it was taken apart. When we asked them to please put the truck back together so we can take it to a different shop, we were told they broke something while taking it apart so it could not be put back together. They tried to charge an extra $1200 just to put the truck back into the condition we drove it in as. Now after having it for over a month we are having it towed to a different shop (when we drove it in) because they can’t put it back together. As we are waiting on the tow truck we check our belongings and the truck has been gone through and items are missing. So not only did they mess our truck up more than what it was, their employees have stolen over $1000 worth of stuff out of the truck (this is a work truck that had tools and equipment in it.) we figured since this is supposed to be a reputable company we wouldn’t have to worry about our belongings but we we’re definitely WRONG!!! Take you business somewhere else!

I absolutely will recommend Caliber Collision On Losee, North Las Vegas, Nevada. They repaired my car to great form. They are very professional and explain in details the work needed to be done; from the front desk Receptionist, to the Technicians. This establishment is A1.

This location is wonderful. I recently got side swiped and had work done here because they cover GEICO Insurance. The other driver is insured by GEICO not me but I’m glad that I came here. My vehicle was fully repaired they also wiped my dashboard and gave me back my car cleaner then when I brought it to them. Great customer service and I received text alerts threw out my repairs so I knew how things were going during the week. I will be also returning for future auto services.Thank you Caliber Collision!

I went to Caliper Collision on north Losee road in North Las Vegas today to pick up my Toyota RAV 4 that had been damaged by a driver that had Geico insurance. First off, let me say that Esteban Ramirez-Gutierrez was a rock star! He took such good care of everything from the first minute I walked into that place! He gave me an estimate then saw all the repairs through to the end! I so appreciate all that he did for me and if I ever need repairs again, I will for sure use Caliper Collision and especially the Losee Road location! Not only does Geico insurance work out of this building, so does Enterprise car rentals and they gave me a nice car to use while my repairs were being done! Thanks to everyone at Caliper Collision at 4527 Losee Road in North Las Vegas ! You came through for me in many ways and so fast too! My car looks amazing and their lifetime warranty of their work makes using them again a no brainer! The adjusters name was Brandy she was very nice and thats the second time Ive had been there my wifes truck had to be fixed there about a year ago they are very helpful with communicating with the insurance company and they do great work I was very pleased

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! SPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! Its a disaster experience! They insist that my car is fixed but its NOT. They told me that There is nothing they can do to my car anymore. Bunch of inexperience people and blind they cant tell whats crooked or straight.My car is worst than before. Supposed to be simple fix to most reputable shop but Caliber Collision made it worst! I was sent to them by my car insurance I read the reviews prior to my appointment and was a little skeptical. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lady at the front desk she was very nice and courteous. She explained how the process would go and that they’d keep me updated via text about my vehicle. Thereafter I was greeted by Esteban whom was very polite, friendly, helpful, and very honest! As soon as I was finished with Esteban Enterprise was already there waiting to put me in my rental. As time went on I received daily updates about my vehicle they gave me a time frame and was able to get my car back to me sooner then what they originally told me. I was very impressed with the service. It was better than expected.

The people there were friendly and fast. Took my car to get fixed after getting hit in a parking lot. Was ready in three days (like they said). The paint was matched exactly and it looks better than it did before the accident. Would highly recommend them.

Well manager took over and found out from dealer part been discontinue, so we glue it. Manager will get back with me on other part.Still waiting on a part.

I can’t say enough about this shop in all aspects possible. They took care of me in a situation none of us saw coming. After having a less than pleasant experience with a different location this TEAM set me up with a rental that came directly to my home and had my vehicle towed to their shop beautifully, the tow service was amazing and was taking all precautions as this shop has the entire time! I am a wounded combat veteran that is quarantined to my home due to my injuries. This Caliber Collision has made leaving the house a much safer experience all together.My Toyota Tacoma has been taken care of impeccably since it got to their shop. I went to reclaim it days ago and as the tech/claim manager went to bring it to me he found a problem that wasn’t present until others were repaired. They are already about to finish that repair and have my vehicle back to me in better shape than when it arrived at their shop by a stretch. I have a lot of respect for this business and would and will recommend them anyone I know in need of a repair. 10/10

Okay as for my review after 2 months of going back in forth with them finally finishing the job due to reaching out to Steve that handled my issues. I am not happy with the performance at the shop I am happy with Steves performance he did do everything he said he would do and I appreciate that! I will not ever do business with this company and it has nothing to do with Steves performance it has to do with quality and the time it took to get my vehicle back! Steve earned 5 stars and only because of him I gave the shop 3 stars when it should only have 0 stars . Sorry this is the way I feel.

If anything good can come from an accident, it was having Caliber repair my car. It took almost a month, but that was because they had to completely rebuild the entire backend of my car. I got my car back 2 days ago and youd never be able to tell it was in an accident. I received updates at least twice a week and everybody was extremely polite and helpful. Id highly recommend Caliber to anyone in the Las Vegas area.

If I could give a negative number I would. They sound all good act all nice but when out comes done to reality they are the worst. Taking twice if not longer then the quoted time to finish the repair for one excuse after another, very rude when calling to check, the person your suppose to talk to is not working or is in meeting at the time they left you to call the back at, being lied to over and over again. If you like/love your car dont DONT take it here.

Went there with an insurance claim for damage to my car. They had an adjustor and rental car agency on site. Got my car back three days later, and it looked great!

They did not fix all of the mistakes they originally made. Then the man tried to play it off like I was stupid to think they caused damages to my car.

Nightmare. Had to go back 5 times. Argue over things that were obviously done in the accident. And how do headlights not come in pairs. They did a terrible job the first time paint was bubbling the hood was crooked. Gaps were off. They lost my piece to the front of my seat and swore I was crazy they never had it. 2 months later I found it broken in the back of my trunk. Yeah I didnt put it there.... what else. Just awful. They did end up fixing most of the issues after so many visits. But still I will go somewhere else next time.

First off, the employees are very polite and nice, but promised me my car for weeks before it was returned. They did offer to pay for the last month of my rental car; however, never signed the contract with Hertz and 2 months later, Im still fighting with Hertz who wants me to pay the bill!! After a couple of days of getting my car, a warning to change my oil came on and when I called they said they must have not reset it, but didnt think they could do it in their shop. They offered to try saying however that they close by 5 pm and are only open Monday thru Friday...meaning I would have to miss work again. Also, I have had to find the trick to getting my keys out of the ignition and they told me that is normal....wasnt normal before they worked on it? Looking on their website, it says they are open until 6 pm. Do they really not know what time they close? Not impressed at this point; however, my new engine is supposed to be warranted for as long as I own my car, so I guess well see how they do that, but at this point, Im not very impressed.

If i could give no stars i would, very unprofessional staff ! I went in to get an estimate on my vehicle which literally was very minor damage would of took 5 minutes to look at, they said they had no openings and are by appointment only, there was no customers insight as well as the front girl asked me to fill out this form and she was waiting for the manager to come out, which at that point i thought someone was going to come out to look at my car! The manager lady came out looked at me like i was an idiot, let me tell her my story then said I’m sorry we are by appointment only with an attitude towards me, so at this point i was completely frustrated and said thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere. She replied with ok that’s fine you have a great day! In a very sarcastic tone ! This place seems a little to big for they’re britches, rude customer service!!!!!

And after I took it back and complained he basically said because it had nothing to do with the accident they didnt have to fix it. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Ive had one of the worst experiences with Caliber Collision. I was in a car accident where my driver and passenger door got hit by another car creating a pretty large dent. Upon getting my estimate, I was specifically told I would be getting two new doors and the repairs would take 5 days. Not only did the repairs take two weeks, but they caused even more damage to my vehicle. I was never given new doors, and with a half-ass effort, the mechanics removed most of the dent and just painted over the damaged areas. Even after repairs I could still see damage leftover from the accident. Not only was I lied to about what was going to happen to my car, they screwed up my cars electrical system and didnt bother to fix it. My car alarm doesnt go off when it should. When the keys are out of the ignition and a door is open, my windows stay powered on. When I unlock my car, unless I put the key in the ignition right away, the car locks itself. My dash doesnt light up anymore and if the key is in the ignition and a door is open, the car doesn t make the beeping sound to alert the driver. Even after getting in a car accident, Ive NEVER had any of these issues with my vehicle until I took it to caliber collision.To anybody considering having their vehicle serviced at caliber collision PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION. They are not worth one second of your time. They are overpriced and their service is complete garbage.

I took my car in for a fender repair. I was told it would only be 2 to 3 days. It was a couple days short of a month before I got my car back. They updated me the first time the suspense was going to be missed. After that I had to call to check the status on the regular. When I picked up my car there was no one there to go over the repair with me. I was just handed my keys and was told it was outside. My fender emblem was installed crooked. An all around terrible experience.

A while back I posted a review here by accident on this site and was trying to give the other auto body shop that screwed up our vehicle a bad rating. Caliber Collision actually did a fantastic job and fixed everything we needed! They are absolutely incredible!

Caliber Collision on Loose Rd. in North Las Vegas is equipped to handle any damages to your vehicle sustained in an accident. They are professional, fast and easy to work with, I have personally been here on two occasions with excellent results.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! This place is a joke! I was referred here by my insurance company, so I figured this would be a quick and easy repair. I went online to check the place out and their website allows you to submit pictures online of the damage and they provide you with an estimate. So I did that and then called the Losee location to see if I could bring my car in. I was told that I still had to bring in my car for an estimate, even though I had got one online. Apparently they dont honor these estimates, they are from our corporate office, is what I was told. Why even have that option on your website if you arent going to honor it? So I made and appointment to have my car looked at, I took time off from work for this mind you. I get there and all they did was take pictures, which I had already submitted with the online quote. I was told that they would email me my quote. 2 days go by and I think, okay, they might be busy. Ill give it until Monday. Monday rolls around and nothing. So I call and the guy, Wayne, who was assigned to my case tells me that he has no idea what is going on and that he didnt take these pictures. So I tell him the name of the gut who took the pictures and then he preceeded to tell me that the guy was off. He asked me to call the next day when they would both be there and they could go over it. I called the next day and low and behold Wayne was off that day. I was asked to call the next day. I agreed after giving them an ear full. I proceeded to call my insurance agent to complain, after all this is an approved body shop, and she called and spoke with the manager. I was told Nick, the manager, would call me. Never did. Good thing my car is drivable and I didnt need a rental because I would be screwed. Needless to say, this company has no concept of communication, efficiency or customer service. I have opted to take my car to a place that actually acts like they want my business.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The experience has been horrible over all. I was sent here by my insurance so I figured it would be good. I was given a estimate of 2 weeks to be done. I would have to call every other day to get an update on my cars completion. I was then told it would take a month to get the parts in. Its been over a month and a half and they are barely reassembling the car. I asked for the day off today because it was supposed to be ready, only to find out it wont. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I don’t know how this place is still open let alone recommended by insurance companies with the amount of bad reviews it has. I was not communicated with until work was already completed on my car and they called to tell me how much the bill was. When I asked how that is even legal I was told they tried calling me but I didn’t answer. Mind blown.

I spoke with the manager Ken over the telephone and his background knowledge in this industry is second to none. I am looking forward to meeting him face to face and hope for an employment opportunity and success for myself and the company.

Horrible customer services. When I called for an update on my car it was a different excuse on why my car wasnt ready yet! It took them 2 months to fix a simple fender bender!

This facility is so bad its hard to put it all in one review. They guarantee updates on you vehicle as it goes throuhh yhe process and I never got one. They told me 3 days and it took a week. They were very condicending and were very uncooperative fixing stuff from the accident. My car had dust and debris all over from the repairs and when I went to start my car the battery was dead. Chandra was my rep and showed no urgency and lacked customer service all around. I had to have them take it back cause the bumper wasnt aligned properly and they said my doors werent right before the accident and refused to fix it. My car is far from acceptable abd WILL NOT go back here for anything. I never got a handshake which is 101 for closing a deal. What an uncomfortable experience.

Its taken me a couple of months to get to this review. But I originally had my vehicle repaired in Cali at a Caliber there. I was not satisfied and I do not live in Cali. I came back to Vegas and took my vehicle into this location and the shop manager and the blonde girl (forgot names) were amazing. Those ladies took care of my truck and made sure it was done right. The blonde girl went out to my truck with me and wrote down ALL of the concerns and issues I had. That really showed me they cared and took the time to correct the issues I had. Thank you ladies for taking care of my truck. It was the black chevy silverado.

Getting my wifes car fixed and they gave me a 2018 Jeep Cherokee as a rental. Love it

No one comes to this place happy but the staff were helpful and kind which helps take the sting out of the work that needs to be done.
