I shop there all the time and feel the staff is very helpful and have a lot on there plates

Pharmacy never has my dogs seiziure medication ready when they say they will. Never fax the vet for refills but tell me they have, Ive checked with my vet several times. Pharmacist isnt very friendly or understanding. Pharmacy techs ARE very friendly. They do at least always have the meds in stock and are open later than most other pharmacys. The rest of the store is fantastic. Friendly helpful employees and great sales. Ive been shopping here since I was a child with my mom & now take my grandaughter for ice cream. I may switch pharmacies if issues continue but I will continue to shop at THIS Rite Aid store. They are much friendlier here than on Walerga & Elverta!

Not happy coming in to pick up medication. Was told no pharmacist so have to wait 20 minutes minimum for pharmacist to come back from lunch. Why have pharmacy open if its not functioning without pharmacist?

As a caregiver, this place has been a nightmare for me. Things are never automatically refilled like theyre supposed to be, meaning you still have to wait 15-30 minutes for refills. Its frightening how frequently theyve run out of common hormone medications, which isnt something you can just stop taking because the pharmacy doesnt know how to keep better stock. Absolutely the worst Rite Aid Ive ever been to.

So far they have been a very good pharmacy for me

They greet you when you walk in and if you look like you need help they are quick to respond.

My younger brothers got weird looks from the cashier.

The Asian security guard is the best!

This is an awesome RiteAid to shop at. If you go to gnc come here instead! They have an attached gnc product line inside the store. The discounts on the product for vitamins, pre workout, protein, or weight management supplements are phenomenal. You won’t find everything you would at an actual GNC but they do have most of the good brands in Rite Aid

Easy to find things and customer service is good... Feel comfortable.

We swithed to the Watt ave Rite aid Which happens to be 5 miles from our house compared to the other Rite aid 1 block away. The other one had my wifes medications half the time and always had to order mine. The Watt ave store has always had our medications, no delays or hassels. It always comes down to the manager, and Watt Avenue seems to have a good one.

Good ice cream, frequent sales, conveniently located.

Its so bad that im transferring my scripts to a different phamacy!

Use to always buy here but for the last month and a half they never have it in stock I been coming everyday except weekends as still none

Always has both my narcotic scrips in stock and always fills on time

Lots of homeless so bring lots of change.
