Cheap scammers who are trying to make money on peoples trust. Brought the car to BMP after Coolant/Oil cross-contamination in order to change oil filter housing gasket(common bmw failure) and flush the coolant system. After replacing filter housing gasket, Anatoliy (the owner) started to lie and convince that head gasket has failed and after flushing the cooling system again and again the oil keeps getting into cooling system causing the mixture. The main statement was that oil level is getting low after engine is running for a while. Didnt make any sense since car has never been overheated before and there was no coolant in engine and no smoke coming from exhaust. After theirss unsuccessful force to convince me for the head gasket job for 3K the car was taken away from BMP straight to a different repair shop for a second opinion where the coolant system was flushed, 0 parts replaced and absolutely no problems detected. Car runs like new after the flush with no overheating and mixture issues for over 4K miles now. On top of everything BMP has put a scratch on a car and left an absolute mess inside including oily floormats, dirty fingerprints on door panels and headliner. Everyone can make a mistake but in this case they lied on purpose about oil getting low in order to confuse and make to believe them. Very dishonest and cheap.

Swindled on a headgasket job. 4return trips and no resolution. Price changed when came to pickup by over 800$ to 2500$. Filed complaint with BAR. Many promises from the owner, no results, avoid this shop like the plague. Car returned more damaged than when it left.
