The WORST customer service. They do not communicate with their call center and do not let customers know theyre being transferred to an out-of-state call center that cant answer questions about referrals and authorizations. Id been trying to reorder supplies for months before anyone deigned to tell me that I needed to renew my authorization with my insurance. Once I did and my insurance faxed my authorization it took Lincare 30 days to process it and send me new equipment. I called multiple times during that month to follow up only to be told that they hadnt received any authorization. When I checked with my insurance they had a log that indicated that they had sent the authorization MULTIPLE times. My insurance even sent me a copy of that authorization which I offered to forward to Lincare MULTIPLE times to no avail. I was reduced to tears begging a rep to DO SOMETHING. When I called YET AGAIN to follow up YET AGAIN my call was forwarded to the call center who took a message and said that someone from the local office would call me back, which never happened. Totally incompetent company that obviously doesnt care about their customers.

My mother has been without her portable oxygen for close to two weeks. I called and still no resolution. Shes had to cancel doctor visits and church on Sunday because this oxygen company cant operate their deliveries effectively. Im so upset!! Holding back the tears. How do businesses get away with things like this?
