The whole right side of my car was scraped, and the door needed to be replaced. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the manager David. I was updated as the work continued on my car. Recommended! Good work, and pleasant people.

Had some bodywork done on my Jeep Wrangler under warranty from Bournival; the work that Seacoast Collision did was fantastic. Looks like its new from the factory. Dave there is great to work with; he really knows his stuff. Kudos to him and his crew for the great work.
I had a boo boo on my car due to a collision with our retaining wall. Rear fender was damaged. In addition I had an ongoing issue with tire pressure. Although it took a bit longer than expected the result was great. Fixed the fender, adjusted the tire pressure issue and explained all very well. Kudos to Dave who was friendly, funny and informative. Oddly, this is the third time I have used their services but this time it was actually my fault.!
I had a great experience with them! They took care of my car twice so far and both times they did a great job! They work very fast and they keep you updated about everything they do with your car! Both times they fix my car faster than I expected! I highly recommend them!
Couldnt be happier with the good people over at Seacoast Collision. First off, Pat at the front desk is the sweetest and very helpful with every question I had. I worked with David Silvia when I brought in my Hyundai after it got a little banged up from another driver backing into me. He took care of everything I needed. Nothing was sugar coated with David, he said what needed to be done and his estimate was very accurate. I was told my car would be done on a Tuesday and it was done on that day. Most importantly, my car looks better than it did before the accident. Really could not have asked for a better experience! Would recommend anyone needing body work to go over to Seacoast Collision.
Cant say enough good things about how my car came out! Mike and the crew did a fantastic job. I brought my car there for a small scratch ( which came with my new car ). I requested additional elective paint work to be done at my own cost. After meeting with Mike directly prior and gave him my requests I could not be happier with the result. Madeline was the specific painter who did my work, and her attention to detail was on-point. No Fish eyes, No ripples nothing but a perfect job. Rae who takes the calls at Seacoast would always keep me posted when I called regarding how my car was doing and would update me on the ETA of getting it back. I called often because I was anxious to get it back. for anyone who is considering coming here I highly recommend it. Great people who get it and do excellent work. Brought my new car in for warantee repaint of front bumper. Service was quick and paperwork easy. They were extremely helpful in completing the work needed including procuring a rental vehicle. I picked up my car within in 3 days of dropping it off. Work was exceptional and they even detailed my car inside and out..will definetly return for any other auto body work and detailing 🥇 extremely satisfied.
Just had my car repaired here. It was a small job, it came with a small price tag but was remarkably well. They were very prompt and obviously paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

Terrible job on the paint job on my minivan doesnt match and now peeling when you try to talk to the manager Tom he treats you like you are dumb and he should sell snake oil! Im not blind or dumb and they have brought the resale value of my car down with their crappy work, thanks for nothing
I bought a brand new 2016 Kia Sportage in May of 16 (not from them). On July 2nd, I was in an accident in the Lee Traffic Circle- hit & run. Driver was never found. My insurance did cover the accident.Accident occurred on July 2nd, car was brought to Seacoast Collision Center on July 10th (owned under Hampton Ford-Hyundai in North Hampton, NH). Work was needed on RT FRT bumper & RT RR panel. After over 3 weeks of rude customer service & being hung up when I called & being told car will be ready tomorrow, friday, monday & the cycle would repeat again. They finished their work & picked my car up on August 12th. The work was bad. (Pictures available upon request). Problems wereHood misaligned- leaning on RT headlampScratches on door post (A & B pillars?)Gouges on metal door frameCrack in kick pad on RT RR floorRT FRT headlamp scratchedRT RR headlamp scratched (I did inform them of this before accident)Car was originally a gloss white, they painted with a flat white.Over-spray was all over the black trimRR hatch was misalignedBondo glue on my seatPaint was sprayed over a tag- will chip/rust laterTo say the least, I was very upset. I did call that night & brought the car back the following day. Scheduled on August 24th to return the car for the work to be repaired.They are claiming, the scratches on door post, was not their doing. But just so happens to be ONLY on the side of the car they needed to repair. They are also claiming they CAN NOT fix the misaligned hood. Claiming it is unable to be fixed because all cars have little tweaks after an accident. Although my other issues were fixed, I am highly unsatisfied with the work & customer service I received. I still owe $20k on my car, that I honestly, do not want. This work was NOT worth the $8 they received from the insure & my $400 deductible.They have ended all contact with me, as there is nothing else they can do for the car. I have had the car seen by 2 other auto body shops who say they can fix the work, but of course I would have to pay out of pocket. I am very frustrated as SCC was paid from the insurance to fix my car & they didnt.I am hoping that someone can help me.
