This is a good Home Depot location. There was plenty of staff around to help guide me where to go. Outdoor selection was pretty good. The store wasn’t too busy.

By far the most chill Home Depot I’ve been to. The associates are friendly and helped out when I had a return that I thought was going to be an issue but it was effortlessly handled.

Ive been to this place twice in the last year and each time was surprised by how incapable the staff were. I ordered something for store pick up and when I get there the woman at the desk tells me its not there and its my fault for ordering it incorrectly. I ask her to get a store manager and he finds my order within 30 seconds. I go in there today to buy an appliance and no one is at the desk so I wait 10 minutes, ask another employee to page, wait another 10 minutes, go to customer service and the guy at the desk is calling a bunch of different numbers with no response. After another 10 minutes or so I just give up and walk out. Theres just doesnt seem to be any management or problem solving going on at this store.

Ive called almost everyday asking about a certain item sense July. I left my name and number for them to reach me. I called today to find out they sold all 6 of them they had before putting them on the floor or calling me.

They have a wide variety of flowers so I was able to find what I wanted.

Went to this north Hampton with my son great store there flower section was amazing very clean place

Nice store but clearly understaffed/poorly managed. The pickup app doesnt work and nobody answers the phone when you call. Had to go inside and chase someone down for assistance. Very frustrating.

Plenty of gardening materials and a pleasant check-out gentleman.

Some good deals at the Home Depot, but they dont honor the military or veterans discount like Lowes does, but they are good in a pinch.

3 stars are for having one of the items we shopped for in the correct place according to website stated location. Zero stars for showing me an item that was not at this particular location after clicking the button that indicated that I would be shown only products at this location. Upon looking closer at the website, it said that the item was at a nearby store. Please stop this practice. Also, the cashier was quite aggravated to open her register to take care of the growing lines at the only two open registers. She literally did not make eye contact or speak a single word during the entire transaction.

Always go to Home Depot because it seems like they have products in Lowes in Petal prices

Had behr paint, plain white, wanted to exchange it and they wouldnt let me without my receipt. Its your product, I havent had it for a long time and they would even give me store credit, etc. Not good customer service

North Hampton home depot is great and clean.could use more help for customers they were lacking that.

HD could be greater than just ok. There are thousands of items in the store that people need but dont know they are in there. People only go to HD because they need something. Nobody says, hey, lets go to HD tonight. Get us in there HD and Ill take credit for this in cash!

Went to the North Hampton, NH location to buy a utility trailer today. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I was helped quickly and efficiently by a gentleman at the service desk, as well as by associates Robert and Heather who were both attentive and very, very helpful. All of these stores are exactly the same except for the people who work at each location. This store earns the highest marks because of people like Robert and Heather!

Good selection staff is typically Big box with some awesome others downright hostile. I went to Seacoast Power up the road for my new lawn mower as they care and could be bothered to answer questions.

The best Home Depot in the area with a good selection in the gardening and electrical departments. Finding help is getting harder in these places all the time but the staff who are here are knowledgeable and friendly. Its easy to reach this location from Portsmouth and Greenland given the proximity to the highway. Some of the products are cheaper when you visit the stores website and chose home delivery.

Whether at North Hampton, Seabrook, or Danvers, I have always found the Customer Service Associates to be helpful.

I shop there all the time, renovating our beach house, they have all the tools and supplies I need. I love the large selection of Milwaukee tools!

Super helpful Customer Service Agents including Audra and Kim. During COVID-19, they have the best online order, pick, and curbside pickup system I have seen. Generally within 1--2 hrs items are picked.

So Pleased with Service I received at No. Hampton Home Depot. I picked up a huge supply of Steel roofing, Plywood, and other lumber. When I asked the cashier for help loading my Truck. THREE Employees came out to help. It felt Great not to break my back loading all that Material ! Will Always shop there!

For someone who shops at Home Depot so much I question myself why I keep going back when the service is just always crappy. Not an employee issue its a manager issue as they have no idea how to lead their teams to provide good customer service. If I need something quick and I dont need to talk to anybody then this is the place, but if I need any kind of advice have questions about any kind of product or even am unsure if they carry specifically what Im looking for, dont bother. Its a waste of time for me to even go as the advice will either not be available or else it will be bad. Way to go corporate America, replace all Helpful smaller businesses with a blanket of useless warehouses that are mis managed and poorly staffed.

Im a local contractor that spends a ton of my hard earned money at this store. The acossates are wonderful for the most part. The issues I have are the sub par lumber the horrible delivery service and no reward program for loyalty.I do have to say that my dog loves all the free treats that Betsy always has.

Never buy an appliance from this store. Customer service is terrible. Communication is non existent. Installation was AWFUL!Typical box store. Its worth the few extra dollars to support a smaller hardware or appliance sales store

Its a Home Depot so you should know what youre getting. That said the employees are generally friendly and helpful and the store seems well stocked.

Home Depot is what it is and this one was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable I ask for what I needed and the salesperson brought me to what I was looking for and explained to me all the all the different types of product that I was looking for

6 employees standing at the self check out, I had some bulky items that I was hoping to have rung in by a cashier.... when I asked one of the employees if there was an open register he said... not today, we are under staffedthere were literally 6 employees standing at that kiosk shooting the breeze. management needs to step up.I will be using lowes in seabrook from now on

I was at HomeDepot in North Hampton, NH and rented a pickup truck. first off these are first come first serve. I rented the truck and left. came back 2 hours later where the representitive behind the counter told me I should have had the truck back 45 minutes ago (eventhough there is no time limit)Audra G I believe is what her name was. she then began to say these trucks they rent are for customers buying items at the store. which is weird because I have spent just over 6500.00this current monthly bill statement, no not that particular time and day but the month of mid May to mid June 2018. She berraded myself and my sister in law, would not go check the truck for damage or gas, she asked for the reciept for gas wouldnt make a copy for me. I needed the reciept because this was a work rental. She brushed us aside took the keys basically out of my hands and then told us that a (PAYING) customer was waiting for the truck and she fidnt have time to go look it over. she slid my reciept over the counter and told us she needed to deal with another customer. So she brushed us off. when we left the store after rethrning the truck it was about 15 minutes after dropping the truck off and being brushed off, the truck still had not been rented. i want you to know that there is no time limit on the trucks. Im paying 19.99 for the first 75 minutes and 5.00 for every 15 minutes after. I dont know why it makes sense to be rude sigh and just plain be bad at her job to a customer who spent a little over 10,000 between the 3 local stores in the last 6 months. why? thank you Audra G located at the North Hampton, nh store. you have lost a customer and possibly lost my company as a pro member and customer. If home Depot cared about theit customers they should fire you tomorrow. Lowes would gladly accept us as customers. Home Dope needs to train their associates better. You survive in the retail/ hardware and supply store industry because the vustomers allow it. If you anger and mistreat your customers, you will surely lose them.hope this review helps.

Sold us a grill that was supposed to be ready on Fathers Day - ordered it two weeks ago. Grill was assembled incorrectly missing starter cap and battery. Next time I will do it myself.
