*updated review* after experiencing factory defect on my phone, I had to return to the store. The girl had no recollection of my being in not even 24 hours before. (We spent almost $400 on two phones) I paid for a screen protector and it too had a defect in it. If they did not owe me a new one because of the defect, the girl would not have replaced the screen protector on the new phone. Told me I was out of luck.Now comes the best part: the other boy put the new screen protector on and I was almost out the door when I noticed all kinds of spots underneath. When I pointed it out the boy said, yeah its lint and you cant help it to which I replied, no, its not supposed to have lint under it. He huffed and puffed over having to fix this. He was obviously having a hard time so I walked out so he might feel better without me next to him. I come back and he now has a shattered chip out of the screen protector and says, okay you can get on outta here this has a defect in it and sometimes you just cant help that I was furious!! So I told him Ill get on outta here but let your boss know Ill be coming by to have this fixed. Remember I was there also to get my replacement screen. We also got duped into paying 50$ for having our phones set up before we leave I tried to object TWICE. no was not an option. I hate having someone else set my phone up. I wanted to walk out with two phones in their boxes and they would not give me that option. This is why I HATE going to a phone store. We were going to order these online but decided we didnt want to wait for them to ship which led us to going to the store. One star because the place was clean. They also take your phone and go to Google maps and rate their store under your name. Good thing Im a Google guide and know how to make my own review opposed to having them dishonesty do it for you.

I was trying to get my account number from Boost Mobile. I could not get any satisfaction online or with their customer service phone system. I went to the store and they were not allowed to call customer service because of the long wait times. The rep was nice enough but useless.If your trying to get through just hit zero and keep hitting it ultimetly you get to speak to a people. Yes, I have switched carriers

Best boost store around. The other stores here in fort Myers/cape coral provided the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with my cell phone. Go out of your way to visit this store

The people there are very helpful

I was searching for a new carrier to switch my familys lines too and researched online. When I called the store, the gentleman Victor answered and was very knowledgable about all the plans and phones. I then came into the store, the customer service was impeccable. I was educated on how my phones worked and transferring four lines was so simple. I thought it would have been a mess, but I left the store with no issues. They greeted every customer that walked into the store which you dont see much anymore. I would recommend this store to anyone. As far as the Boost service, I love a bill with no surprises.

Worst boost mobile I’ve ever stepped foot in. The decor is outdated and the staff is very very very RUDE. The male employee thinks he’s all that. They scam at this store! Most of the reviews that give them high praise are FAKE!! They log into the new customers phones and give themselves 5stars! Don’t trust them for one second. There’s a new boost mobile down the road by Winn Dixie. Go there instead. MK is a doll and didn’t try to rob me either!

Do not get this phone service they are the worst service I have ever had.

The employees were very friendly, but they did not provide all information like how much I was being charged or information about insurance on the phones. I had to ask for this information myself. I was also having issues with getting phones ordered online in the store.

I used to come to this boost for years an i can say this is one of the worst boost mobile stores ever their management sucks the way the talk to people is rude the tell you one price and end up paying 3x more they charge to put your contacts in your phone most boost do that when u activate or udate to a new phon they never have phones in they charge an arm a a leg for cases that u can get cheaper at another boost if the one girl is working the store is always closed every other 15 minutes i dont know how this store is still open or what happend but ever since they changed staff this store has gone downhill thank god i stopped coming here and you should do the same you welcome in advance.
