We were invited to use our friends home in Florida. When we arrived the house thermostats did not work. The house was HOT… We called our friends, they called the company to repair. Within an hour the nicest technician Jorge shows up. He Targeted the problem with thermostats and repaired and cleaned out the drains. Cooled off the house! Informed/ explanation of how One zone the condenser is no good…Next day, Josh shows up to measure/ quote new condenser to our friends. Now the repairs will be performed Tomorrow.Wonderful professional experience! Thank you our stay has been very comfortable in temperature !!!

My first service with Spectrum included several items, including air duct cleaning. The day after Spectrum finished the work, I noticed 2 of the ducts still appeared to be dusty/dirty. Spectrum returned the next day and under the supervision of a senior technician they re-cleaned all ducts.In the end, Spectrum exceeded my expectations of a service/maintenance company. I’m house watching for my parents and beside doing the service on their air conditioner, he heard a smoke detector battery that failed. I found him a replacement and he put it in for me. This visit was a regular service call that was set by appointment. I received a call from Spectrum letting me know that the technician was on the way. The technician (Jorge) was punctual, very professional and very nice. We have used Spectrum A/C for many years and are extremely happy happy doing business with them.

Spectrum was recommended by someone in my community. I was not happy with the previous A/C companies I had used. I called Spectrum, I was impressed immediately. They are courteous, professional, and prompt. Chris Hussong was the technician I had. He was wonderful. He explained what was going on with the unit and got it back to working order. I went with Spectrum for my AC swap-out a few years ago and could not be happier with Stacey and his team at Spectrum. Initially, there were a few tweaks that had to be made and they made ensured everything was perfect. Since then, I have had a few maintenance issues that were quickly and professionally resolved. Noticed my residence inside temperature rising at about 6:30 pm. Called Spectrum. Received call back within 5 minutes. Dispatched on call technician. Was at my door within 45 minutes of my first call. He fixed problem, noticed my bi-annual service was due within a week. Went ahead and serviced my unit. I have used Spectrum for installation of a high efficiency unit and my bi-annual servicing of this unit. Have had nothing but good experiences.

Our technician Chris educated us on how our thermostat works, what our humidity setting should be and what we should do while we are back north for various times of the year. Jorge was my technician. I have to say this young man was exceptional. He was very neat and tidy with regard to his work. He explained each step of what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He provided education with why what he was doing was important. Jorge gave me options as to how to prevent problems, and how to watch for concerns. He took pictures on his phone to show me build up of dirt on the Air wheel, and what problems that could cause. He provided me with estimates on all recommendations. He was not pushy, just explained how certain items could be helpful.I had questions about duct wok and vents in other areas of my home. Jorge was willing to take his time to answer my questions and made sure I was able to understand what he was suggesting.Jorge is an asset to Spectrum. If possible, I would like to request that he be the technician who comes to my home in the future. I will recommend Spectrum because of Jorge.

Spectrum has been my A/C go to company for 10 years. They’re committed to a quality job as they remain customer focused. The attitude starts at the top. The owner, Stacey, himself ran to Ft Myers and picked up a part for my repair job to ensure we didn’t have to sleep without A/C last night. The part that the tech had was damaged right out of the box.The techs have all been terrific, Rick, Chris, Bert, simply “top drawer”. Chris worked on our system for 6 hours yesterday and never gave up in spite of the bad part. Leah in the office is always pleasant. Thank you Spectrum.

AC broke down at 5pm. I tested all the elements within my limited ability. Called Spectrum on the advise of a contractor friend. Johnny B arrived in an hour and had up and running within minutes. The complete repair requires new internal breakers. They were ordered and are in their way.

Spectrum was wonderful. In the middle of the night the air compressor started making a terrific noise which woke us all up. After having 9 AC companies visit my home and provide quotes (just before Hurricane Irma hit and just after) we selected Spectrum for 2 reasons 1. They were fair with their pricing and didn’t price gouge because of the hurricane and 2.
