Very worse worse service! when you call no one answers phone.

Reddy Ice has the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with. There corporate office down to the local offices refuse to talk to you, never return emails or phone calls, will not fix invoices when they make mistakes, and raised their prices by 150%. I feel sorry for their delivery drivers that work very hard. I do NOT recommend this company.

Last delivery was January 2nd! Have been told multiple times, the part has been ordered, the pallet of ice has been scheduled. Calls are unanswered, emails ignored, not sure why my employer continues to accept such unprofessional service. Would not recommend this company.

I would like to give no stars. We have been out of ice for two weeks. Each day we speak to someone in the office who assures us we will have ice the next day and still no ice. No customer service and they do not seem to care.

Ordered ice on 5-21-19 with an expected delivery of 5-22-19. It is now 5-28-19 and we STILL have not received the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

No stars although it will not allow a review with no stars. We have been out of ice since 9/9 with a delivery scheduled every day this week only to have it re-planned each day for the following day. The worst thing that ever happened to Charleston ice delivery was Reddy Ice buying out Triangle Ice!

Also would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Terrible customer service!! They are in way over their heads. I have been left without ice for an event of 3000 ppl.... We are having to go to stores now and get ice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Deb Conklins marching mantra is Turn Arounds. She seems to be turning this company in the WRONG direction!

Wont clean there boxes....look close this is mold,
