Have ordered a couple uppers from CBC and wow worth every penny. I have about 2k rounds through my 300blk and still running strong. The 223 Wylde is still under 1k but has yet to have any issues. I joked about not getting stickers on either of my 2 orders and Brianna (from customer support) reached out to me and took care, making sure I got them. Lol, I just wanted to add to my collecting on the work bench. Now I am waiting for the Grendels to come back in stock so I can complete the family. What a great experience working with the CBC Industries family.

I recently had one of the best customer service experiences of my life!! My order got flagged for fraud due to the billing and shipping addresses not matching. I was in a situation where I didnt have the means to provide the typical required documentation for CBC Industries verification process. Brianna Giesick was the one that came through and worked with me to get whatever we could together to make the order ship! I had the same situation with another company at the same time. Lets just say dealing with them was a big headache in comparison! CBC does it right and I will be coming back for more!

Extremely high shipping rates with forced delivery options. Product lead times posted are not accurate. Products are of reasonable quality, not high end stuff but they market well to the budget AR builder. I ordered several things from CBC over the past year but they underperformed at the shipping and customer service levels and left me highly disappointed. I had kits show up incomplete, was offered a 10% off coupon but was unable to use it due to only one coupon code being accepted per order and one of their constant 20% off codes was active. They almost constantly advertise 20% off sales but the 20% off price usually seems to marry up to what retail prices at other vendors are so dont be fooled.

Purchased a new AR 15 from CBC. Gun looked as expected. Went to the range to shoot the rifle and it would not work. Had the gun inspected locally and was told the wrong bolt was installed. Contacted CBC about the issue. They Requested that I send the bolt carrier group back for inspection. I Requested a return shipping label. They said it was against their policy to pay for shipping back because I bought the fire arm from classic. Never heard of such a thing. They sold me a brand new rifle that does not work and to my understanding could have harmed me and I have to pay 50 some dollars to ship it back. Amazing! Took them several weeks but I did receive a new bolt carrier group. Praying the gun will fire this time, I have not been able to get to the range to try it. I would be cautious ever buying anything from this manufacturer. Keith

Absolutely HORRIBLENo communication. Site says they have items, so I place an order, but when I call after 2 weeks of no shipping, they say they dont have certain items. So I tell them to ship what they do have and cancel the rest. Another 2 weeks go by and nothing. I email them and request my order or a full refund. Then I receive shipping info. I just got my package and its still missing items they said they had and charged me for....Beyond mad at this point.

Ive been a happily satisfied customer with CBC since 2019 but the contents of my recent order was not right. Among the items, an XTS flip-up sight set was replaced by another type. It was distressing because I needed those specific sights for a build I was completing. Having no idea how the mix-up occurred, I went to the website to reference the wrong item before contacting CBC. After emailing some pics/screenshots, I was put in contact with Katrina from customer service. She informed that after reviewing the submitted information, shed contact me with a determination. A few days later, she responded with an acknowledgement of the wrongly shipped item and assured me thats Id be refunded for the sights. Id like to thank Katrina and the entire customer service department at CBC for the professionalism, patience and courtesy displayed while helping to resolve my issue. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a 7.5” pistol upper in .223 wylde through Optics Planet in August 2020, and since receiving it, it has been nothing but problems. I’ve returned the upper to CBC 3 times. After the first time returning it, Dean asked for a video of the malfunction, which I sent to him along with the second return. After sending the video to him, Dean stopped answering my calls. I then drove from NC to CBC Industries, which is about a 4 hour drive, in hopes of insuring it would be fixed or replaced. I asked to see Dean, but was told he was in a meeting. Then a gun smith came out and took the upper and said he would fix it. I told him I was heading back to NC in a couple of days, so he took my phone number and address, because he said he couldn’t get it done that quickly. Three weeks passed and I called to inquire about the upper and was told I could come by and pick it up. I told them it would need to be mailed to me, since I am four hours away. It was overnighted to me. Once again, I took it out and shot it. It still has the same problem - will fire one shot and short stroke. I, once again, called to speak to Dean, but he didn’t answer. I left a message, but received no return call. It’s the second AR upper I’ve purchased from CBC and, unless they make it right by sending me a replacement since this one obviously cannot be fixed, I will never make another purchase from CBC.

I have been shopping with cbc for 3-4 years now and have referred many friends, all have been more than satisfied. Great products, prices, customer service, and shipping. I live in CA. Where more and more companies are refusing to ship perfectly legal items and cbc continues to help me exercise my rights. For that I thank you.

SCAM!! The CHEAPEST Chinese parts, poor quality and little to no Veteran staff and definitely not quality that a veteran would approve of. Sham of a company. Like they say at CBC ships it if it fits not if its functional, reliable or safe. Dont even think about trying to return a purchase for a refund, they will take weeks to trouble shoot until youre outside of the return window then they will charge YOU THE CONSUMER $65 to ship product that they screwed up. The customer has to pay the price when CBC makes the mistake. This happened to me and hundreds of others, The reviews and youtube videos dont lie. Stay away!

Worth the money! Your always going to have people make negative comments but I would not let that deter you from buying this product.Only thing I don’t like about the rifle kit is the pistol grip. I think a flush grip would be a better option than the grip it comes with.I do likee the adjustable stock it came with. The adaptive ex performance adjustable stock. It isn’t exactly super light but it feels very nice and I’m sure it will absorb the recoil with the webbing like rubber recoil pad.All and all of you purchase a product from CBC industries I don’t think you will be at all disappointed..I went with a VA15 palmetto stripped lower, palmetto bolt carrier group FA, Magpul MOE + pistol grip.They are however very slow at giving refunds 7 to 10 days . I have only had to wait that long with one other company which was optics planet and they actually took two weeks.

DO NOT waste your time or money on this company. Ive been waiting for 8 weeks for my order to be completed... and they are STILL giving me the run-around.The upper they provided was horrible. The finish wasnt even, the roll pins were improperly installed. One of them was completely smashed and had to be replaced before I could even function test it.Oh, did I mention that I had to function test it with a separate BCG, because the one that was supposed to come with the upper STILL HASNT ARRIVED.2 full months after my purchase and I still have no idea when they are going to send me what I paid for.Honestly, go with ANY other company and youll be better off.The savings I got by not going with a more reputable company, has already been lost several times over. After wasting my time repairing their brand new upper, and the lost range time because of their inability to provide (BCG) the basic services they offer... They just arent worth your money.TLDR: Would you recommend a car dealership that sold you a brand new car without a transmission?

Sad but true... Ordered a .556 kit online and the BCG they sent me was clearly a larger caliber (.308). After sending pictures showing the difference, they informed me that I would need to return the incorrect BCG for inspection on account of my own expense (again they sent the incorrect part). Absolutely atrocious business model. Things will need to be changed if customers are expected to be happy and put their trust in this company. I will not be using CBC again.

I ordered a rifle kit back in April and it is a well put together kit. I assembled it around a PSA stripped lower and had it completely assembled in about 20-30min without an armorers wrench. Once it was together I took it to the range to zero my dagger defense irons. It took a few rounds to get the gas flowing but once it did, the rifle performed very well and at 400 bucks, you can not, I say again, can not beat that price. If you get these kits and assembling them yourself, just take your time and dont rush it and you will have an amazing weapon. My rifle kit was with a 16in barrel and I plan on doing another for them with a shorter length maybe sometime next year for my wife.

I recently order an AR pistol kit. Got it in their projected time frame. Everything is nicely packed and labeled. After finding some good instructions, it had everything it needed to easily go together. Havent fired it yet, but the initial receiving and building went very smooth. Ill more than likely buy another kit from here.

Quality, fast delivery, and great customer service. I always check here first for what I am looking for. The prices are great with many specials going on at once. My order was at my house in two days. Even though it wasnt necessary to install the BCG and charging handle they did and had it all oiled up.

Fast shipping and good customer service. Received the bulk of the kit in 5 days but I have still not received my BCG for the kit I ordered 3 months ago. Would have been 5 stars.

I purchased an AR15 Upper Kit, part # 205-431 from CBC industries and assembled it with an Anderson lower receiver. I am absolutely impressed with the quality of this AR15, the fit and finish is perfect and exceeds my expectations. The CBC AR feels and looks much better than our standard issue Colt M4s that we use at work as well as my Palmetto State Armory 20 AR15. I only had one small issue; however, it was not due to CBC industries, rather it was the fault of Optics Planet (the location where I bought the actual kit), Optics Planet sent me the wrong butt-stock! After a quick call to CBC and speaking to Breanna (hope I didnt butcher that) over at their customer care center, she assured me that they would fix the issue. They sent me the correct butt-stock that was supposed to originally come with the AR15 kit. Now thats what I call customer service! If youre on the edge about whether you should purchase a CBC industries AR15 Kit/Upper or purchase from the other guys do yourself a favor and buy the CBC industries kit, you will not regret it.

Had issues at first but everything was taken care of and very happy

First off for the product. For the price it was a decent upper, I did have some issues with the keymod sections on the handguard snapping between the slots of my vertical grip. Rifle functioned well and has been shot a good bit with a handful of malfunctions but none that werent easily fixed with the ol tap and rack. Would I recommend them? Sure if youre looking for an affordable local rifle setup but if I was going into some hypothetical big fight tomorrow I would reach for something else first. Now the not so much a review part. I noticed over the past year a lot of 1 star reviews from grown men going on and on about shipping times and late items and customer service being slow. Folks we have been in this covid pandemic for over a year now with it impacting pretty much every company in the firearms industry.i understand youre upset Youre not getting basically instant gratification and that these people make mistakes (they are human and not some lnig corporation) but remember whats going on in the world beyond your own nose.

Ive bought several uppers and all work with no problems. They had a backorder on the bcgs but i did receive it eventually after a while. Gave me a discount for that delay which I used on another upper.

Placed my first order with them yesterday after recommendation from a few friends and family. Customer service has been great from the start, as I had messaged about some product availability and received a response in less than an hour from customer service. Very excited to try my new build and order more!Edit: if I could give another star, I would. By far the BEST FITTING “budget” build we’ve ever made. My fellow assembler just HAD to have the companies name to tell all his friends to order thru them from now on. Came in well under the advertised 28 day build time.

Wonderful people to deal with, I ordered 2 rifle kits and although it took awhile to receive them it was well worth the wait, everything was packaged well, I inspected them and then ran 30rds thought them both and they functioned flawlessly, would have been 5 stars but I did not receive my bcgs, only a letter stating that they will ship to me when available.

I ordered 2 identical at-15 kits and waited the month + to receive them. When they arrived 1 had an m-lok handguard (what I ordered) and 1 had a keymod handguard. I was also missing several parts from the lower parts kits. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone and all they would do was promise an email reply. I waited an extra day for that email which never came. Several calls and emails later they want me to remove and return the incorrect handguard before sending out the correct part. I asked for them to ship me the correct part and a ups return label but they refused. They also directed me to contact their supplier for the lower parts kits to get the missing pieces. I did business with CBC not their supplier, a mistake I won’t make again. This is poor customer service for their mistake on approximately $15 worth of imported Chinese parts. Next time I’ll stick with PSA where they actually take care of the customer first.

So, I also sent an email response and was not contacted back. However, if you listen to the response on the phone options - please chose Operator 0 and I was promptly transferred over to a very nice lady who updated me on the supply delays and when I should see my order delivered. Everyone in the AR-15 business is seeing delays across the board. Some parts are available while others are not or being delayed. I understand the frustration - but this is no ones fault in the US. I look forward to my last 2 remaining parts and life will go on.

If you are looking for a good upper its seems average, however, they make zero contact from the moment you buy until the single email you get to sign for the package. Also the details on their kits are not a true representation. For example the BCG is not listed if they are glock mag compatible with the 9mm kits and the kit clearly says on the website its everything you need except an AR-15 lower in the 9mm pistol kit. The kit came as loose parts in a box with zero documentation or instructions as to which lower to use or magazine it requires. After emailing them, I was told I should have used an AR-9 lower or also bought their Mag adapter. OF COURSE I THOUGHT IT WAS EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN THE KIT!

Ordered an AR-15 kit. The webpage stated that it might come with a substitute stock. I contacted customer service to confirm that I would receive the stock I wanted and was told they are shipping with the Adaptive Tactical Stock. I checked and the AT stock was shown as in stock so I placed my order. I received the order two days later with the substitute stock! After exchanging emails I was eventually told that since the possibility of the substitute was listed they couldnt exchange it. The AT part is still in stock on the website. Also, just like one of the other reviewers, my order came without the BCG, its on backorder! Dont understand why they cant simply send the stock I ordered with the BCG. The product seems to be good quality, just not happy with customer service.Update: Received the Adaptive Tactical stock as promised, thanks! Still waiting on the BCG.

I placed an order (160106) on 7/ 26/30 was charged for merchandise which was not received. Order was canceled on 8/31. CBC did not process refund. I contacted CBC again on 9/2/20 to inquire about my refund. Was told it was not processed. The CBC rep in accounting apologized and sent an email saying my refund was processed. Very fraudulent company. Charged me for merchandise that was not in stock, after several inquiries (seven weeks later) the sales rep said they did not have a 18 .308 barrel in stock. Order was cancelled but a refund was not issued after six days. CBC should not charge customers until the merchandise is shipped out. CBC in essence received an interest free loan from me. Will never do business with them again and suggest others to research before giving CBC your business.

Purchased a complete .223/5.56 upper assembly from them. Very easy ordering and timely shipping even during this pandemic. Assembled gun and ran about 250 rounds through it. Top notch workmanship.

They send email confirmation and even asked for i.d. verification (apparently theyve had fraud attempts that they caught and are now taking that extra step to prevent it. Order was delivered within 2 days on confirmation. There WERE one or two small nicks on the handguard but it wont be a safe queen so it doesnt matter to ME. All in all CBC was a good experience. Ill be buying more soon....very soon.

Bought an AR from the online store. I got the CBC “Patrol Rifle.” It is a very nice AR. Excellent quality and looks awesome. With the help of Michelle in customer service, it was no problem getting the gun shipped out to my local gun shop, and it was exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, but quality, AR platform. Being able to talk to a representative was very helpful in my decision and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products. This is my first purchase from CBC but definitely not my last.

Took about 3 months to for it to be shipped. Never kept in contact about my order unless I called them. If they learned how to keep in touch about why my product was not being shipped then I would not have had as much of an issue but it was pretty pathetic to never get an email unless I made contact. Will not be shopping with them again, nor should anyone else that wants to be treated with respect.

I purchased a barreled upper kit (came with everything minus the lower). It came exactly a week after I ordered it. The limited customer service Ive had this far has been outstanding.All the parts paired with an Anderson lower I had. I put it all together without any hassle or issues and was able to send 50 rounds down range the same day. No misfires, failure to feeds, jams, or any other issues.Im beyond pleased with my first build!Ive seen some negative reviews, but they all seem to be from a few years ago. It really does seem like theyve made great strides in improving quality and customer service.I will definitely be doing business with CBC again real soon!

Unfortunately we are unable to give a 0 star review as this company is deserving of this. I placed my order on July 20th, 2020. I never received a confirmation or eta, but my card was charged immediately. I sent several emails and made several phone calls to Christina and then Chase. After I left a bade review I was immediately contacted by Christa via telephone. She let me know that she was sorry for not getting back to me. I followed up with chase several times but struggled to get responses back. As of today it has been 31 days since I placed my order and have not heard back on an eta. Im going to have to reach out to my card company and list this as a fraudulent charge, unfortunately. Please view my attached pictures and TRUST ME, avoid doing business with this company!

I have purchased 3 rifles from them so far and still look forward to another in near future . I have had one small problem on some parts and they reasonably replaced it quick! The set screws on the gas block were never tightened and they had loctite on them. I contacted customer service over 10x they did nothing. Asked if I can just buy the gas block and pre- bent gas tube was referred to sales. Christina never responds 3 months later I have purchased another with out their response

Ordered an upper on July 16th. Was told 20 days to receive my upper. Callback on Aug 20th and they said they were waiting on barrels to arrive so I asked for a refund. Was told the refund would take 5 days. called back today Sep 11th and was told my order wasn’t even cancelled and that she would process it now. CBC shouldn’t charge unless they have the parts available. They have so many giveaways on Instagram and there is no way those people are getting parts in a timely manner. I had high hopes considering I live in Charleston to have a company close to me but I will never be returning my business here.

I very much struggled to get ahold of anyone and after 30 days still have receivednreceived follow-up or even a response to my multiple emails and phone calls to chase and christina. Im affriad this business is a scam and would warn you to read their BBB comments before purchasing from this company.

Awesome product and even better customer support!!!Bought the whole CBC AR-9 Pistol kit from an online reseller but some of the parts didnt fit right. Online reseller directed me to CBC support.Just emailed them and Dean (QA Specialist) gave me some pointers on how to assemble it.He even send me a replacement for my Safety Selector that was cut different and not aligned right with the lower receiver when installed.All free of charge and within 3 days.I cant thank you guys enough!Next time Ill be buying directly from you!Thanks againJavier

I ordered an AR9 kit from CBC. First, there was a mixup and it went to the wrong address, mistakes happen. When I reached out to them, response from CBC took several days as they had one person in charge of customer service and she was out of office for a few days. When the kit finally got to me, it was missing the entire buffer tube assembly. They corrected it and got it right out to me. Finally got my AR built, bought my lower from them as well. The lower says glock compatible lower, however the glock mags I bought do not work - the mag catch wont catch. So now I have to contact them again, however I am lamenting that idea as I have had terrible luck in reaching them in the past. Last time I had a technical question I literally played phone tag with them for a month and ultimately got no answer. They really could use or general email box for support and people that will answer the phone. Just pray you do not need support or have an issue with your order.

Have ordered all my upper receivers from CBC industries. I have never had a problem with my 556, 300 blackout or the 6.5 window. I also bought their new shotgun . They sell quality products at very affordable prices. I highly recommend this company .

I ordered 2 upper build kits a 7.62x39 and 300 BLK pistol both upper kits were nice and neat did notice on both uppers small dings and scuffs and scratches like there was no care at all in the handling before it was packaged also handguards does not mount properly with either upper handgaurd and upper pic rails did not and still do not line up have attempted adjusting also was unable to figure out why the 7.62x39 would not eject after tinkering and assuming everything mechanical was ok and convinced it was ammo related,, tried different ammo and found that the gas block had loosened and slifd to the end of the handgaurd when I was checking the bcg however after dealing with all the scratches and dents and rebuilding the gun all except removing the barrel I will say both guns seem to shoot well and be decently accurate

Multiple errors on order took a lot of follow up to get a response and no consideration for the errors was offered. I returned my last order for a refund and will be using other vendors until they improve their customer relations. I gave three stars because previous orders were correct and good quality. Hopefully circumstances improve and we can do business again in the future.

Not sure why they would send an incomplete order when I placed my order everything was in stock. Customer service wont return phone calls but finally answer my e-mail. Finally shipped my order 3 days later, and still waiting for it to show up. Im hoping customer service gets better!! Ill be shopping elsewhere for now.

Great people and great products. there customer service is second to none. I purchase an assembled 24 upper, it shipped extremely fast with email updates along the way. I did take it to the range and after the initial break in it shot a 1/2 inch group with a mid level factory ammo. What more can one say other than i WILL be purchasing more from them in the future this was a great first time building experience and the credit is all theres

After being one of the many folks who got burned by Hardened Arms I decided to give CBC an opportunity. I was wise, emailed ahead and asked for an actual lead time from build to ship, I was quoted 48 hrs. Ill be damned if I didnt receive a shipping notification on the 2nd day, and the upper showed up a week later (one side of the country to the other). I havent had the chance to fire my 300 blk yet but the build quality is fantastic! As someone else stated you have to dig a little to find these guys but theyre worth it! Thanks again CBC!!

I ordered a diamond fluted stainless upper receiver and could not be happier!! Customer service was great and the quality of the upper was everything that was advertised!! Only thing is i wish they would ship via the postal service.

Great quality upper receivers! Built a very nice AR under $800 with a Spikes lower and CBC upper with a Hera hybrid rail. 14.5 inch barrel with a permanently attached linear compensator. AIM Nickle Boron BCG and a BCM Gunfighter mod.3 charging handle. Very slick. Will be doing more business!

Rip off masters. purchased $959.92 worth of goods back in 2/6/2019, order number 106742. I have returned this item unopened and unused. Seller charged me $129.70 restocking fee. this policy was not mentioned on my email order confirmation and there was no receipt come with the package. very tricky. disputing my credit card charge and reported to BBBdo not buy from this seller, look at their poor Yelp review. buy from PSA, Primary Arms, DSGArms, they wont rip you off for returning unused items.

I had ordered a few products to test the waters of this company. I had a positive experience until my last order. Like many other companies doing business on internet, CBC took my money on a product that was not in stock. This isnt catastrophic on its own but so many more companies actually show their available stock BEFORE the purchase. I dont want to buy something and guess when it might be shipped. I also emailed and called CBC over two days without a response or someone picking up the phone! CBC u have to do better than this? I did get an emailed response on third day after asking is CBC out of business. Word to the wise when doing business over the internet: USE A CREDIT CARD. If the purchase is sketchy just cancel the charge thru CC company instead of waiting for reimbursement from company. I dont wish any bad mojo on CBC but please up your game?

I purchased a build kit from CBC, with a 16in barrel and Keymod furniture.The quality is great, but the barrel nut was off by a few millimeters, throwing the alignment of the full rail off by an unacceptable degree.I sent an email, received a prompt reply, and the issue is covered under warranty. Customer service is informal, but prompt, and ive had no issues yet.

I just purchased a upper from them and spoke with there customer service on the phone they are very knowledgeable and very helpful and a plus is this company is staffed by mostly by military veterans so thats a plus in my book .

This is my second purchase of a complete upper assembly from these guys, Ive had nothing but good experiences with their customer service (speaking from experience with/them) and their products. Idk why people like to be unrealistic about their expectations for the price especially, Ive personally ran about 9-10k rds thru my first .223 Wylde upper and its still sub 1moa gun at 100. Regardless of other negative reviews, these guys will have my business lifetime if they would like.Id subtract maybe .2 of a star because Ive never been able to find a shirt in their online store, so I dont have to catalog off their details/location n such at the range.

Ordered a 6.5 creedmoor rifle. Waited so long for it, after my credit card had been charged. Cancelled order. Still heard nothing. Filed a complaint with credit card company and, apparently got someones attention. Got a call that rifle was built and would send overnight. When I got the rifle scope was not mounted, no rings included, big gap between receivers, rattled like a gi .45, bolt hold open not work reliably, will not go into battery reliability, light primer strikes and blown primers. Worst of all, they will not communicate with me. Wonder if I made someone mad and they shipped me the worst of the quality control, if they have any qc. Started checking and they have an F rating with BBB and many complaints on line reviews. Really is a bad product and worse, (none) response.

Horrible customer service. If you buy from them good luck getting in contact with them for anything at all. I have emailed them, left a voicemail AND facebooked them with no reply. If you are reading this (because they sure as hell arent) please buy parts from a company that will take care of their customers concerns.

I purchased a Hera upper from SportsMans Guide. The barrel had a bad spot across the rifling. I commented on SportsMans Guide web site, and didnt give it good review, because of the barrel. As for looks, it looked very nice, but you cant hit the target because it looks nice. I then posted the problem I had onCBC web site. A couple days later, I was contacted by CBC Industries. The person told me that, they would let me send it directly back to them, and would make it right, if I wanted to send it to them. I said ok, and they said they would mail me a return label. I wated for a week, never did get the return label. So, I sent the upper back to SportsMans Guide, but I got a rifle scope instead of taking a chance on another upper. I reall expected CBC to send a return label and thought they would send me an upper with a barrel that would shoot accurately. Its been probably a month, They never sent a label. Guess I trusted to much.
