This big lot is in a strip mall. The store is clean, very organized. The associates are friendly. Bathrooms are pretty clean. There are a variety of items to choose from to possibly fit your needs. I would recommend for those that appreciate budget shopping.

Big Lots has saved me time and time again! They always have what I need, or at least something similar. They came through for me last week right before I went on vacation and realized I needed new suitcases. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, in town had any! It was strange! Another shop pointed me in this direction, and I was able to get not one but two suitcases for what I was planning on paying elsewhere for one!Also, check out their snack section. Always lots of fun, new products there. Im a baker, so Im on the hunt for inspiration everywhere. Big Lots never fails.

Big Lots on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a great place to find good values on many items such as electronics, furniture, entertainment, and much more. I like their selection and pricing where it is easy to find multiple items for those on your gift list. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

We needed a bed and mattress last minute for company coming to town last weekend. Several of the items we inquired about were out of immediate stock at the Big Lots here in North Charleston. The store rep, Selena, was patient with us and worked hard looking thorough back room inventory and even calling other stores to assist in finding a last minute package deal for us to take home. Great customer service! And we walked out with a great package deal just in time. Thank you!! She deserves a bonus for excellent customer service and making the sale!

Purchased some furniture here on 01/13/21. Was told that the furniture I purchased would be available for pickup on 01/23/21. Went to store today to pick up the furniture after calling store on Friday to confirm pickup on Monday 01/25. I arrive at the store to pick up my item and get informed that it will be another 4 to 6 weeks before my item will arrive. The only solution the store would offer is to refund your money and you can try rooms2go next door frustrated I left the store and called customer service about the poor experience and the rep I spoke with literally said if you wanted faster furniture you should have gone elsewhere.

Always find what I need in this store. Theres a little bit of everything in here.

I like this big lot but its not as big as some of the other ones Ive seen those smaller ones seem to have more than the big ones

I can’t say that I’ve ever had the shopping experience I had here today. And I feel so bad because I didn’t get her name (overwhelmed with all I have to do), but I do remember she’s from Colorado. My daughter and I had to urgently move a week before Christmas, and I didn’t want to wait for new furniture. So I went to Big Lots just to see what we could afford. And the furniture lady here was unbelievably polite, professional, helpful, and kind. She stood there and built rapport with me as we waited to hear from nearby stores to see if they had the items I selected in stock. She said, “I know you have family coming for Christmas so I want to make sure you get everything at once.” I got everything at once! Great job to her!!! She’s so kind and has a very sweet, pure spirit! I’m going to take her a candle for a Christmas gift tomorrow. She told me she loves candles! Or maybe a gift card so she could pick out her own scents.

I had picked out a sofa at the store on Rivers Avenue I had a problem with my credit card and I asked the sales clerk if she could hold it for me until the next day she said yes. I made to sure to ask her more than once to make sure they would and she said yes again. She took my name abd phone number. The following day I called the following day to make sure they still had it on hold for me and I was told yes. When I arrived at the store to purchase the sofa they had sold it. Well the young man that was helping me called the one in Goose Creek they had one left so I was able to purchase it. The store on Rivers has poor customer service unlike the one in Goose Creek from now on I will go to that.

Cassidy customer sevice is the Best Ive experienced from any of the Big Lots stores. Didnt have the merchandise that was advertised as usual. She handled it quite professionally. She told me when new merchandise was coming in. I appreciated her great customer service.

I always have a fine time shopping at this Big Lots. I bought a mattress today and the salesperson that assisted me (George) was very good on giving me the needed information as well as answering questions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms are always a plus as well!

This is a nice clean store. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful.Last Sunday after church, we noticed the 20% off sales signs and decided to have a look. Everything in the store was eligible for this discount. We bought some small household items. But, we really wanted a new mattress. They had the memory foam style ones in stock. We drove home and thought about it. The price was regularly almost $400...which compared to other mattresses is already a good deal. But take off another 20% and its coming home with me! So, I went back and got it. The staff helped me load it in the car.Nice place.

Very big store. Its in a nice shopping center. Always well stocked. They have great prices. The customer service is always good. The store is bright and always has wonderful home goods, toiletries and some specialty foods. I always find what I need in the kitchen section.

Awesome place to visit. I enjoy finding seasonal decorations and even specialty snacks you cant find anywhere else. I love burning candles and they have plenty for low prices. You can buy furniture and pillows and just about anything you can think of. Its fun just walking the aisles and finding all the cool stuff

This is one of the biggest store so far I visit. They have a very big variety of living room furniture and dinning options. The have a good variety of decor for your house and a big are we other stuff like food, cleaning products and body care. The prices was afforable and very organized the store, they have a good parking area and nice customer services.a

Today was my time in Big Lots in about 10 years. I went looking for new furniture for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I spoke with Alexandria, sweet, polite, and strong. Neat and organized and loved the furniture section and the home decor as well. In the garden section, there were many items that were not priced and couldnt find any to ask. Many items in the garden section can be found in dollar tree for less.

Customer service is lacking, nothing is priced, they seem to be very disorganized and the prices are off, you pay the same or more for most items than you would at any other store. The cashiers get angry when you have a full cart. They made me wait while they fought with eachother over whos gonna check me out. I was one second away from walking out. Why employee people who dont want to work. Stop overpricing!!

Just bought a new 65 tv stand...paid $340 for it, wouldve cost at least 600 anywhere else. Also a mahogany 5pc dining outfit...399, worth 800 easy. Love it, great quality, beautiful designs.

Clean so clean. Neat so neat. It was my first visit. They were open and fully stocked. The employees had the option to go home but they stayed. They wanted to make sure people had those last minute supplies. And as long as they has shoppers they would be open. Im greatfull. Thank u

I got a thousand dollar couch for three hundred and twenty dollars, during a 20% off sale. It was a floor model, but Ive had it for months-- no bugs and very comfortable

This Big Lots location has drastically improved since rennovaton. Rotating seasonal stock is well priced and has a variety. Always finding something new in the snacks section as well!

Clean and organized. Seemed to have a large variety from decor, pet supplies, furniture and more. This is probably the first big lots where it didnt have a nasty smell and didnt feel dirty.

I have to say........Mr. George and his team was absolutely amazing! We shopped at couple of furniture stores in the low country and nobody’s prices could compare to Big lots low prices. We walked away with a great sectional couch, ottoman and a very comfy Serta king mattress.

Enjoyed shopping today at Big Lot. They had friends and family day and I always love a discount. The only thing I didnt like was that the cashier forgot to put in my rewards and I had to have everything unpacked and re- scan.
