Stop to get gas and food. Biscuit was hard and over cooked. Couldn’t eat it and my gas needle never even moved. Tf?!?!? Won’t be going back there. Stay away if you can

This was my first experience with this brand and my last. The tenders were drenched completely drenched in sauce to the point where I was thankful they were placed in a plastic bag due the leaking box. I have half biscuits and everything is a luke warm mess.

All parking spots taken, no one shopping inside. Something doesnt add up.

ID GIVE THIS MAN A 50 BUT I KNOW YALL WANT UP TO 10 THIS MAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK. HES GREAT AND I ALWAYS LOVE SEEING HIM. HE GETS THINGS DONE. GREAT JOB ALEX.

I cant tell you about the food there, just because I have never gotten it. But they always have some of the best gas prices, and their store is always very clean!

Food was really SURPRISINGLY good. The order was wrong, and who wants THREE onion rings in a family order? I was frustrated that everything was wrong and wont go to another even if it chicken was good.

The ladies bathroom doesnt have a single bathroom stall that actually locks.Some of the staff are friendly.

Natasha has a horrible attitude to be working with the public, this is why Amazon is doing so well. Bad management in these stores not holding employees accountable for their actions when on the clock. When you come to work leave your attitude at home. I cant wait until Amazon delivers gas.

Its available, busy and accessible. But restrooms are usually foul. They tend to run out of things. The other Spinx stations in the North area/Ladson are cleaner and better stocked.

Servers are always down, because there to lazy to fill the paper at the pumps for receipts. Or just to cheap. Done, I well go some place else.

Breakfast is never ready on time! 5am or a few mins earlier at every Spinx Ive been to except this one. Kitchen staff was standing around talking instead of trying to get breakfast ready for the 7 people that was before me that had ordered yet we were turned away.

Clerk (Kevon??) has the personality of a rock. The others were not much better. No smiles or greetings and they are always eating or drinking and every time I go in there I feel like Im interrupting an extended lunch break.Ms Julia in the kitchen was awesome. She cooked my food to order as requested even though she was 5 minutes from closing.

Previously I rated this location a 2 star but have since downgraded to a one star .The car wash is falsely advertised as unlimited. You cant wash it twice in the same day even 10 hours apart. Which is super inconvenient considering the banner says UNLIMITED CAR WASH, considering I drive for a living and also had an unlimited car wash where I live (in myrtle beach, and its actually unlimited, I can wash my car 6 times in 6 hours if I want) and have never had an issue.So of course I notice this and immediately called the gas station where I signed up for this membership. They had no problems having me pay for the membership at this location. However when it came to canceling my membership I was denied that opportunity and forced to call another number. So of course I did call and explained all of this requesting a refund for my payment and told them not to charge me again for the membership. What did they do? Charge me $14.99 for a membership I no longer use.Not to mention the car wash is slightly ignored and last few times I used it it had an issue of spraying soap on the passenger side after the rinse just as you pull up to the blow dryer.I will never use this company for gas,food or any other supplies even if it means Ill die. Your customer service lacks the care and respect for the people that you call customers. Well if you hadnt figured it out, we pay your income every month. Im not paying for these scumbags to live anymore!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Im a Lyft driver, bought over $40 in gas, plus other items, AND gas for someone else in less 12 hours, took a nap while waiting for better staging at the airport. Went in bought some things, went to the restroom, came out to cops putting a no trespass on me. They ARE NOT kind to regulars, Lyft, and Uber drivers. Avoid at all costs.P.S. I also busted the guy that was stealing from them left & right and was rewarded with a no trespass.

Last night i got treated like a peice of trash. By a guy work in there. At 10.55 pm i was there he was so rule. I come to this store 2 r 3 times a day. Never got treated like this and i wasnt the only one. If you dont like your job quit. Before i come back to this store i go somewhere else. He is about 5, 4 Couldnt see him name on his shirt. He on the heavy side.

People are nice. Always busy. The lady at the sample table called me boo boo, what? Food always is old tasting, unless you order specific.

Great, friendly and fast customer service. Store is clean and offers a wide variety of foods, hot or cold. A refreshing change from the typical convenience store!

Was your credit card number lifted? It was probably from this place. We visited Charleston a few months ago and this was the only place we used our credit card to fill up the rental before going to the airport. Weve been back home in CT for a few months and just got notice that our card number had been fraudulently used in North Charleston. Watch for credit card skimmers at this place. This is a shady part of Charleston.

I had the most awful experience today with Jimmy, his customer service was very unpleasant. I greeted his him kindness and inquired about a breakfast sandwich because I did not see any out before I could get my question out his rudeness was very evident (NO) I was like I didnt finish, his response was again (NO) then complaining about his job and the support in addition that why things are not done . Just quit if it bothers you that much. I prayed for on the spot. He will not steal my joy.

Worst service. Every time! Cashiers are uneducated on how to use register. There is always a wait and some sort of issue. Looks beautiful but you are better off going a little further down the road

What a hot mess this place is right now. All pumps filled with cars but everyone is inside!!

Great place to stop if you want to stand in line waiting on the one register while two more people stand behind the counter and talk and one person sits in the isle looking at candy that needs to be filled but its easier to sit there and look for a while. And God forbid you want macaroni and cheese because they never have any. Being from the upstate where there is a spinx on every corner this is down right ridiculous. Wont be going to spinx in charleston again.

Couldnt get a print out of my gas at the pump. I went inside and got a receipt. However, I found out that it has the incorrect amount. Also, I paid for a car wash at the pump. Since I couldnt get a print out that means no code to use, I didnt know I still get charged for it. I will never go back again.

One stop shopping for fuel, fresh cooked to order food, and anything else youd expect a large convenience store to have. And ETHANOL FREE 87 OCTANE.!
