Filled up on fuel, the receipt tape was empty. No big deal right? Wrong! The cashier working that night, Nov. 10,2020 9:15 was too busy talking on the phone to respond to my request for a receipt. Not that it was busy, she was just too into her phone conversation to bother with anything as trite as a customer. When I asked again a little louder, my God, the eye-rolling scowl on this woman’s face was almost too much to endure! With great theatrical reluctance she punched in the required digits, then stood back from the register holding my receipt in front of her. Mind you with the Covid crisis in full bloom there was a large plastic screen between us, so this employee is standing back, making me duck under the screen to get my receipt. Upon grabbing the thing all hunched over, under the plastic screen, the girl starts SCREAMING “ You did’t have to snatch the thing from me! That was very rude!”As I’m working and was anxious to get out of this escalating scenario, the cashier follows me out into the parking lot yelling “ You are sooo rude! You better not come back here!”Rude staff, no paper in the printer at the pump, I don’t think I’ll be spending any more fuel dollars at 7-11 Sonoco anymore. Being threatened by an employee is another story. I am contacting my attorney to have a copy of the store security video procured, and take it from there. The public doesn’t have to accept this behavior, and if you don’t do anything to prevent it from happening to the next customer it will continue.

If I could post 0 stars I would. Cashier gave me attitude, rang me up for the wrong item, and when I demanded a refund gave it to me in coins. Im never coming to this gas station again and I work right across the street. The whole time shes blaming me cause she doesnt know how to listen.
