It’s early on a Sunday Morning and I REALLY wanted a good Latte. 2 stores open at 7:00. National chain and Orange Spot. Not bitter, just Smooth Creamy Latte. Then off the work!!!

This place might be one of our favorite coffee shops. The baristas are really friendly and upbeat. But the food and drink are why we needed to leave a review. The blueberry lemon scone is the perfect sweet pastry. The pesto and sun dried tomato scone was warm and crispy and fluffy and flavorful. All of their coffee syrups are house made. The lavender latte was delightful. And the Thai Tea latte is the reason for the name. It is worth naming the restaurant after it and it’s a must have.

This place is amazing, the service, the food, the merch, everything. Everybody is relaxed and I have never had anything gross, good timing so you dont have to wait forever. Plus they have outdoor seating and the view of the road is amazing.

For the price, I was expecting a nicer place with a friendlier atmosphere. Limited shaded seMaybe they forgot to add sugar. Nice area to walk around in, but not a place I care to visit again.

We were visiting Charleston for a few days from California and LOVED this coffee spot! Pretty sure we went there 4 times in the 3 days we were there. Wishing we could go back soon!

Absolutely delicious food and quality drinks. We had the matcha latte and matcha smoothie as well as the blueberry lemon scone, spinach & feta quiche, caprese quiche, and sweet potato loaf. The staff was kind and professional. The place was clean, plenty of seating inside and outside, and enough room to social distance. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.

Excellent spot for coffee and a beer. Orange Spot is great because its not downtown, which means I didnt have to spend 30 minutes searching for a parking spot. Music was tasteful and not too distracting while I was reading. Other patrons kept their conversations at a low volume which something I always look for in a coffee shop. They had comfy chairs and plenty of table space too. Definitely will come back.

I had a lavender latte that I actually enjoyed here. My wife loves that drink and gets it everywhere she goes, so I figured Id give it shot at this place. The flavors were not overpowering and the milk was frothed just enough. I will be going back if in the area.

It was my first time going so I ordered a latte with one of their housemade syrups. I got in right at the end of a big rush, so I didnt blame them for the wait (~10min). I liked looking at the cute cards! There wasnt really a good place to stand and wait for your order other than right in front of the bathroom doors which was awkward. My latte ended up tasting like slightly flavored milk, I couldnt taste any coffee and it tasted really watered down. I was very disappointed after the long wait to have gotten bad coffee. Not sure its worth going back when other great places are nearby.

I love pour over coffee. They have two special machines just for pour overs. It made a great cup of coffee. The bathrooms were very clean, a good testiment to the cleanliness of the kitchen and back rooms.

Great little spot in Park Circle. Nice sized menu of drinks and munchables. One way in for now with no outside entry via patio door which provides less of a chance for cross contamination. Staff wears masks and they had quick service. They also have punch cards for frequent customers. Ill definitely return for f Im in the area again.

Very overpriced for food that’s trying to be more than it needs to be. The staff works hard. A plain bagel with cream cheese was like $5... Plain black coffee is really good, but also overpriced. $7 for 2 small black coffees... I won’t be returning.

The Orange Spot is extra ordinary in its class and I highly recommend it. It is both perfectly local and welcoming to newcomers. Thoughtfully owned and managed; great staff; great coffee; local art on all the walls. I like to imagine the owner had a mild-yet-fulfilling psychedelic experience and decided to open a café in Park Circle. Tasteful.

Orange Spot Coffee is an eclectic, hip little corner coffee shop located on the edge of Park Circle. They serve coffee and breakfast fare, as well as beer and sandwiches.The menu doesnt contain a large selection, but what they serve is prepared and delivered to the table quickly and courteously. The Cuban I ordered was delicious!

I had the speedy turtle, if you need a solid pick me up, this is it. So good and good for you! Try it!

Place was busy but to be expected on a saturday morning and even though i had 3 drinks and 2 food items it didn’t take too long and it was all amazing! quiche was so creamy and tasty & im super picky about my coffee but it was great too. always love places with house made syrups. highly recommend!!

Super friendly and patient staff. We came in with a very large group and they were helpful and accommodating. They also said they normally have gluten free muffins, though they were already sold out for the day when we visited in the evening. Got an iced latte and it was very tasty.

Great, cozy little spot at the end of Montague st in park circle! My boyfriend and I shared a slice of the feta and spinach quiche (and then a second :p) a everything bagel with cream cheese, the blended coconut espresso smoothie, and a coffee. Everything was scrumptious and that is not a word I use lightly! I am also a tough bagel critic being from NY/NJ and this was one of the best bagels I’ve had in sc! It’s also cozy and rather aesthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly and WiFi was FAST! They also make all their coffee syrups in house; have the lavender! It’s amazing! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Orange Spot was a fun little place full of color, personality, and great smells! I had a cappuccino which was very good, but didnt have quite as much foam as I like (but thats just a personal preference thing, nothing wrong with it!). I also tried the sweet potato bread, which was great as well! Tasted a lot like pumpkin loaf, but better! The only downside was that there wasnt a ton of seating and it was pretty loud, but its a busy place, so that comes with the territory. They have a small parking lot in front, as well as tons of 2 hr street parking within steps if youre visiting from further away like me!

Love it. Cant wait to chill in there when COVID is over. Love the monthly artwork too.

The new location for Orange Spot is really cute. Its much larger than the last one. Their menu is a bit much, but Im pretty simple when it comes to my coffee so I order my latte and go on my way. The sandwiches are good and so is the quiche. Yummy food + drink options! Great place for meetings and time alone. Bonus points for children books near sofa for kids. I highly recommend Orange Spot Coffee!

Orange Spot is a cute local coffee shop. They brew a nice strong cup of coffee. Its nice how they have a good amount of seating both inside and outside of the shop if you want to work on a project, read a book, or just hang out with friends. They also partner with the local printing company Ink Meets Paper so you can browse some cute greeting cards and art pieces while you drink your coffee.

Five stars for the bang bang chicken and shrimp. How have I not had this sooner? Who cares about cheesecake after a dish like this!! So delicious! Service was decent, our waitress was a little on the quiet and slow side. I thought she went shopping with my card when I sent it with the bill because she didnt return in what seemed like an eternity. Already planning my next visit for the end dish!

I love this coffee shop! New to the area and Starbucks is too far and now has nothing on this coffee! The cold brew is amazing and the quiche is out of this world! Staff is friendly and hip, they also sell the best locally made cards! They offer a coffee buy 10 get one free program too! 5 stars!

What a great place with kind people! Great black coffee! Love that they use metal spoons for stirring sticks and not something less sustainable. I wish they would give customers that stay in mugs or something that wasnt a disposable cup. Overall, a very pleasant experience

This place is your average coffee spot. I went in with my wife and wanted to order a mocha. When i asked the lady what i could customize it with her response was we have a tone of syrups to add. I was quite depressed when they only have 5 syrups. Service and coffee was good.

Definitely worth the visit. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is simply due to the fact I felt as if our biker appearance wasnt necessarily welcome. The food was amazing, the service was very good (not phenomenal) and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting! Will definitely be back.

We LOVE our Orange Spot! The most delicious coffee and amazing staff. We keep a keg of nitro cold brew on tap at the gym (becuase lets face it theres never enough coffee) but we still go to Orange Spot at least a few times per week.

I do not come here enough. It is the best local coffee shop and one of the few places in town that will make me iced Earl grey tea. that goes a long way for me because it means they will spend the time to make your experience the best I can be.

Delightful coffee house. Ideally located in the thriving and booming community of park circle. An area that became desolate after the closing of the naval shipyard has become alive again. We completely recommend this place for locals and tourists alike.

Coffee was pretty good, but definitely not worth 3 dollars. Service was prompt and polite. Atmosphere and furnishings dont seem designed to invite people to stay for very long (metal chairs, no booths, limited outlets, etc.). Overall pleasant experience, but nothing to write home about.

Twice now Ive gotten an everything bagel with cream cheese and they forgot the cream cheese. I cant just leave work and go back. I shouldnt have to remember to check my order every time for something so simple. Theyre not cheap, theyre not fast, and they cant even get a simple bagel with cream cheese right.Say what you will about big chains but they at least get the order right.

The best place to get coffee in North Charleston. The employees are incredibly kind and their coffee is made beautifully. I love to try the seasonal flavors that rotate monthly but an iced dirty chai is always my favorite.

Staff was very rude, customer service was terrible. I brought a colleague to Orange Spot for coffee today. Upon receiving her iced coffee, she indicated that it didnt taste right (had a burnt taste to it). She brought it to the counter and asked if she could return it for a regular coffee due to the taste. The gentleman behind the counter indicated that there is a no return policy. I will encourage my co-workers and colleagues to find another coffee spot that respects their customers.

Cozy coffee spot with decent brews and some limited pastries. The staff is friendly and my coffee came out quickly. My late was better quality than Starbucks but those large is the same as a Tall and priced similarly. There a seating area you can get work done there if you had to. There is street parking and a few spots reserved in the adjacent parking lot.

Fantastic selection of coffee. Espresso drinks are above par, just wished they understood their machines a little better. The chance rein is fantastic and well worth trying if you like Thai Tea or anything similar.

Great slow drip coffee. However, they didnt have the Ethiopian as was listed on the menu and it was a Costa Rican, which was a little disappointing. Tried the quiche, but in the future I would return and just stick to the coffee. Definitely will return for the slow drip.

$4.44 for a 12oz vanilla latte that had zero flavor. The only reason this is getting three stars is because Ive had decent coffee from here before but the price is far too high. Im very disappointed with the coffee and lack of care put in today.

Rude staff, dirty, wont take orders unless you order online, no customer satisfaction guarantee as in if you dont like your coffee and they messed up they wont fix it and make it right. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this cafe because they are not concerned about their customers or their experience.

Orange Spot is a fantastic coffee stop in North Charleston. They serve Counter Culture, which in my limited opinion is the best in the area. I have not found better. The new decor (they just moved a few weeks ago) is really modern eclectic, so it is fun to see something different. Great vibe and great coffee! Cannot beat it.

Love this place! I can only come here in the summer when Im in town but I make a point to do so at least 1-2x a week. The coffee is amazing and the staff is too! They make a point to be genuinely interested in their customers as well as provide a nice comforting and relaxing environment. The pastries are pretty awesome as well. If youre looking for a coffee shop, this is the one!

Good coffee and nice that they have wifi. I do think they need some more substantial food items though. They would really benefit from a hearty breakfast sandwich. I love their quiche and scones but I am still hungry after eating them.

Had the Thai iced tea, and double-shot espresso. Both were well made, tasty, and arrived quickly. The place was rather busy, but parking was no problem and the wait was not long.WiFi is available, but the place is kinda small - not really ideal for hanging out. Still, will definitely return to try a few more items on the menu.

Fun little coffee shop in downtown North Charleston. The whole area has totally been refurbished since I was last in the area. You stayed away from this place when I was growing up. My favorite thing about this coffee shop was that they make their own syrups. Great places and friendly service.
