There were some really great sales in the store but it was overcrowded with rude patrons. I found one pair and left... I love Chucks but Ill order them online. The employee signed me up and stated I would receive a discount by email. They offered discounts in the store for college students and military... wish they offered them to teachers too because we love comfortable shoes and could really use a discount!

This place has so many size selections. Were a five under 18 family. I managed to get shoes from size 2 youth all the way up to 13 mens! Didnt think wed be able to find the 13 since theyre a bit harder to find. Staff was super helpful. The one who helped me was very knowledgeable in youth sizing and how converse fit in comparison to other brands. we will be buying more here.Sizes bought- 2Y, 8F, 10.5M, 11M, 13M

I have really big feet so the large variety of sizes was great. They had womens sizes up to 13!

I was happy to see that during the midst of the pandemic they were enforcing masks being worn in the store and having an allotted number of customers in store as well. Also the staff was friendly and help from the door to the register.

The customer Service is outstanding. The prices are good as well. Along the back wall of the store is a buy one get one half off section. The selection is good back there too. On this particular, I saw leather, seude, rubber and canvas in hi-tops, flats, zipper backs, and classics. Something for everyone.

Theyre Converse shoes, so cmon! Theyre awesome! My son loves the dinosaur styles, my daughters and I love basically every color and style otherwise. In fact, I kinda wish they made adult dino shoes too!

Everyone was extremely friendly and told me about the sales. I ended up buying 5 pairs of shoes for less than $150!!!

Every time I visit Chucktown I have to visit the Chuck store! I like the store and the staff is great. They recognize me and even remember some of my past purchases. Im officially over 20 pair and I wear them all!

I came here around the time school is starting up to get my daughter some shoes. The place was pretty busy and it looked like they staffed accordingly to prep for the business. The areas were clean and the shoes were still displayed nicely. Customer service at the front desk was good as well and I have no complaints, will be back next year.

Very nice store and staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was a huge selection! I wouldnt really say its an outlet store though, their prices are the same as everywhere else. Even the discount/clearance were rarely less than $45

This store is packed with shoes. They offer a wide variety of colors, styles, and sizes... even small womens sizes, to my mothers amazement.

Great selection of products and the employees all helped me with any questions that I had. Plus they always have prices that I most certainly can afford.

I hit this store every time I go to Tanger. I like looking through the clearance shoes but its rare to find anything. The sales arent always the greatest because itll be a BOGO sale but wont apply to red tag items and pretty much everything is red tagged. Still a good store to make a stop in.

I asked for the regular converse and they lied to me and gave me the more expensive slip on ones. When I tried to return them with my receipt, they refused. So I tried to buy laces, once again they kept on giving me the wrong size and wouldn’t let me return them, so now I have a pair of converse and four pairs of laces that I won’t be able to wear.

Will not ever by Converse or any company associated with Nike ever again. I would go barefoot before supporting such hypocrites

My daughter loves converse shoes . However she has a wide foot . I know she would live a pair that was made wide width so she could wear your shoes.
