I Highly recommend this AT&T location. Dan was very impressive with his great customer service skills. He helped me fix all five problems I was dealing with on my iPhone and iPad. Thanks Dan for being a wonderful help!!!

This store expects you to drive to their location to find out if they have phones available. Unlike every other AT&T location in the area who will let you know before you drive 45 minutes there. Ridiculous.

Dan was the best. He helped us get a new phone and transfer everything from our old provider. He easily managed us as well as 2 other customers.

Highly recommend this location! Not sure about all of the representatives but Chelsea was extremely kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and quick at providing answers and ultimately the service I was looking to get. The whole process was simple and the experience was pleasing thanks to such a humorous and joyful representative.

Chelsea took the time and effort to make sure that everything was transferred over to my brand new iphone 12 Supermax Pro Blue she properly put my screen protector on picked out the correct heavy duty hard-core case that I need she goes above and beyond her line of duty I’m surprise she’s not running the company by now oh wait if she did a lot of things would be different including how they treat all their employees and the pay that they receive but we’re not gonna get into that are we Prime

We were helped by Daniel the store manager. He was kind, polite, patient, and consultative. Very impressed with his customer service.

Daniel is AMAZING! It took my boyfriend and I three trips to AT&T Centre Pointe before we decided to close on a sale and Daniel didn’t rush us during either of the three visits. He was very patient with us & he’s very informative. He even has a sense of humor. I will definitely be back to do more business with Daniel in the future.

This store was extremely unhelpful. They refused to answer questions about my phone and my tablet. I couldn’t even get simple questions answered about my account. I do not recommend this company at this location.I finally went to the Goose Creek location on St James Ave and spoke with Jackie, the store manager. She spent a great deal of time helping to resolve the issues. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would advise anyone needing assistance, to go to this location and ask for Jackie.

The AT&T Store at Centre Pointe in North Charleston is a great resource for all your phone and mobile needs. They have excellent customer service here and I have received great help and guidance every time I have been here. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here over the years.

Absolutely disgusting. Yes I am a customer here. I have been for a while. This store has not been shut down and cleaned properly since the Covid-19 pandemic began. They’ve remained open the entire time. Even after their employees have tested positive for Covid-19. They obviously do not care about their employees let alone you, the customer. Some of the employees look like death and the you can tell they are extremely overwhelmed, over worked and under paid. What an absolute disgrace of a retail store representing AT&T.

Great experience - upgraded to the new iPhone in about 5min. Excellent customer service. When I left my car wouldn’t start and the kind woman working there offered to let me borrow her jumper cables. Thanks again!

I needed to replace my phone and usually I don’t really enjoy having to go into an actual store but I was very surprised at how helpful everyone was. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back when I need anything again.

Waited for nearly 20 minutes for the one employee in there to even acknowledge that I was there. He didnt say anything to me until he was done helping his current customer. He spent more time flirting with her than actually helping.After all that wait, I found that they couldnt even assist me with setting up my Samsung Gear watch with a line of service. Since this is not an actual AT&T store, they are limited on what they can actually do. Go to the location on Rivers instead... much more professional.

Just moved into Centre pointe apartments nearby about two months ago, applied to get internet at that point. Got the equipment to set it up ourselves but there’s something wrong with the fiber-optic cable they have running to our apartment. It’s after countless times calling them and trying to figure this out we still don’t have internet and they’re charging us for renting the modem now. Gee I’m sure glad to have this worthless plastic box sitting in here not doing anybody any good. Thanks guys. Wish there was another provider to this complex but we’re stuck with these asshats. Please give me internet.

I suggest going to literally any other At&t store. Let me start by saying my family and I have been doing business with this comonay for YEARS and have never had an issue!! Buy the MANAGER at this location, Garrett, after telling me I was eligible for an upgrade, went on to deny the upgrade without paying off the phone. All due to a pink line that randomly showed up on my screen one day. The phone works, there are absolutely no breaks or cracks in the screen, and the pink line wasnt caused by a crack (obviously since there are none). So after leaving the store completely furious, my sister (the admin on the account), called At&t customer service, and she informed us that a pink line, not caused by a crack, DOES NOT prevent someone from getting their free upgrade. So needless to say, my phone will be arriving Wednesday, and I will NEVER nor will anybody I know EVER do business at this location again. At least as long as Garrett is the manager.

Even though we work primarily with Russell, everyone in this store has been great. We have 4 phone lines and 2 ipads and trust him explicitly to make sure we always have the best plan for our needs. Thank you!

Russell at the Tanger AT&T store was a great help. Not only was he very knowledgeable but great to work with. That store isn’t close to me but I will go out of my way to go there for anything I need help with.

I was in this location exactly 6 minutes before I left VERY angry.....after completely ignoring us for the the first 5 minutes the rudest employee came out and asked what do you need I attempted to tell her what the situation was she continually interrupted me not listening to the fact I had all the information she was telling me I needed. She just kept telling me how hard it was to accomplish...that is the point that i walked out!

Worst service by far. Theres so many hidden fees its ridiculous, the reception is mediocre and their equipment is overpriced. Their customer service is garbage and can barely speak english, Ive had to remind them of discounts on my plans multiple times and theyre real bad at crediting accounts. The fine print is everything, I cancelled my plan 2 months ago for my cellphone only to find out they were still charging me for a phone number attached to my smartwatch I was not aware of.

Customer service is very nice and work to make sure you get what you deserve at the best price. And go to Kila G if you want the best service, very nice and kind and easy to work with.

Went into the store to return my Galaxy Note7 because it is on a national state recall. The young lady name Danielle who is the manager. Told me she could not take my phone back without the box. And refused my Service. So I proceeded to call to At&t Service and spoke with Candice. She said you can return the phone without a box. I am very disappoint because of Service and how the spoke with me. I also ask the manager if i should keep the phone and what if the phone blows up on me. Danielle said it is nothing she could do for me. What a way to treat your customers. Poor customer service.

This store is ever I seen the worst attitude to customer. I went with my friends today, first, did not say hi to us and let us waited about 5 mins say I will right with you guys. Ok, I know you were busy I understand, and other 5 mins after,a lady walked in then when that guy finished the customer and SKIPED us, straight to the lady?????? Excuse me? Any way I would not go back this location again.

Dexter is the only Mgr who knows how to run your store. Every other att store I have visited is stressful and the problem doesnt get solved. I should know I have spent more than 7 hrs of my time dealing with your customer service on the phone.
