He called me as soon as a vehicle meeting my wishlist was available, and I was able to test drive and purchase the car within an hour or two of the car arriving on the lot! I wanted to finance a portion of the purchase, and he went above and beyond to get me an excellent interest rate! I will never buy a car anywhere else. Lost our automobile recently due to lightening strike and our insurance company had provided us an Enterprise Rental car. In remarking to a friend about the experience they gave us positive comments about using Enterprise Car Sales for a replacement. I stopped by just before noon on Wednesday, talked to Sam, found a vehicle I loved, went home and brought wife back when she got off of work and we drove home in a 2018 White Equinox LTX. Couldnt have been easier and the staff was so great. They even closed out our rental agreement and took responsibility to return it to the rental agency. WOW Cant say enough about what a great place, a great selection of vehicles, and an easy loan process.

Bought a ford transit a few months ago... spencer the sale guy was top notch... the vehicle however has not been.. week after purchase oil is in my driveway, pop the hood and there is no oil cap. Few days after purchase the sliding door sounds like it’s falling off. Latches were loose. Car was clean but after getting a little dirty I noticed all the razor blade marks and glue everywhere from the wrap to whomever they had leased it to. Finally I’m looking out my upstairs window a few weeks after purchase and the roof has huge gashes and dent like someone drove it under something too low... would not buy from enterprise again.

Experience was good. The only issue was that the system locked up my application overnight and they had to do a work around to get me the same rate as the night before and it took a while to close things out. Otherwise the staff was courteous and helpful.

Went there with a potential buyer. He needed something to drive. The service was phenomenal by Shane. He just couldnt get the deal done for my friend. As a former EHI employee, I felt that was a bad deal but given the Covid-19 situation, I feel businesses are trying to recoup all they can. I give the salesman a 5 for his professionalism, time, and courtesy in trying. The 3 star is from the 5 of the salesman and the 1 from the company in trying to hit my friend across the head. I recommended him there and I feel bad. Its cool though.

I bought a car less than a year ago and have had the same issue 4 times covered under warranty. They wouldn’t take the car back unless I got it fixed first so I got it fixed and now they are saying I have to put money down to trade the car in. I shouldn’t have to put anything down when I was sold a lemon to begin with. Trust and believe I’m not settling into a lemon. They will be hearing from my lawyer!

This is my 4th car that I have purchased with Enterprise. Kevin Greene and i went through a lot of car because i had so many requests, heated seats, not black or white, had to fit my bike in the back. I think he had 4 or 5 cars brought to the North Charleston location. I even got my small amount of financing through Enterprise because he got it lower than my credit union and he did it in 15 minutes. I reccommend Enterprise to everyone !

At Enterprise Car Sales, we were allowed to shop and buy a vehicle...we were not overpowered by a salesperson and made to feel like we had to buy. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I called the day before in regards to cancelling my gap and receiving a refund. I was transferred to another person in office, and explained that I had purchased a new vehicle. My current dealer told me to cancel my gap insurance and receive a refund. They gave me a 1 800 number, which stated that I had to have a persons extension or contact the dealer the vehicle was purchased. Today I call and explained the same thing to a guy name Barclay, and he starts laughing on the phone then transfers me. Then I spoke to another guy who stated that he was new, which doesn’t have anything to do with his level of professionalism. Guy stated that I would not get a refund, because the vehicle was not in an accident. I told him that could have been explained to me the day before, his excuse was most of the staff is new. I’ll be calling corporate and contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs on Monday then we will see what’s so funny.

One of most time consuming projects is car buying. What to get, how much, mileage, style, comfort, backup video, color, etc.When we were greeted by Walt he immediately produced the perfect car for what we thought we wanted. After considering his suggestion, we went home to think about what we really needed at this time in our lives. We went to Enterprise because we had seen a car online we were interested in. From our first time there our Salesman Heath, and the rest of the staff including the Finance Manager were amazing. Our car needed to be brought here from another state and that went smooth. There were a few imperfections on the car and they made right with that. I would definately recommend them if you are needing a vehicle. They are not High pressure. They tell you the right price the first time.

I am posting this review after I bought a Jeep Compass last Tuesday, had issues with it, returned it for a Jeep Patriot, and my husband bought a Dodge Ram. I researched vehicles for almost a year prior, and Enterprise and Vehicles Direct had the best values overall. I went with Enterprise due to their deal with my bank, Heritage Trust. I am writing this review because not only am I happy with my vehicle and my husband is happy with his, but because Maria, in sales, went out of her way to assist me prior to my arrival at the business, and while I was there. Very pleasant, intelligent, and efficient, Maria assisted both of us with all of our paperwork, insurance changes, the vehicle transfer, getting our vehicles clean, fueling them, and transferring plates, all while in a dress and heels, in sweltering Charleston humidity, and on a holiday at that. If you are an employer looking for someone diligent in customer service skills, this is your woman. Everyone at Enterprise was helpful, but it was Maria that made the day smoother with her extra efforts.

This individual dealership is very good; helpful, straight forward, etc. My experience with their corporate business office, though, after we encountered some issues with the car we purchased, leaves me wondering if we will consider them in the future. The last straw was when they totally butchered my name on a refund (for excess registration fees they had collected) check they sent me. NOT the way to make your customers feel special.

We had a great experience! All the staff was VERY knowledgeable. We went up a few months before we were actually ready to buy, and spoke with Jesse. He explained everything to us, from how the cars are selected to how the financing worked. Of course I did my homework and research on the avail. cars before we went back, so I knew what and which one I wanted. Jesse had some alternates just in case, but we did get the Edge. The car is great, This is the place to get the most bang for the buck. I hate that saying, but it is true. These cars are approx 5k below blue book and the warranty is great. I was looking for a new car and decided on a used Hyundai Azera. I had spoken with Jesse at the North Charleston, SC location. I had my eye on several 2014s on the website and suddenly they disappeared from the site. I spoke to Jesse and told him my cars disappeared and he told me that that year had a recall out on them for undercoating and that Enterprise pulled the cars off-line until they could have the undercoating completed. They would not sell them until the recall had been satisfied. He was able to check on a beauty in Columbia, SC and was able to find out its status. He me told it would be ready soon. He was able to get things moving along and the car arrived in North Charleston a day earlier than expected. It was love at first sight. Jesse was able to make my purchase occur smoothly and efficiently. I am telling everyone about how haggle free the purchase was with the price clearly noted on the car and on the website. The price was at least 2-3 thousand less than what I found on other websites and dealerships. I feel I got a great deal on a great car with low mileage in excellent condition. Plus it was fully inspected and comes with a free 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. If I ever need another car I will buy it from Enterprise.

My husband and I just recently bought a car from enterprise car sales. Upon arrival we were greeted instantly by a salesman named Mitch. Even though it was approaching closing time Mitch was willing to stay and answer our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. After the sales process we had a couple of minor issues. We contacted Mitch and he immediately and professionally addressed our concerns. All issues were resolved and overall we were very pleased with our experience. I wanted to find a car that was decent on gas, as I work in N. Charleston and I drive a Silverado to/from work. I really wasnt looking forward to car payments, however, I figure Id give Enterprise Car Sales a try.Conner, the salesperson, was very professional. He did his best to find a car to my standards, as in what I can and will afford each month. I wasnt going to spend my whole paycheck on a car note.I even had the chance to test drive the car I was very interested in.Unfortunately we werent able to compromise on something. I felt the finance manager just gave up and said forget it. I figured hed go down every avenue to see what we could have agreed upon. I make enough in three days for the payment.Thats ok, as mentioned, I really didnt want any car payments. I do appreciate the time Mr. Conner gave me.Im giving 3 1/2 stars, I was treated nice by Conner and greeted warmly. Im docking the 1 1/2 stars for the attitude from the finance/assistant manager.

I do not have to turn a wrench on this vehicle for 100,000 miles. They were very good to me and when my wife is ready for a new vehicle we will return to purchase another vehicle.

First and foremost I would like to thank my credit union Heritage Trust bank because they are the once who finance my vehicle, but Enterprise was a great place to buy a car the only down side to them was the customer sales representative name Jesse promised me that they would get me mats for my vehicle unfortunately they did not deliver on their promise now I need to buy new mats for a new vehicle also spoke to the gentleman in charge of the paperwork and he came up with a lame excuse of saying that mats couldnt be order because of a vehicle recall on the mats. Just didnt like the lies all around but other than that I would give them a try. After a three week wait am happy to say that Enterprise car sales are people who stand behind their cars they order me new mats and I couldnt be happier thanks to Jesse if you are in the market for a good used car go see Jesse great person and hassle.
