Good selection, friendly service, clean and neat facility, A+ all around.

Kind employees, but prices have gotten absolutely stupid. Walmart has Simply orange juice for little over 5 dollars Publix wants 7.29 for the same 80 something oz jug. This used to be the better priced place to shop with decent selection. Not anymore...

I go to this Publix about 3-4 times a week for lunch and have not been disappointed once. The staff is always helpful and greet me with a smile. Sharita makes the sub for me and is always nice asking how my day is and her service makes me come back weekly. 5 out of 5 great staff, and great experience every time I go there. I definitely recommend this over any other grocery store in the area.

Its Publix. A solid variety to choose from, clean and a over all pleasant shopping experience.

I just want to say that there is a young gentleman by the name Devin. He helped walk my groceries out even when I told him he didnt have to because I parked far and it was about to rain. He insisted anyway. Such a polite young man. Thank you!

The store was clean and there were a lot of helpful people around the store. I loved the English food section and all the lovely candy bars that I dont have easy access to from home. We got a birthday cake from there and it was good, though I think there was more frosting than cake.

My fiancée ordered a cake for my birthday. We called to check on the status and it felt like they weren’t really interested in helping us and trying to rush us off of the phone, little rude. We picked up the cake right on time and upon looking at the cake there were a BUNCH of air bubbles all over the cake, won’t look great for photos and shows that they probably iced the cake when it was still hot. Overall, fine cake just not the best service or best quality.

I always enjoy my visits to that Publix. The customer service there is amazing and most times I have no trouble finding what I want. I only have on request, and thats for them to get the plant based Jamaican Beef Patties again. I love them.

This used to be my favorite store to do all my grocery shopping. The store looks organized and clean. But today I had the worst experience with their customer service. I went to the store to send money, the lady asked for two forms of identification and my social security card. I can understand the reason for two forms of identification but to ask for my social security card just seemed to be ridiculous to me! So i kindly asked if i could speak with their manager. Manager came and said, “what do you need from me?”. This store just pisses me off today. Will never come back to this store!

All Publix Supermarkets are wonderful! The food/products and people are awesome! Publix has the cleanest grocery stores! They are # 1!!!

The only two attractive departments of this store are its deli and bakery departments. Other than that, their prices are higher than the competition and their customer service is not such a “pleasure” as they claim. Sometimes you have to help bag your own grocery and they rarely ask you if you need help taking the groceries to your car, the way they used to. Their product availability is also limited and they do not show any interest in selling products that they have discontinued when a customer makes a request. At the beginning of the pandemic, while most places in the area required shoppers to wear masks, not even their employees wore them. They were extremely slow to implement COVID-19 safety measures. Again, I only visit this store because of their deli and bakery departments. Unfortunately, sometimes I end up buying a cart full of groceries and spending way more money than I would if I did my grocery shopping somewhere else.

I had the worst experience 2 days in a row. I placed 2 orders online sunday, one to be picked Sunday and the other to be picked on Monday. I knew its a holiday weekend. When I went to pick up my Sunday order. I was told that they didnt received my orders. I must have the wrong store is what they said. I showed the order information on my phone. So they prepapred my food but didnt have the items I wanted, ok fine. So I gave my order information for Monday. Monday afternoon, showed up an hour later than I said because its a holiday. Well I waited in line and 2 people of the other race got served before that came after me. So I had interrupted the gentle who just got through serving them because he jist walked by me like I didnt exist. I gave him my order information. He comes back with 1 of 3 items I ordered. I gave him the information at least 3 times of my phone. Now Im getting upset. I finally get all that I ordered. I should have checked before leaving because some of the items on my sandwich I didnt order. Now Im really upset because I did.not want to go back there. I would never shop at this Publix again. Goodbye.

Im disabled and couldnt walk into Publix. I called and asked if an electric cart could be brought out to my car. A sweet bagger named Carly brought the cart to me in less than a minute! Thats customer service!

Publix has the best cashiers! This morning Jaclyn helped me. I love how they interact with you and its not just trying to get me out the store. They start conversations with you. They smile (I could hear it thru the mask!!). They always make sure your shopping experience ends with great service. People are always quick to complain, so I wanted to take a moment to compliment! Way to go Jaclyn!

This restaurant has great sushi. Today it happens to be my birthday lunch. Ill probably be back in the area for dinner at La Hacienda.

The deli is in need of staff that want to wait on customer. Even the manager did not want to wait on customer. No one knowledge that there were three customers waiting to be serve no one spoke. Manager said nothing. Very very poor service. I have nothing good to say.

I went to this Publix to use the pharmacy. I use the app Good Rx (uninsured ... self pay) and they had the lowest price for what I needed. Amazingly at checkout ... my scrip was even cheaper than my app said! Very helpful staff! CLEAN, efficiently run store. The even had an electric cart available for me to use (instead of my wheelchair) even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Very pleasant experience!

I used to love Publix cakes. Idk what went wrong here. The cake tasted very stale. The buttercream had an odd taste to it also. A friend warned me the cakes have gone downhill. But I assumed it was perhaps just the location...no.. the cakes just bad

This is the FIRST time Ive ever had a complaint about Publix. The past 4 times Ive been there, they have not had any hot & spicy wings. That is the main reason I stop in. The diet tea tasted like diet colored water. I had to add more splenda & another tea bag for more tea flavor. Now, I have a suggestion. Could you please start supplying diet flavored teas? It would be nice to be able to choose from diet spiced cranberry, diet mango, diet BlackBerry, etc.

Out of all my years of spending money at this store, I’ve had my worse experience by far today. An associate made a rude remark to me when I asked him to change his gloves before he made my sandwich. I do not play kindly to people talking to me any of type of way . Then The supervisor of the deli chastised ME for my language instead of talking to her employee !! When I was explaining the situation to the “store manager” he just sat there and stared at me. No, “I’m sorry about your experience ma’am.” No nothing.I’m so disappointed! The store managers that have been there previously would have handled the situation better. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning .

Very clean 😁. Shelves were well stocked. The deli was full of fresh fruit and baked goods. The food carts were sanitized for you as you came in. Everyone, employees and customers were wearing masks. The cashier and bagger were both efficient and courteous. And best of all they had everything I needed to make root beer floats for the fourth of July.

I really like this Publix location on Dorchester Road in North Charleston. This store is very well run, clean, and well organized. I am always able to find what I am looking for here and am able to get in and out very easily. There seems to be plenty of parking available at most times. I like the wide open layout of this store and it provides a calm and relaxed shopping experience. The staff here is great and will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasurable shopping experience. I am impressed with their consistency and quality.
