Came to Charleston for a weekend getaway with my mom and sister. Mama has been wanting a wig for a while and it’s difficult finding a good one. Took a chance on wigs and things and it was awesome. The gentleman there helped us with the wig and assorted things. My mama loves her new look and she looks gorgeous. Thank you

Never been more satisfied in my life!Finding a good hair store is hard, But coming to wigs & thing was a very great choice they have the best deals, you always find what you need an the customer service you get there will make you always want to come back ! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This place is ok! Its a small hair store. It doesnt have everything you need at yes but it will do if you just buying something simple.

Good things, but not much to choose from

On Tuesday, I purchased a RAW 12 inch bundle for $19.99 and a 14 inch bundle for $24.99. I returned to the store on Friday to purchase another 14 because I didnt like the 12 inch bundle. When the owner rang up the sale, he charged me $34.99 for the exact same pack that was $24.99 a few days prior. Please be mindful that he was the same man that rang up the sale on Tuesday. He then asked me for my receipt from Tuesday to prove that I only paid $24.99. Then he tells me that he will let me purchase the hair for $29.99! No Player! The real deal was probably that business was slow on Friday, so he thought that he could charge me an additional $10. I guess he thought that I was desperate! You should have seen the look on his face as I walked out of the door with nothing!!! There is so much POWER in NOT accepting being devalued for a BUNDLE! In my opinion, he is rude, and never smiles. Please be mindful that our dollar keeps wig stores operable....without us, they fail and they know it! Demand respect or keep it moving. Besides, the store on McMillan and also Youngs in Summerville is much cheaper if you must buy hair! I will NOT return... I believe that spot is doomed for bad ownership because the previous owner was also RUDE! I did not visit that store for years and now I remember why....

First time visitor, came in said hello received no response. Nevertheless I still decided to make a purchase some hair bonding glue and a razor. Got all the way home to discover that the glue was no good and coming out in chunks. Hey it happens so I went back to the store to exchange it out to find the store closed at 3pm when the hours posted clearly states Sunday 12-6pm. Disappointed to say the least and out of $4.35.

I have gone to this shop for almost 20 years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The owner always treated me politely and the wigs and weave she carries is top notch. I look forward to my next visit there. After so many positive experiences I can say that I feel she is my friend not only the business owner. All the employees are very helpful, as well.Jan 14, 2017

I went there last Friday to purchase hair. I usually dont get weave because I have a decent amount of hair. But I wanted a particular hair style for an event I was attending. I asked for clip on weave that could curl. I purchased 2 packs for 40.00. When I got to Salon and my stylist clipped the weave on my hair it would not curl at all, not even bend. I just got my hair done and called the manager to tell him what happened. Knowing there is no refund, I would have accepted an even exchange . Instead he wanted me to purchase a buy one get one free item and charge me 20.00 for one meaning I would have purchased hair for a total of 60.00. Which I couldnt use. The previous owners were more accurate and accepted and would have worked with me. My daughter and I were regular Customers of previous owners. I will NEVER shop there again

They treat customers like family. The wigs are not as expensive as other places. This is now my go to place for wigs.i do recommend them

The woman that seemed to own the store was extremely rude to me, very loudly, in front of all the other customers. It was my first and last time going there.
