I prefer just going to Ulta just seems easier.

I walked into the store expecting a greeting of some sort.... nothing! I walked around for about 5 minutes while both of the employees sat behind the register. Neither one bothered to ask if I needed anything. I walked to register to ask a question and they seemed mad that I bothered them. I asked if the matched skin tone because I am starting to get into make up more and I dont know how to match my skin tone. She got really rude and said We dont do that. We just try to match it best with your skin. I was waiting for her to walk around to help me... again nothing after that. I said okay. As I walked away both of them started giggling and laughing. Very Rude!!! Dont bother going here unless you dont want customer service

Upon coming in the store I was trying to find someone to help me and repeatedly said excuse me after the 6th time someone finally came over and attempted to help me match my skin color. She was not very skilled at giving good suggestions on things I should buy. Another young lady named candace? Dont quote me, she was VERY helpful! She knew how to match my color and gave me the best products to use.

I went in yesterday and needed to get shade matched for foundation and and the girl with brown hair that helped me was so nice and helpful! Found exactly what I needed. The workers are so nice! 10/10 💜

I’ve shopped at this location a few times in the past few years. Once in a while I’ll find something I like but I normally shop at ulta. This is the only Sephora I’ve ever been to so I don’t know if they’re similar but normally don’t have a lot of sales in my opinion to keep me returning.

Everytime I go in this store they never have my skin tone in fenty! I 💜 fenty, all I use. They always say that we run out, but have plenty of light to white skin tone, you would think they would order more since it sells so well!

I have always loved Sephora but last night was an even more incredible experience! I brought home things I actually love and that never happens. The thin man with really pretty makeup helped me every step of the way and chose absolutely amazing products for me!!! He was so sweet, funny, and insightful. The woman at the till with the purple hair was also great! These two are a dream team and made me experience worth writing about. I love my skin and the look of my foundation for the first time in a long time!!

I needed to get shade matched for foundation and the girl that helped me was so nice and helpful. She also gave a skincare sample to help with some patchy dryness on my cheek + a primer that should work for my skin type. They were busy (she was the only one there at the moment) but she was still very nice and answered my questions and listened to my skin concerns. Didnt get her name but she has long dark curly/wavy hair with brown eyes. Definitely going back here!

All the workers here have been so nice to me. They offer their opinions and dont try to sell products they havent tried as if they had. They offer samples and are willing to work with you! Nicest Sephora Ive been to!

Excellent customer service! The selection is a bit limited, but that is to be expected as it is not a full store. Not the employees fault but a lot of the tester products are missing due to theft.

Good place to get make up of just about any kind

Amber was such a great help, she was able to help me find exactly what I needed! She was also very friendly! Hire more people like Amber please!

This is postmatesThe next time y’all have an order bagged up and paid for make sure you allow us to come pick the order up. I now have a customer upset and unwilling to buy from you guys ever again. I really don’t appreciate the way I was talked to about the store being closed especially when someone’s doing a deed for you I will be sure to remove this store from postmates and let them know about the rude customer service and how inconsiderate you people truly are. You got over priced makeup anyway 👏🏻 59 $ for some damn mascara 😂

The staff is friendly however their knowledge on makeup for women of color is horrible. Only Amber seemed to be the only staff person educated on helping women of color chose the right shades for brown skin tones. So in 2018 this Sephora continues to under represent a prevalent part of Charleston, but they dont mind taking out money. 😣

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never in my life been treated so poorly as this woman treated me today at the Sephora. I picked up an Uncuffed liquid lipstick by FENTY beauty, and than set it down while looking at the beauty blenders and left it there. Who isn’t guilty of that while shopping? Anyways she had the nerve to come up to me and ASK me where I put it and than ASKED me to put it back! I’m not sure if she was trying to accuse me of theft or just has extremely bad OCD. The store was a mess anyways and it wasn’t intentional. Oh well I won’t spend hundreds with Sephora anymore. So RUDE

Sooo i went into sephora today for the very first time and i was nervous cause i had a ton of questions, and inquiring about different products and how to use those products. i didnt want to annoy anyone with all of my questions, or to look dumb for not knowing anything.. so i go in today and was helped by lauren or Laura. Cant remember but im pretty sure lauren. She was AMAZING. she answered all of my questions and was totally awesome. Showed me everything i would need, let me know that on day of purchase she would show me how to use the products, gave me a total so i knew what to expect when i come back to make my purchase, she made me feel completely comfortable and eased my anxiety for my lack of knowledge. Because of lauren i will now be a sephora customer for life. She was incredibly sweet and needs to be recognized. I hope you guys appreciate her as much as i do =]

My friend and I called them.to confirm they had the fenty foundation in stock I our Shade. They said yes. So we drove there (10min away) to get it just to.be told that they were.out of it. Then the sales women was upset with us because we explained to her we called and told it was in stock. Overall and horrible experience.
