Kathy and the rest of the team are always super helpful, friendly and just an overall good, clean store to shop at.

The ladies there are always super super helpful and knowledgeable. They are almost always well stocked, too. Only complaint is their POS system and how long it takes. It really is excessive. Ive called corporate about this issue before in the past and it seems there is no desire to fix it. I feel bad for the ladies behind the counter that have to deal with it all day.

Love this place.

So they say they close at 6pm. I have tried twice to get there and at 5:45 said money drawer had already been taken and wouldnt allow me to purchase. Tonight I pulled up at 5:56 door locked employee wouldnt even look at me. I live over an hour away and this is an extreme inconvenience. If they werent the only supplier that sells Redken I would certainly take my business elsewhere. Will call manager tomorrow.

Horrible customer service! As soon as I walked in I was told you can only shop here if you have a license. Then when I said and had my state board license out, I said I do have one Im just looking then was told well I have to look it up and you have to have a account to just look. I then showed her my salon centric card my license and ID. She smiled and said oh I found you. And for some reason every aisle I went on she was there. I will never shop here again.
