Fergusons sells tankless hot water heaters for professionals. I originally bought a tankless hot water heater for Home Depot for less. Dont waste your money. Get a forever unit! Very happy with this purchase after 7 months. I recently returned the skirt that I bought to go with it. They refunded my money after 7 months! Every installer recommend I purchase from them. Awesome! Shop around for installation...it costs more than the unit.

They had everything we needed but the young man who helped us with picking our order up needs to learn some common communication/people skills. Life is to short to be unhappy and rude!!

Spent over $7000 on a lighting package from these folks while building our home. Had a problem with a ceiling fan that cost almost $500. Called Ferguson to get some help and they were useless. Kept referring me to the manufacturer. Customer service after the sale here is terrible.

What a nightmare! Sales team was great to work with in purchasing a premium Jenn-Aire refrigerator with amazing features and obsidian interior - pricey but checked all of my boxes. Installation was a nightmare and one door was dented. Now I am 2 months later and resolution of the dent resulted in a defective installation that caused the unit to overheat, run in over-drive, failed the refrigerator from working and they still cant resolve that it is not making ice and remains over frozen. I dont know when this nightmare will end. Everyone is super friendly and concerned, but I just want it to work properly and get what I paid for. Friendliness and concern doesnt give me what I paid for.

I cant say enough about the support I received from Fergusons during the build of our house. We purchased our lighting, fans and plumbing from them. They helped us with design and budget. Recently we had an issue with a broken faucet. Angie ordered a new faucet and we received it within a week of my call. She was very knowledgable and took care of it right away.

My husband and I were in the store for nearly an hour looking for items for our new home and no one greeted us or offered to assist. One salesperson sat at her desk eating a salad without acknowledging us. We will not be back.
