Ive been going to this Sallys location for over a decade. In all those years, I can count 1 bad experience. The employees are always willing to help you find whatever you need! Ive always received good advice from the employees. I also love the discount offered to those of us in the beauty industry! Any discount on product is a plus! Keep up the good work yall! Ill be back!
The woman who helped me, Destiny, had wonderful customer service and before me handled a customer cursing at her over hair color not working without developer when it said that it required it on the box😅. She kept a smile on her face and never bad talked the customer and then helped me with some of my questions because she is knowledgeable. The store was also organized and clean. Thank you for such a great experience.
I really like Sally the lady working there was nice and helpful. The store it self is clean and section nicely. They have some nice lashes and hair dye products. My only problem is paying for a bag, some of makeup items might be already be open and they have limited supplies. I wanted a colorful eyeshadow palette and the only left was the display. I’ll say a good 4
I work in a customer service business and to all the ones whining about closing 10 min early to clean its easy to solve who would be so rude to go into a store at closing time and have the nerve to call them rude and disrespectful... maybe you need to take a look at that again but then again you probably think that the world owes you something and it revolves around you.. so have you ever thought that maybe coming there earlier than at closing might be the respectable thing to do? Sitting and bad mouthing a business just because things are not the way you want is pitiful and rude and by the way the world does not revolve around your expectations so quit throwing a tantrum like a child and learn some manners

Was going on vacation, and needed a few last minute beauty supplies. The staff has changed quite often at this location but I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience with the ladies that work here! These days I appreciate general hospitality from any retail business that I patronize. Keep up the great work ladies!
Stepping inside this store felt a little weird at first cause I thought it was geared more toward the female demographic. The associates are friendly and willing to answer all you questions. I learned a lot about hair color and found what I was looking for.
Now we have to pay for the bags! I made a big purchase and I had to go out carrying the items on my hands. Lame!
Went to get some hair color and tried to exchange it the next day and they refused bc of their excuse of the pandemic. I didnt get my regular discount as they had another lame excuse to steal either. Really? So many people touch these products on your shelves. She said she told me all sales were final. I never saw the sign and was never told that all sales were final at thecash register. She refused to help.Ive been going to Sallys for years but I will never again go back. Some of us dont have money to throw out. Just another excuse to steal!!!
I want to recognize three associates at this location: Cindy, Carrie, and Cylest. All three ladies are amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers. Amazing teamwork!
I went here to get some hair care products for my natural hair. Wasnt sure what to get, however, I was provided with a great deal of assistance in selecting a product. The store clerk was able to explain how each product works and what to look for when trying to identify a good product. I was able to make an informed decision.I cant wait to see how well they work! What makes it even better is that I can return the products with my receipt if I am not satisfied.

On December 4th at 7:50, I tried to grab something very quick. As I was walking up the employee was standing in front of the door sweeping, I asked if they were closed she said yes I said it says y’all close at 8pm why is it closed at 7:50pm she told me that they close 10 minutes before to clean the store in the rudest tone possible while looking me up and down, if that is in fact true then Sally’s needs to change the closing time from 8pm to 7:50pm. That store just lost so much busy tonight, and in the future due to the disrespect. I have been in Sally’s before at 8pm SHARP and they stay open while I grab my items I need. Absolutely ridiculous.
Went there today, a Monday, at 2:50pm and no one was there, door was locked, and no one answered the phone. None of the several signs posted on the windows indicted as to why the store was closed. Cant wrap my head around the idea of being closed on a Monday afternoon.
Very nice staff! The manager and the other two ladies working there are very nice and helpful! I am a hairstylist so I normally go to a salon Professional only distributor but I will go to sally s to get clips, combs,brushes, and sometimes a curling iron or something like that but I am going to have to come here more cause the people are so nice!
Been calling now for 30 minutes. They either have the phone off the hook or they are extremely busy. Either way, the store is 30 min away from my house everytime i go & ask for my color im told someone JUST bought the last one & they refuse to check the back for that reason. I know my purple hair color is not very common so for someone with the same hair color as me coming in right before me EVERY TIME i come in.
Best store to help me out after cancer... didnt know what I need kinda knew what I wanted but not sure. I came in 10 mins b4 close just want a flat iron for my short hair. They made me smile and was there to help. I left with what I wanted but I wanted more. So i come in once a week buy somthing with there advice and they know it. I love yall girls... And thank u...
Absolutely disappointed with how I was treated tonight. Yes I came in 10 minutes before closing time but I knew exactly what I needed. The girl with green hair locked the door as I was walking up, and I asked if they were closed and she says yes and I stated they had 10 minutes until closing. And her excuse is we close 10 minutes early to start cleaning and if that is a valid reason that’s ridiculous. She was very rude and I will not be coming back to this store.
Stop by the store 9:12 and the door was locked. So I asked the person inside and she told me they open at 10. Please update your store hours in the door.
