My AC stopped working. I called Friday and they said to be in by eight Saturday morning. At about 11:00 Saturday morning, I drove home with a working air-conditioner at a crazy-reasonable price. And Bobby was so personable the whole time. Highly recommend this place...

You will not go wrong in using Paul’s car care on any of his shops in the Lowcountry…. My favorite is on Ashley Phosphate with Bobby and his Amazing team.!!! Paul Jr is Amazing to work with too!!! Great, locally owned business. Came here a few weeks ago to have my a/c recharged and it started blowing hot again a few days later. I took it back yesterday thinking I would have a major repair ( a/c compressor, condenser, etc.) only for them to tell me it was a simple fix and get me back on the road at no charge.They could have easily ripped me off it they weren’t honest. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

Paul and Bobby were awesome. If ai could give them a hug I would. I was in town with my family for the weekend when my car started losing coolant and making noises. I called first thing on a Saturday morning their busiest day to explain the problem. Paul got me in right away showed me the problem and assured me he could fix it and reasonably. By 11am the car was fixed and Paul and Bobby had me on my way. I wish they were in Charlotte but if you need car repairs in Charleston you need to see Paul

Paul is literally a blessing in disguise. I brought my car in to try and get the AC to start blowing cold again. Turns out my system was low on freeon so Paul and his team went ahead and charged it up and added dye to the system to help detect where the leak was coming from. So after I get that work done I’m on my way home and I notice that the temperature gauge on my car is now all the way up so I pulled over and gave Paul a call back. I had my car towed back to the shop, and they determined my car was extremely low on coolant/antifreeze. And since I was driving my car with no AC it wasn’t causing a huge problem yet. So Paul and his crew filled up my coolant reservoir and idled my car in the shop to make sure that was the problem and ensured I could make it home this time. The best part about all this is even though it was my own negligence that caused my car to overheat Paul blessed me by taking care of the towing charge for me!! I know it may seem like a small good deed to you Paul, but you truly have no idea how much you just helped me. Money has been tight because of this Coronavirus epidemic, so even a small charge of 85 dollars is a BIG deal to me. I can’t ever thank you enough Paul, but I know one thing. From now on I will not do business any other place but Paul’s Car Care. If there were more genuine people like Paul the world would be a much better place. Thank you so much again Pail and crew ❤️❤️❤️❤️
