Love this place. They will have our business forever. The best customer service. Everyone is very friendly. Another thing is their honesty. They could have sold me tires today making me think I needed them but instead told me the truth about how many miles and condition they were in. Highly recommend.

Have gone to these guys with minor and major repairs. Always have a pleasant experience, their pricing is fair and if they arent equipped to help, they will tell you and give you positive recommendations for other businesses. Recently dealt with an employee named Matt and he was exceptional. 5 Stars for sure.

Michael was great. Very nice, thorough and professional. They were booked the whole week but he said he could get me in if I brought the car when the store opened. He did and then just a few hours later told me it was all done and in fact he was able to fix the tire instead of having to replace it. Very happy with the service and will take my other car there soon. By the way, I found out that they are affiliated with Michelin and Sumitomo and if you like those tires they have better prices than anywhere else including online

The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. These people are not out to rob you, they recommend what you need and put your cars most critical repairs first. Mr. Greg is the manager. He is always honest, polite & straight to the point. He will not try to sell you services you dont need & he will get you the best deal possible. The store is very well kept & mechanics are very fast. If you have an appointment, they will be waiting for you & will even call you by name. NTB-National Tire & Battery on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is a great place for all things tires and car service. I have been impressed with the level of customer service that they provide and the results. They work hard to make sure that everything is done correctly and for a good value. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

The entire front staff helped me with all my needs, giving me the best deals out there on tires no one could compete especially with the short wait time thanks to there fast techs 10/10 will come back.

Had a review worthy experience and thought Id share. We moved here a few months ago and have had horrible luck with our suv. I had visited another place a couple times because I heard them on the radio a lot. But they kept trying to sell us more and more, so when our tires needed replaced we decided to check prices at NTB. Mike worked us a quote over the phone, gave us several price ranges, and scheduled us a day to come in. When we got there we had no issues. He told us when hed have it ready for pickup. Sure enough, it was ready when we came back. No issues, the price was as quoted, and they were friendly. Well be taking my daughters car here for new tires soon.

I was visiting some family recently in the area. Had some car troubles and stopped here. Was a little worried about being out of town and being taken advantage of, but Greg (I think that was his name) talked us through it and worked us in on short notice. Very happy with our experience.

Phenomenal service is all I can say. They always help with any issue my or my fiance have with our cars. Theyre honest and do great work. I cant imagine going anywhere else. The team works great together. I spoke with both Greg and Matt and they did great. They even remember me from past visits.

I have never met a more friendly, down-to-earth person. When youre having a bad day because you wake up and your car has 1 flat tire, and the other one is going flat, it is good to have someone who can brighten your day and correct the issue in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Excellent service. Great staff. I have had several sets of tires and alignments done by them. I have an old truck owned since new with 423,000+ miles on the original motor that I turn my own wrenches on. When it comes to tires these are my guys. My ONLY complaint and reason for a 4 star is because of their company policy to not fix tires older than 2-3 years I believe. They were handcuffed and I had to go to Geralds to get my tire patched before heading on a road trip.

Had to road hazard a tire I dropped it off and left them replace the tire when they had time. Good service reasonable pricing.

I was looking up nearby service centers and came across NTB on Dorchester road. I saw they had great reviews so I decided to check them out. I needed my car inspected and the oil change and Greg, the store manager, helped me set up an appointment. I usually take my car to Toyota center but I’m glad I decided to come here because Greg was extremely helpful. The wait was a bit long but it was nothing compared to other shops. But Greg apologized to me, and even waived the fee! He also pointed out that my car was due for a filter change and explained to me the different types but he didn’t push me to get it done unlike other shops. I definitely recommend this place! Thanks to Greg and the people of NTB for a great service!

Mike, manager at NTB, and his colleague Greg, were lifesavers. I was on a work trip down to CHS, driving a 2019 Tesla Model 3. Early that morning (1:45 am) on the way down, I suffered a flat tire. After waiting hours for a tow truck, I got the truck eventually to the Firestone in N. Charleston, then that evening over to NTB, upon referral by the folks at Firestone. Prior to all this, Mike was on the phone with me, working through the exact tire size I needed, sourced it and had it ready to go. On top of all that, he was able to get the tires on quickly and get me back on the road. As someone who has owned quirky cars with all sorts of unique tire/service requirements, I appreciate folks who know cars and know how to handle these things. Mike in my opinion not only got me back on the road fast, but his crew did a great job of putting the tires on, identifying potential issues that may have caused the flat, and making sure I didnt have to come back again! After what was a really difficult time getting the car into town due to poor roadside assistance service, Mike and his crew came through. I could also see how he helped other customers and felt he gave the same service to me he would give a long time customer. Mike - once again, many thanks for having my back and taking care of my car so well and so quickly.

Scheduled some work on Tuesday for a 1:00 on Friday appointment. Arrive to the shop just for them to say this won’t be possible and I need to reschedule. This is my one day off so it’s not that simple. Don’t trust the online reservation appointments.

Priced and booked an alignment appointment online, and was quoted $82, upon arrival at the scheduled time I was told the price was $137 due to it being considered a specialty alignment. When asked how they determined it was specialty I was given the explanation that because BMW, Audi, landrover, Porsche all have more complicated suspension that they consider it all specialty. I them told them that that is not actually the case and explained the suspension design (having recently replaced it myself) and only then did they honor the price.Few suspension setups are truly more complicated than the normal. this leads me to believe is that they dont go off of book timing for these jobs, but instead are likely price gouging based on the mark on the hood, not actual effort.I would think twice about going here again, but at least the alignment turned out ok, which is literally the only reason they get 2 and not 1 stars

The best customer service of any mechanics shop in the tri County. They stay open late, are reasonable, and very friendly. Recommend to all!!! Michael is the man on Jeeps, Josiah is an expert service manager, and Clint runs the store perfect! Go there!

They had no issue installing my low profile 19 tires on my Porsche. They didnt try to overcharge me just because I drive a nice car either. They installed my two tires from Tirerack in under the estimated time that they quoted me. Everyone was friendly and professional!

Excellent service. Had new tires and an alignment done on my Ram 1500. Greg the store manger worked with me to offer the best price on Nitto crossteck 2 tires. I had an 8 oclock appointment and they got me right in. I would recommend this NTB, I have been a customer for years.

Ive been here twice and had terrible service both times. Tried to give them another chance today but have been on hold for 15 minutes just to get a tire quote. Thats the last straw for me. NTB is usually pretty good but they have terrible management in the South Carolina stores.

My wife took our car in to have our oil changed and tire repaired. This tire is basically new, has lots of tread left. They told her it couldnt be repaired and tried to sell her a $90 tire. Luckily she called me. We took the tire to Frankies Tire and they repaired it without a word. When I asked, So its repairable? The mechanic responded, Why wouldnt it be, the hole is in the middle of the tire.

Brought my car in for an oil change at ~10 AM. No one was at the counter when I came in, after a couple minutes a guy comes out of the back, gives me a kind of puzzled look and goes Why are you here? I tell him I just need an oil change and he says something to the effect of Ill have to come back tomorrow (Monday). My first thought is theyre just too busy so I tell him Ill find another shop and walk out to my car. While Im waiting for my pickup to come so I can let them know where Im going to try next I get curious and go on the website for this store and check available service times for the rest of the day and lo and behold they have multiple reservations available. At this point I start to get angry and my ride shows up so I start telling them whats going on. As this is happening another couple customers show up, walk in, and talk to the guy and he starts walking out to one of their cars. He looks over and sees me watching him and Im expecting a kind of resigned shrug, or sorry, buddy type of gesture, or something to that effect. Nope. Dude smirks at me and keeps going.Ive been to this place before and other NTB locations and had good service. Id like to believe that this was some kind of miscommunication or general mixup but the start to finish lack of customer service in this case was a little too consistent to let me believe that.

Will always be my first choice for everything automotive repairs. Ive always had amazing customer service and the staff always greets me with a welcoming smile.If you come in with a problem, they will get you back on the road safe. You get a quality job at a quality price.

Be very mindful of this location, took my car in to get a tire replacement and ended up $$$ in electrical damages to my car battery, fuses, and EMC & TMC system. After having my car taking to the dealership and them discovering that my car was reverse polarity due to improper battery jumper hook up. NTB denying that they even open my hood and only assist they only put on a tire- now Im here having to eat the cost of repairs.

I went here after Meineke refused to honor my jobs fleet program. Even without a prior appointment, NTB replaced all 4 tires, balanced and aligned them, and did the TPMS work with no problems AND ahead of schedule! Ill definitely return here!

Paid 60.00 for a synthetic oil charge but they didnt even check the tire pressure. So if they cant even do that what else did they not doJust be careful and hold them to what they promise.

Took my 03 Miata in for new tires. They offered to sell me a mismatched set (different brands and tread patterns) for $1000. Are you kidding me? I mail ordered tires for $58 each and had someone else install them. I cannot rate Tire Kingdom as good or even fair. I wont go there again even if my life depended upon it.

Visiting from out of state, and ran into a curb at night turning too soon, blowing out our front tire. Searched online and found this Tire Kingdom, came by and they quickly provided us quick and courteous service.

Professional, quality staff. Take advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free or the buy 3 get 1 free specials. A way to save.

$20 bucks to patch a flat tire. Was in and out in under 30min. Fair prices and diligent mechanics.

Rude staff would not help with a flat tire. Guy that was doing nothing said he was off. The lady was not trained so three people not doing anything. Only came her cause a coworker suggested them. Not coming back not helpful and lack compassion

I got my ball joint fixed and a month later it failed causing other damage and body work and NTB repaired everything including my body work saving me so much money. They really stepped up to fix the problem. Im so thankful!

Great place for service

Not liking the new changeover to NTB. Had to schedule for an oil change because they were short staffed. So I showed up at schedule and Im told to I have wait because they are short staffed and didnt have my filter for the oil change that was scheduled. The fellow didnt understand why there was a probelm after scheduling that a wait wasnt exceptable. This is not the same place and service that I am accustomed to. Oh well, now I have to.find a new favorite oil change place. Hope other NTBs arent like this as we have a pre-paid service contract with Tire Warehouse. (Later addendum: I called to schedule at two other local locations. They are all the same! Letter going to corporate regarding our contract. Look for new companies, this one is now a waste of time!
